Tina is great, she spent a lot of time making sure each nail was perfect and had great attention to detail. I was able to walk in on a Wed evening and get seen within 10 minutes. I called ahead to get pricing info. One of the most affordable in the area. Upon arrival, it was nice and clean. They had spa music on so it was serene and calming. I thought I'd have to wait since I didn't make an appointment but they took me right away. I got a basic pedicure. The lady did a great job with the cleaning. She gave me my 3 min massage. Ugh I hate to be one to complain but theirs just so many things that annoyed me and I felt like I needed to just stay quiet at this point. There is a really young girl there who does pedicures and if you are going specifically for ingrown or acrylic toenails don't go to her. Her knowledge for this isn't it. I kept addressing what I did not like and for one she did not understand English and at this point, I felt like I was bothering because she kept calling another lady to translate disturbing someone else's pedicure. I asked her I wanted sheer pink which is a very light pink! The colors that I picked from what she put on my toes did not match at all, she drenched the color to make it brighter, what was the point of asking for a very neutral light pink. As we were getting seated, a gentleman was finishing up his pedicure. A few moments later, the owner walked over and told us that our pedicures had already been paid for--by that same gentleman. The absolute worst customer service experience I have ever encountered at ANY salon in my life. I went in for a dip mani and gel pedi, both of which should last more than 2 weeks, BOTH chipped exactly two weeks later. For anyone who gets dip, I'm sure y'all know it lasts 4 weeks minimum, 6 weeks max. I went in to talk to the manager and to discuss a refund because considering the cheap quality service I got, it was not worth what I paid for nor would I want it "fixed" just for them to break again two weeks later.... (I had this exact problem with them once and decided to give them a second chance, which I regret so much) The "manager" was so beyond rude. I paid almost $100 for my mani & pedi sets and got crap in return. She refused to give me a refund. I understand maybe gel chipping two weeks later but DIP?? Unacceptable. These are my horrible dip powder nails. Avoid going to this place unless you want cheap quality products and nails techs who don't give a damn about you or their reputation/work. read more

I'm so disappointed to leave this review because I've had several relatively normal and satisfactory experiences here. Their prices are very reasonable, they're usually quick, and the location is close to my house, so this was my go-to salon for a quick, no frills pedicure. However, my experience last time has me looking for another nail salon. My mother in law and I went in for two pedicures a few weeks back. They were busy, so I wasn't too surprised when they started my mother in law first while I soaked my feet in the chair next to her. However, no one got to me until her pedicure was completely done (about 45 minutes later). This was a bit annoying, but again they were busy. We both got one of the young, male technicians (both of which I've had before and they're not the best) but I was willing to deal with it. What is not okay, however, is that, although I paid for the service that includes hot towels and a 5 minute massage, I didn't get either of those things. The technician completely skipped them and jumped to another client. By that point, we'd been there an hour and a half and I just wanted to get out of there. Additionally, a few days later, my mother in law had a really bad infection under one of her nails. Urgent Care said it looked like other infections they've seen that were caused by nail salons. So a few things. If you're looking for a quick, fairly cheap and no frills pedicure (with the chance of getting an infection) this place is okay. BUT ONLY if you go when they are not busy. Clearly the service suffers greatly during busy times. read more

I've been going to this place religiously for over a year to get my nails filled and designed every two weeks. They are consistently on point, you know what to expect and are never surprised or "hoping" your nails will turn out well, and their prices are incredible. I always ask for Lindsey and she never disappoints- she is meticulous and always makes sure my nails look exactly how I want them. They seemed like they cared when they talked to me, but the work seemed like they just wanted to be done with me. She acknowledged my concerns but didn't actually fix them. She said I didn't need to worry about the bubble I pointed out and said she was still correcting the shape when I asked to straighten the crooked ones. She was more gentle after the second time I asked her to be gentle around my cuticles, but she explained that she didn't want the nails to lift, which is why she wanted to make sure to get that area. I just think you can make it so my nails won't lift while also not making my cuticles hurt or bleed. I want to give a higher rating, but my skin stings and I am really bummed about the nails. They were so kind, but pointing out the issues didn't fix them. If the nails last well, I'll come back and update the review, but with as much as they already catch on clothes, I don't have much faith. read more
