This is the best pedicure I have gotten in the Pomona/Claremont area. $25 for a regular pedicure, $35 for a gel pedi. Tina is great, she spent a lot of time making sure each nail was perfect and had great attention to detail. I was able to walk in on a Wed evening and get seen within 10 minutes. I would 100% return here. read more

Everyone is always so nice and welcoming. They are always accommodating when appt is not scheduled. Very clean and kept up. Been coming here for a few years now and they have recently remodeled this establishment in the last year and even then, prices for services are pretty reasonable! read more

First of all, it smells like food. Secondly, the snarkiness and added comments are so unprofessional. I called for the service I needed before hand, and she said come there's no wait. I did as instructed and when I got there , not one nail tech was available. I said- I just called and you said there was no wait . She gives me total attitude and says- SHE EAT, 5 MIN YOU WAIT! So then I proceed to sit, where she showed me, but meanwhile she's laughing among one of her regulars making snide comments quietly amongst them . So I got up and left. RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL! I called ahead to get pricing info. One of the most affordable in the area. Upon arrival, it was nice and clean. They had spa music on so it was serene and calming. I thought I'd have to wait since I didn't make an appointment but they took me right away. I got a basic pedicure. The lady did a great job with the cleaning. She gave me my 3 min massage. It felt nice. She polished my toe nails well. I think I've found my new nail salon! I'll be coming back here again soon. read more

Ugh I hate to be one to complain but theirs just so many things that annoyed me and I felt like I needed to just stay quiet at this point. There is a really young girl there who does pedicures and if you are going specifically for ingrown or acrylic toenails don't go to her. Her knowledge for this isn't it. I kept addressing what I did not like and for one she did not understand English and at this point, I felt like I was bothering because she kept calling another lady to translate disturbing someone else's pedicure. I asked her I wanted sheer pink which is a very light pink! The colors that I picked from what she put on my toes did not match at all, she drenched the color to make it brighter, what was the point of asking for a very neutral light pink. I paid for something I did not like and I couldn't speak up, had these ladies make me feel like I was bugging or something! Not cool OHhhhh and one toe was brighter than the other! I can't believe this was my first time at this nail shop! My little sister and I arrived for our 3:30 appointment to get gel manicures and pedicures with Meme and Tammy. As we were getting seated, a gentleman was finishing up his pedicure. A few moments later, the owner walked over and told us that our pedicures had already been paid for--by that same gentleman. Not only that, but he treated us to one of the most expensive packages! I was completely shocked. Surprises like this happen in this nail shop! I can't thank that man enough for his kindness. No one has ever done something like that for me before, and now I feel inspired to pay it forward. To the gentleman who paid for my sister and me--you are truly a gift from God. The absolute worst customer service experience I have ever encountered at ANY salon in my life. I went in for a dip mani and gel pedi, both of which should last more than 2 weeks, BOTH chipped exactly two weeks later. For anyone who gets dip, I'm sure y'all know it lasts 4 weeks minimum, 6 weeks max. I went in to talk to the manager and to discuss a refund because considering the cheap quality service I got, it was not worth what I paid for nor would I want it "fixed" just for them to break again two weeks later.... (I had this exact problem with them once and decided to give them a second chance, which I regret so much) The "manager" was so beyond rude. I paid almost $100 for my mani & pedi sets and got crap in return. She refused to give me a refund. I understand maybe gel chipping two weeks later but DIP?? Unacceptable. These are my horrible dip powder nails. Avoid going to this place unless you want cheap quality products and nails techs who don't give a damn about you or their reputation/work. read more

I'm so disappointed to leave this review because I've had several relatively normal and satisfactory experiences here. Their prices are very reasonable, they're usually quick, and the location is close to my house, so this was my go-to salon for a quick, no frills pedicure. However, my experience last time has me looking for another nail salon. My mother in law and I went in for two pedicures a few weeks back. They were busy, so I wasn't too surprised when they started my mother in law first while I soaked my feet in the chair next to her. However, no one got to me until her pedicure was completely done (about 45 minutes later). This was a bit annoying, but again they were busy. We both got one of the young, male technicians (both of which I've had before and they're not the best) but I was willing to deal with it. What is not okay, however, is that, although I paid for the service that includes hot towels and a 5 minute massage, I didn't get either of those things. The technician completely skipped them and jumped to another client. By that point, we'd been there an hour and a half and I just wanted to get out of there. Additionally, a few days later, my mother in law had a really bad infection under one of her nails. Urgent Care said it looked like other infections they've seen that were caused by nail salons. So a few things. If you're looking for a quick, fairly cheap and no frills pedicure (with the chance of getting an infection) this place is okay. BUT ONLY if you go when they are not busy. Clearly the service suffers greatly during busy times. read more

I've been going to this place religiously for over a year to get my nails filled and designed every two weeks. They are consistently on point, you know what to expect and are never surprised or "hoping" your nails will turn out well, and their prices are incredible. I always ask for Lindsey and she never disappoints- she is meticulous and always makes sure my nails look exactly how I want them. I travel a lot and I've been to hundreds of nail salons and this place is my go to every time I come back to the area. I cannot recommend them enough. read more

Clean and gets the job done. Not very good at designs though, hence the loss of one star. Prices went up. $25 for pedicure with callus treatment now. You're in la verbs area so i get it. Sadly, I have to update my review and I'm so bummed because I usually have such good things to say about places I go to. I recommended this place to my sister because I always had nice service. But she had a horrible experience with one of the male technicians. He made inappropriate comments to her and while my sister did speak up for herself I went back to speak to the manager and get a refund for a gift certificate I had recently purchased because I can no longer give this nail salon my business. Treat everyone in a respectful manner please. Hopefully they learn from that poor choice of judgement. read more

My biggest issues were that the process hurt and that I think I was overcharged for my nails. They seemed like they cared when they talked to me, but the work seemed like they just wanted to be done with me. Pros - Clean place - Covid precautions taken - Organized - Kind employees - Good selection of colors - Took me as a walk-in with no wait - Nails don't look bad (if you don't look closely) - Magnetic polish is really pretty Cons - Injured/painful cuticles - Pretty sure I was overcharged - Bubbles (more came up after I left) - Unclean edges of polish / Gap left at bottom of nails - Rough edges of tips (catch on clothes) - Nails filed after setting last coat of polish - A few crooked nails --- Cost --- Set of acrylics "White Tips" $35 Cat's Eye Polish $5 Two decals $2 Used second polish color $1 (for two nails) Gel Clear Coat $7 Expected Cost: $50 +tip Actual Cost: $57 +tip There was an extra charge of $7 and I have no idea what for. She acknowledged my concerns but didn't actually fix them. She said I didn't need to worry about the bubble I pointed out and said she was still correcting the shape when I asked to straighten the crooked ones. She was more gentle after the second time I asked her to be gentle around my cuticles, but she explained that she didn't want the nails to lift, which is why she wanted to make sure to get that area. I just think you can make it so my nails won't lift while also not making my cuticles hurt or bleed. I want to give a higher rating, but my skin stings and I am really bummed about the nails. They were so kind, but pointing out the issues didn't fix them. If the nails last well, I'll come back and update the review, but with as much as they already catch on clothes, I don't have much faith. read more

I always have issues with nails popping off and I could say these were definitely not popping off without wanting them to. The staff were very friendly as well.

She said they don't work with acrylic but in a tone like I should already know this information. I felt like she didn't want to help so I was like "ok" and hung up. Then I was like let me just call and ask how much gel x would be. Again, not friendly at all and very dismissive. I asked how much a design was, couldn't give me any info. Didn't ask me what design and couldn't even give me a price range. Not helpful at all. I just moved to Claremont two months ago and I've been looking for a new salon. I would've been a loyal customer as I get my nails done biweekly, but the person who answered the phone today was not friendly or welcoming at all. Wow it's crazy that this lady responds like this to reviews after treating customers so badly already. Such an unprofessional response. Her other reviews make sense, she is not professional or nice. I stand by my review, I hope she improves.

I have been going to this nail salon for about 5 years now and always have an excellent experience. It's consistently spotless, and I'm always greeted with a warm welcome as soon as I walk in. My favorite nail tech is definitely Lee - he always knows exactly how I like my nails and I trust him completely when it comes to my preferences. I also was shocked to see the place has had a serious face lift. First thing I noticed was how clean and bright it is now. New chairs, tables, reception area and the AC is running and cold inside. It used to dull, dingy and it was always hot inside. Lisa did my pedicure and did a fantastic job, I broke my foot a few months ago and was nervous about having my foot worked on but I told her in advance and she was very gentle and understanding. She worked on my toes, removed basic calluses and did a foot and leg massage for $42 before tip. I highly recommend this place!
