Called this salon twice to get more info. First time I asked how much they charge for an acrylic fill, she was so rude and dismissive and sounded like she just wanted to hang up. She said they don't work with acrylic but in a tone like I should already know this information. I felt like she didn't want to help so I was like "ok" and hung up. Then I was like let me just call and ask how much gel x would be. Again, not friendly at all and very dismissive. I asked how much a design was, couldn't give me any info. Didn't ask me what design and couldn't even give me a price range. Not helpful at all. I just moved to Claremont two months ago and I've been looking for a new salon. I would've been a loyal customer as I get my nails done biweekly, but the person who answered the phone today was not friendly or welcoming at all. Wow it's crazy that this lady responds like this to reviews after treating customers so badly already. Such an unprofessional response. Her other reviews make sense, she is not professional or nice. This beautiful salon absolutely lives up to its name - what a vibe! This was such an incredible experience at every step of the way - completely set apart from a traditional nail salon. I've never had a Russian manicure before, and my nails have truly never looked cleaner or prettier than they do today. Tish did my pedicure and manicure and Lesley did my hard gel and they were both so great to chat with... and are both clearly masters of their craft. First timer - and it's definitely a vibe at Vibe Nails and Coffee! I booked a Saturday morning appointment online through Yelp. I had a quick question, messaged the owner, and they got back to me right away with the website link, pricing, and booking info. Super helpful and transparent! I booked a manicure ($55) and pedicure ($55) | each service requires a $25 deposit (goes toward your total). Easy and smooth process. Parking tip: I parked across the street near Farmer Boys and walked over. It's not a huge deal, but I'd recommend arriving a little early to find a spot. The moment I walked in, I felt relaxed. The space is beautifully decorated, super clean and cozy. I was greeted, checked in, and started with my pedicure. They offered drinks (yes, alcohol included ) and I went for a mimosa with a shot, highly recommend. So good! Then on to my mani, also great. I believe my nail tech was Trish (if not, I'm sorry!), and she was incredibly sweet and easy to talk to. It honestly felt like chatting with a close friend, you know, that kind of vibe. Both services took about 90 minutes total. I paid the remaining $60 via Zelle (info was posted with a QR code), and I left a cash tip. Overall: 10/10. From the service and atmosphere to the little details (like that mimosa!), this was one of the best nail salon experiences I've had in a while. Ever find somewhere that feels like home? This place is it for me! Tish and her team feel like old friends that I've known for years. They make you feel comfortable and want to make sure you have the best possible experience. This place specializes in Russian manicures, and GelX. I've been to many nail salons and they do it absolutely right. They use high quality products and you can feel the difference. I have an allergy to most Gel products, but because Tish and her team know about my sensitivity they only use HEMA free products on me and are extra careful not to get it near my cuticles. I've never been to a nail salon where they were so intuitive with their clients. Not to mentioned the design of the place is incredibly stunning! You only find places like this in Beverly Hills! This was my first time getting a Russian manicure, and unfortunately it was a very painful experience. The nail drill burned my nails while removing the old polish, pushing back my cuticles was extremely painful, and the drill bit cut me badly enough that three of my fingers bled. The technician apologized and disinfected the cuts, but my cuticles are still swollen and painful the next day, especially when I wash my hands or touch them. Despite all the pain, I still have a lot of dead skin and little pieces of skin around my nails, so I didn't even get the clean finish I was expecting. I was also offered a coffee at the beginning, but no one ever brought it. Near the end of my appointment, another employee asked if I wanted something to drink, so I asked for a coffee, but I was told the machine had already been turned off. It wasn't a big deal, but it added to the overall disappointing experience. Considering the price I paid, I expected much better service and results. I understand that accidents can happen, but this felt much more aggressive than it should have been. I was really disappointed because I expected a safe and comfortable experience. read more

I was especially excited because it had been a long time since I treated myself, and my husband wanted to treat me before our upcoming honeymoon/babymoon. The salon looked beautiful online, which is why I chose it. The woman on the phone told me to come in an hour, so I arrived an hour later. When I got there, the door was locked. She eventually saw me and unlocked it, but immediately seemed very stand-offish and asked what I needed. I said I was there for the pedicure I had called about. She then told me she couldn't take me because she was with a client. I explained that I had called ahead and was told to come in an hour, but she simply repeated that she couldn't take me because she was with a client. What upset me most was the complete lack of apology, communication, or effort to offer another option -- no suggestion to wait longer, no alternative appointment time, no offer for another technician to help. Just a flat "no" after I had specifically called ahead and made the drive there. It felt dismissive and unprofessional, especially for a business in the service industry. read more

Super happy with the quality of work at this nail salon. Kept set on for 5 weeks and I'm sure they would have lasted longer. Pictures show day of application, 5 week growth (cut to prep for removal) & the post removal. There's almost no sign of the gel x on the natural nail post at home removal. I've gone to many places where they have over-filed the natural nail and left them with deep grooves from where the extension would sit. I'm so impressed with the retention. The first time I came she fixed something before I even had a chance to say!! But the owner is so absolutely rude and gives total mean girl bully vibes!!! THE OWNER TISH IS BOT EVEN CERTIFIED OR LICENSED TO DO NAILS and one time did my pedicure since she overbooked and needed the nail tech I booked to do someone's nails. I am such an anxious person sometimes I didn't say anything but she cut me so bad on cuticles on my feet and did the sloppiest french tip! The owner leaves and I have to get my nails done with two other people. The owners gone so i couldn't order a coffee drink. My toes look sloppy and nothing like my inspo pic. There's a piece of dirt under my nail and they said there's nothing they can do. And to top it all off I had to pay 170, the most I've ever paid for nails for work like this??? Cute place but way over priced. Paid $55 for a pedicure that is way over priced you get no pedicure massage and they don't even clean around your cuticles. Pedicure stools move as your legs are resting so it isn't even a comfortable experience. Russian manicures are also way over priced. I wouldn't consider it a Russian manicures ive seen what Russian manicures are supposed to be like and definitely not what they gave. Definitely not worth the money but aesthetically cute read more
