Came here because my wedding is in 3 days and this place is close to home ... this was probably the worst experience I have ever had .. I started at 2:45pm for a manicure pedicure and did not leave until 6pm!!!! And to top it all off it does not even look good. The guy was sweet in the beginning but when I asked him to make some changes he was not happy.. sorry sir these are my wedding nails. I usually never ask for changes but it's my big day and my nails will be in ALL my pictures. My pedicure was not finished either. I asked him to make it more pink and he didn't. My nails are not done correctly either. They look sloppy and not done correctly. Bubbles and half of it isn't even put with top coat.. I literally told him to please get all corners and he didn't. If I'm spending $130 it shouldn't look like this... waste of my time and money.. On top of all of this he took another customer without even finishing me which left me sitting in the chair waiting for 45 minutes!
With the new ownership of this salon, I had such an amazing experience. All the nail techs are honest and patient. They're nail designs are clean and precise. I bring an inspiration picture, and copy it to perfection.The salon is very clean and bright so it's great to just come and have a relaxing spa day. I would 100% recommend.
Absolutely excellent and beautiful work. Every single time I come here they do the best work imaginable and provide such sweet and kind customer service, very friendly workers. Joseph is an A+ artist has been doing my nails for a year. So clean in the shop and so organized I bring my whole family here and recommend to everyone
I needed an acrylic removal and just wanted a basic manicure. I called ahead and asked "Do you soak off the acrylic?" And they said yes for $15. I go in the next morning and right away this guy starts prying the acrylic off with another nail!! He did one and tried another one before I asked "You don't soak them off!???" And then he asked "Oh is that what you want." -_- Whatever he did hurt so bad I was about to walk about with my nails looking horrendous. He then brought a bowl over and tells me to put my fingers inside. The alcohol was drying out my finger tips but I just wanted to leave with decent looking nails. Just an FYI, they should have wrapped them individual. Then he went on to burn me several times with the drill and cut me. Lastly he told me to wait 10 minutes. No clock was visible, but I swear he came back 3 minutes later sprayed my nail with hair spray and told me i was ready. This place looks okay, prices are cheap, but definitely wouldn't recommend to a friend.
My Loki inspired nails by Tom rock! I've gone to a few places in Pomona/La Verne and this I'd by far the cleanest and best priced. Tom does my nails exclusively now because he rocks. If you're looking for a design he can do it most likely! I make appointments and suggest the same for you if you're gunna do nails. They do take walk-ins

I just did the gel x and Nikki killed it, these are so dang pretty and didn't take very long either. I can't recommend this place enough
Loved this nail salon! Nikki was great! The salon is Super cute and clean. I had a picture of what I wanted done and I'm always afraid of going that route because in my past experiences I've never gotten anything close to what I've showed them... this time was totally different Nikki nailed the look and actually made it better. I've gotten so many compliments on my nails! I Definitely found my nail spa!!!!

All I wanted/got was a simple short set with gel polish. He rushed through my nails (15-20 mins for acrylics) several visible dents in the acrylic and had to tell him multiple times to fix the filing of the nails. This place is very overpriced for the lack of quality. Don't expect your nails to look like the photos posted on Yelp it's not 100% guaranteed. The pedicure however, I am satisfied with. But I don't appreciate walking out of there paying $115 when I've paid less for better quality. Do not recommend! Update: I wake up to get myself ready to catch my flight and this is what I wake up to. I am extremely mad right now. I don't even have the time to go back to this shop to get them fixed. I have a really important meeting and now have to scramble around an unknown city to find someone to fix this crap. This is so disappointing for the amount of money I spent at this place. Unbelievable! The audacity to have high prices but still produce mediocre work and service. Update 3pm: I was able to work some things out to where I could go back to the shop. Nikki the manager assisted me and gave me partial refund which I was grateful for because some people wouldn't do that at all. I also apologized for the mean things that I said in the message between us. Nikki handled the situation very well and I'm much more happy with the new results.

This is hands down my favorite nail salon. The space is always spotless, beautifully designed, and has such a welcoming vibe from the moment you walk in. Joseph is truly the best, not only is he an incredible nail tech, but he's a genuine artist. I showed him exactly what I wanted, and he replicated it down to the exact shade and detail. The precision? Immaculate. The execution? Flawless. Beyond his talent, he knows how to make his clients feel completely comfortable and taken care of. The whole experience feels elevated, and the music selection is always on point, which just makes it that much better. I always call ahead and try to make an appt when I come and they generally accommodate even same day unless they're really busy. Got an appt this morning with and got a full set gel X & pedi and it looks amazing. I was in and out in an hour and had a great experience. read more

I literally went to get my nails done yesterday . This was supposed to be a gel manicure and so bummed it didn't even last a whole week or even day . I've been here before and the first time this went bad :/ . Very disappointed. I think they overcharged me too read more

I really liked this nail spot . Came in on a whim . It's close to my apartment and job . When I called they took me in right away . So yes they welcome walkins . The shop is very very clean ! Like very clean . They made me feel comfortable. I showed them a photo of the idea I wanted and they delivered. I also want to add that they prices are very reasonable for the services provided . They take credit card . I will surely be back for a fill . They made my day. Something as simple as a full set can do that . read more

Went to another nail salon and they royally screwed up my nails, needless to say I didn't want to go back so I came here to have 1 nail fixed. When I walked in the salon was completely empty and the guy had all his bags ready to go but stayed behind to fix my nail and didn't even charge me for it because he could tell I was a little upset about it. I ended up going back a week later to get a fresh fill and paint and he did AMAZING! Applied 2 paints to get the color I wanted and finally got the shape I wanted right. This place is awesome I don't know why there's never more people in there when I go this will be my new spot. read more

Great salon and sweet workers! Julie did a full Gel X set with a custom design I gave her (I attached the inspiration photo) for $80. She did a great job IMO. Amanda was also sweet and rung me up. I come here pretty frequently and I enjoy the service every time. read more

Had my nails done here before and have always had a great experience, went in today a bit after they opened for a removal. I went in to get them soaked and removed properly, literally just yanked them out and even cut/break one of my actual nails (on thumb). I will not be going back after this at all. read more

Finally! A nail salon with EXCELLENT aesthetic, amazing hospitality and clean nail work! Although it was a busy evening today- a Friday- the team working here was hard at work getting the job done all the while attending those who barely were coming in. I came as a walk in and I was sitting/waiting for 15 mins at the most. The place itself was decorated beautifully and not too much in your face. Furniture was comfortable and tables present are a nice touch and it's a different vibe than a typical nail salon. This isn't your typical nail salon. Staff was friendly, welcoming, hospitable and courteous. Last but not leas, the girl who did my nails- Nikki! A beautiful job and good encouraging when I selected my nail color. I suck at comforting myself when it comes to picking and sticking to a color. She gladly encouraged my choice. I appreciated that lol The work itself was clean! No awkward bumps or edges. They are perfect! I HIGHLY recommend this place! Some might eye the prices a bit but I think all that I have described in this review of what I liked and appreciated is worth what I paid read more

Our first ttime there. It was clean with an open layout. We scheduled our appointments and as soon as we arrived they were ready for us. I had a full acrylic set with gel and a pedicure. My daughter got a pedicure and her nails dipped. The nails turned out nice and I like that they took there time. We got our nails done on Wednesday and daughter broke nail Thursday. She has never used the dip process before so not sure if we like them. Let me start by saying I am very picky when it comes to getting my nails & toes done. I prefer cleanliness, quality products && most of all a calm and peaceful atmosphere because let's be real it should be an enjoying experience when getting a mani/pedi.. With that being said ST Nail Lounge offers all that and then some! The staff is amazing, friendly, professional & go out of their way to make your experience at the salon an amazing one!! I love this place so much I don't even wait for my nails to grow out as a reason to come back. I also want to add a few things like for example I got my nails done long and cute for an event and because I'm not used to long nails they filed them back to shorter lengths for me so that I could function again. Yes! I've found my new place! Super cute, clean little place that just opened. Not only do they serve you a free beverage including champagne, but they're very nice and do great work! I really like this place, however, it gets a 4 out of 5 only because my acrylics only come out well when Nikki does them. When other's have done them, they weren't the best. Hopefully that will change as the other get more experience, but that is the only negative I can give this place. It's clean, hospitable, affordable, the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming, and my nails always look amazing! read more
