Worst manicure ever received. I asked for dip powder, lady tried to sell me some hard gel. My fault for not understanding wasn't powder but OMG the lady torn up my cuticles in the process of putting the "hard gel" layer on. Gave me many little cuts. My nails look awful and now hurt. I have gel all on my cuticle and little cuts along my cuticle. Most painful manicure. The lady made me feel like it was my fault. Awful! read more

I recently went to this place because my regular nail place was closed and I was very disappointed in their service. I had gel on and for removal they used the machine to remove gel which is not good for your nails it makes them brittle. When I asked the lady if she can remove it using foil and tools not to damage my nails she gave me attitude and said that is the only way we do it here what do you want to do? I decided to just proceed with my gel manicure. Same day I get home and washed my hands and gel was already chipping off from my thumb nail. This has never happened before when I get gel manicures. I'm very disappointed because my gel manicure was a little more expensive than what I normally pay. Very nice staff, I needed a pedicure last minute,I called about an hour before they closed and asked if I could still go in and have enough time to get a pedicure, the owner said yes to go ahead and go in. when I arrived, he asked if I had called earlier and I said yes and he told me to wait a couple of minutes. while waiting another lady walked in and he asked if she had called ahead and she said she hadn't, he told her they were fully booked since they were closing soon and wouldn't be able to get to her in time. A few minutes later, he told me to go ahead an sit at one of the pedicure chairs and he set me up and wait while they lady was finishing the other customer's pedi. While I waited, they owner offered me something to drink and gave me the color book to select the color I wanted. He was very polite and friendly and made me feel welcomed while I waited. Once the other customer was done, Tony, the lady that was going to do my pedicure, proceeded to me and asked what I wanted. She listened to everything I had to say, because I didn't want my toe nails clipped just filed a bit and buffed, and I told her I wanted to focus on my heels that were dry. She did everything I wanted, she was very friendly and nice and funny. I had never done gel polish, so I was asking her questions about it and she answered every one of them and told me that gel would look better and last longer. She was very gentle when scrubbing by feet and filing my nails. The end result was awesome, she did a great job shaping my toe nails. I told her I would be back on Thursday to get a manicure because I really liked how she did my toes. On Thursday when I returned for the manicure, she recognized me right away and was excited to see me. There was another person already waiting there when I got there and Tony right away asked me to sit in her station, she also had the other person sit at another station but was going to have someone else do her manicure. Tony remembered the color I used for my toes and started right away on my manicure. I told her I just wanted my nails shaped and cleaned and gel polish and she said she will take care of them and make them very nice. Thank you Tony for making this experience enjoyable, I loved my color and the shape of my nails. read more

Why is it so hard to find a decent nail salon? The interior of this place is very nice and they offer you a drink, which is also nice, which is why I have them 2 stars instead of 1. That's where the niceties end. I came in today for a gel mani/gel pedi with callous removal. My hands turned out ok, but the manicurist didn't apply bonder before the base coat, so we will see if it lasts. My pedicure was terrible! There was a nonexistent 10 second massage and the lady cut me twice while trimming my cuticles. I've attached a pic of the gel polish job on my feet. I'm embarrassed to even wear sandals with these nails and the gel pedi with callus treatment was $43. I was in and out in 35 minutes for both services if that tells you anything. Ugh! When I got home the more I looked the more flaws I saw, if you're going to charge $40+ for a full set, it should look $40 plus. He also tried to charge me to using 3 different colors which is why I just chose white, I would understand if I wanted all three gels on all nails or a design. I think they will just want to charge for everything they can, they will charge for air if they could. Polish looks chunky. read more

I hadn't gotten my nails done in years and I randomly found this place and wanted to get them done after reading the positive reviews. Kacie did my nails, I asked for medium length white coffin acrylics. The shop is so beautiful and she did offer me something to drink which was a nice touch to the place. Kacie was really nice and professional. I give this place 4/5 stars because some air bubbles did appear in my nails but it wasn't a big enough deal for me complain about and get fixed as I don't usually get my nails done anyway. In town for work and decided to get my nails done. Went to a few local nail shops around the hotel but they seemed pretty dingy and empty. I checked out this spot and was wonderfully surprised on how beautiful the interior was, how comfortable the massage chairs were and the fact that they offered a free adult beverage (if you so desired for one!). My pedicure was great, and not that expensive, considering I spent more when I go to a nail shop near my home. They are very friendly and clean. I showed up an hour before closing and they stayed open til 9pm getting all customers serviced. The specialist I saw didn't do a great job. She seem new with drilling and overall with the dip process. I work in an office and need my nails looking good. I think for the wait (it taking a little over an hour for dip) they should at leastbe even but she didn't even do that. When the owner looked at them you could see it in her face they were bad. But I was tired and just wanted to go home. If you are just getting a basic mani/pedi and don't care how they look because you can sit another hour in the week to get your nails done ... this is the right place to go. I appreciate the owner is looking at the comments left. Unfortunately there is nothing to fix because two broke the next morning. I understand everyone is new but before that specialist saw me she saw someone else (how did those nails look). I love my fresh set! ****This was my "review" from 2 weeks ago, I knew I had to come on here to mention just how crooked and rude this business can be. The main nail tech Kacie not only won't wear a mask but is extremely rude, overcharging and is terrible for fills. I had to go in a week after getting my first set to get a cutdown for school purposes. I made an appointment today at 3:30pm only to wait an extra 30 mins to finally be seated! I had my expectations for the set i'm with the blue hearts. Kacie simply refused, saying she cannot do it. I would've understood had I gone somewhere else for my original set but if I am going to the same nail tech what would be the issue? After settling for the same size and shape, Kacie then tells me that she can only fill for the same color........ now why would I schedule for a fill, only to get the same exact set from before? She took a full 20 minutes doing my entire fill, only for them to be clumpy and mia proportionate. I'd rate this places 0 out of 5 if I could. The staff was very nice and welcoming. I had called for a last minute manicure and pedicure on a Saturday which had a little 10 minute wait. I was welcomed by the whole staff once I walked into door. The quality of work is amazing. They have some many different colors to chose from. Once I was seated in the chair for my pedicure there was different pedicure selections to chose from and also had a combo package from manicure and pedicure that was priced great! After my pedicure the nail tech had told me about a hard gel that they afforded which will help my nails grow and will last longer with the gel polish on in at extra cost of $5 more to my bill, which was fine by me.
