I had gotten my eyelashes done by Jennifer and she did an exceptional job...absolutely loved them. Later that night I accidentally rubbed my eyes and some lashes fell out so I called and they had me come. Jennifer fixed my lashes and I wasn't charged for the redo. Absolutely loved getting my nails done here. Diane did an amazing job not only with the dip powder but the design as well. Dip can come out so thick and chunky sometimes but she made it perfect. I love all of the color options they have. They definitely have more than I've seen at other salons, including the last place I went to regularly. The team is amazing, I got a acrylic set of nails for my wedding and I was so impressed by Jennifer and her attention to detail she made sure I had perfect symmetry and got exactly what I wanted for me wedding nails. She added extra glitter and extra bling and when I was unsure she would said trust me and I am so glad I did! She is very experienced and truly an artist. I also got a great pedicure service. From their great customer service to the affordable prices to the high quality attention they provide, they're everything I want in a nail salon. When I make appointments, they don't keep me waiting like other places do--they attend to me as soon as they can! I've come for pedicures and Mia and Tina are amazing. I went to Venice Nails for the first time and although I was very happy with my pedicure which was done by Helen, I was a little disappointed with my nails done by Quinn. I had to have her fix several nails as I wasn't happy with the way they were painted. After addressing the errors, I just got frustrated that I had to point out the many flaws. I was also not happy with the pedicure tools which were not disinfected. That's a big "no no" for me. I will not be returning. As you could see by the pictures, the brown tips were not done evenly. I was afraid she was going to keep hurting my fingers with her electric file she was only supposed to do a fill yet she covered my nails with acetone and my nails got very damaged to the point where I couldn't get a fail, no more I had to walk away and this is what I got as an end result I still have to go back into work with these horrible nails I should have never gone here! read more

Response, obviously you didn't read the review. Had I chose a higher package and opted out the callus removal (because I'm allergic) , the sides and back of my feet would not have been touched. This makes no sense. This is your business not mine, I won't spend my money there on a pedicure. I paid $38 dollars for water and polish.. lucked out when it comes to getting a decent pedicure here. Today, I chose a basic package with gel (I never get callus removal). Nancy barely used the pumis stone and outside of the water , the back and sides of my feet weren't touched. It's the craziest thing. All of the packages include callus removal. But if you don't pay for it, you're paying for half a service.. I can only laugh, I never had a successful pedicure here and why did I think today would be different. read more

MIA I had the best first-time experience at Venice Nails and Spa, thanks to Mia! I got the Venice Pedicure and honestly, my feet have never looked or felt better. Mia was so gentle and detailed--she even took care of my ingrowns (which I usually dread) and completely transformed my feet. She also freestyled the cutest natural design on my big toe--super simple and elegant, just how I like it. You can really tell she cares and takes pride in her work. I felt pampered the whole time! I'm a very busy mom and it's so hard to find the time to get to a nail appt so if they are chipping after a week or two I'm a bit disappointed but my experience w Venice has been consistently satisfied. Ive only had Jennifer touch my hands but anyone for my feet. Jennifer also does lashes which always come out beautifully natural. Also, they have amazing customer service.
