I liked how my nails came out but wouldn't go back after the experience I had. I got a package that included a massage and the worker never gave me my massage but sure as hell charged me. Apparently rubbing the sea salt on your legs is a massage now? Then the layout is horrible! The pedicure chairs are in a circle so you're very close to other people and it's such a bad layout and too close to others for me. Then $2 feet to use my card because they're too cheap to pay the costs of doing business. Wouldn't recommend this place. You'll be charged for services you don't even get! read more

Painful, unsanitary & worst manicure I've ever gotten. She only put 1 coat of nail polish so I can see through the color. Uneven and there's polish on all of my fingers in the corners. Didn't file near the base so I had to file it myself. NO attention to detail. Pinky nail broke the next morning without much pressure. read more

The team is amazing, I got a acrylic set of nails for my wedding and I was so impressed by Jennifer and her attention to detail she made sure I had perfect symmetry and got exactly what I wanted for me wedding nails. She added extra glitter and extra bling and when I was unsure she would said trust me and I am so glad I did! She is very experienced and truly an artist. I also got a great pedicure service. I tend to get severe ingrown and they took them out painlessly and effectively. Lastly, I love the clean and elegant atmosphere. Absolutely loved getting my nails done here. Diane did an amazing job not only with the dip powder but the design as well. Dip can come out so thick and chunky sometimes but she made it perfect. I love all of the color options they have. They definitely have more than I've seen at other salons, including the last place I went to regularly. I went to Venice Nails for the first time and although I was very happy with my pedicure which was done by Helen, I was a little disappointed with my nails done by Quinn. I had to have her fix several nails as I wasn't happy with the way they were painted. After addressing the errors, I just got frustrated that I had to point out the many flaws. I was also not happy with the pedicure tools which were not disinfected. That's a big "no no" for me. I will not be returning. As you could see by the pictures, the brown tips were not done evenly. I normally don't leave reviews, but I was very dissatisfied with my service and the final result. My nails look nothing like the inspiration picture I showed. I really wish I had been told upfront if the design couldn't be done I would have chosen a simple color instead.There is also a glue-like residue all around my nails that has been very difficult to remove. I paid $110 total for my nails and toes ($65 for my hands), and for that price I expected much better quality. Unfortunately, the work looks very beginner-level. Later that night I accidentally rubbed my eyes and some lashes fell out so I called and they had me come. Jennifer fixed my lashes and I wasn't charged for the redo. I went in there on my lunch hour and expected good customer service I only asked for a bill on my nails and the tech kept complaining telling me that my nails were lifting when they were not just because I didn't want to get a full set. I didn't want to rip my nails off. They are not ready. I am not gonna damage my own nails by doing that she was upset and kept complaining the whole time. She was filing my nails then she pressed hard on the electro file and burned my finger It hurts so much yet after this he still kept complaining about my nails and kept pressuring me to get a full set. It was an awful experience. I had to walk away. I was afraid she was going to keep hurting my fingers with her electric file she was only supposed to do a fill yet she covered my nails with acetone and my nails got very damaged to the point where I couldn't get a fail, no more I had to walk away and this is what I got as an end result I still have to go back into work with these horrible nails I should have never gone here! read more

Response, obviously you didn't read the review. Had I chose a higher package and opted out the callus removal (because I'm allergic) , the sides and back of my feet would not have been touched. This makes no sense. This is your business not mine, I won't spend my money there on a pedicure. And, if your offering half a service, you should left the customer know. I work just like you do.. I paid $38 dollars for water and polish.. lucked out when it comes to getting a decent pedicure here. Today, I chose a basic package with gel (I never get callus removal). Nancy barely used the pumis stone and outside of the water , the back and sides of my feet weren't touched. It's the craziest thing. All of the packages include callus removal. But if you don't pay for it, you're paying for half a service.. I can only laugh, I never had a successful pedicure here and why did I think today would be different. read more

MIA I had the best first-time experience at Venice Nails and Spa, thanks to Mia! I got the Venice Pedicure and honestly, my feet have never looked or felt better. Mia was so gentle and detailed--she even took care of my ingrowns (which I usually dread) and completely transformed my feet. She also freestyled the cutest natural design on my big toe--super simple and elegant, just how I like it. You can really tell she cares and takes pride in her work. I felt pampered the whole time! I'm a very busy mom and it's so hard to find the time to get to a nail appt so if they are chipping after a week or two I'm a bit disappointed but my experience w Venice has been consistently satisfied. Ive only had Jennifer touch my hands but anyone for my feet. Jennifer also does lashes which always come out beautifully natural. Also, they have amazing customer service. I have never had such an amazing experience at a nail salon!! I booked 8 appointments a month or so ago, for my best friend's bridal party. My best friend now lives out of state but has returned for her nuptials. I chose this salon because of positive reviews, pictures, etc. I am blown away!! 2 days before our appointments Jennifer texted to ask what we were celebrating, and to let me know they would be providing drinks and snacks for us. Already I was impressed!
