I called earlier in the day for a double mani/pedi (two people) but must have been unclear because we certainly surprised the very nice lady working. But she was willing to stay late and get both of us done even despite the surprise. She was lovely, did not skimp at all on services, and provided great massages and nail work. The lo-fi playing to the YouTube vids of quaint German towns was definitely a vibe. Will absolutely be back!

I don't get my nails done all the time, but on the few occasions I've had weddings to attend, I've been able to call them up and get same day service. I just get regular polish done, and the staff is very sweet and friendly. This most recent time, I brought in a few pictures of outfits I was planning to wear for the wedding week and they helped me choose between three colors to get the perfect shade. Another thing I liked is that they confirmed I liked the color once they had painted a nail in it...I'm guilty of not always speaking up if I don't so it was nice they confirmed. I was the only customer in the shop when I went in, so they asked if they could tag-team to get my service done, one doing my pedicure and the other my manicure, both at the same time. With drying time (and a decently long drying time at that!) I was out within an hour. As I was finishing up, they had a few folks come in that seemed to be regulars. I enjoyed my experience and think that it was fairly priced! My toes haven't chipped yet, but my nails started chipping around the 1-week mark, which feels pretty good for basic polish! She's 5'1" so she barley fits in the chair. 2 mani, 3 pedi, out in 90min. Not worth $206

I've been getting dip manicures with Hai Le for almost 9 months now, and she is incredible. She is very skilled and really takes the time to make sure your manicure is done right. I told her that I wanted to grow out my natural nails, and she gave me tips on how to grow them out and a bottle of oil to keep my cuticles moisturized. My nails are now long and look amazing! I've gone to other local salons for manicures, and while they were okay, I never walked out as happy as I do after a manicure with Hai Le. She is a dip manicure master! I only trust Hai Le with my dip manicures from now on.

hailee (i'm so sorry i can't spell) she did my nails yesterday and they're great!! i really appreciated her being able to fit me in when i was dealing with a time crunch. she didn't judge the fact that my nails are pretty worse for wear considering im a chronic nail biter due to anxiety. i haven't gotten them done in years because i was so tired of the judgement i got from them. she was able to do exactly what i wanted and very good too! took a lot of time and care to make sure they looked good!! i will be returning! read more

It's been a month since I walked in and my nails are completely ruined. She cut my thumb when trimming my nails, cut into my nail bed, and made my cuticles bleed. Gel polish turned out bumpy and started chipping after a week. My fingers hurt for days after. After two weeks I took the polish off and find out that they wayy over filled my nails. They break really easily now and I have to completely regrow my nails. Like I cant even open stuff without my nails breaking off. I never write reviews, but I regret coming here so much read more

Went and tried this place out after the other place I was going to started to not treat their customers nicely. This place was amazing hai le was so sweet and checked with me throughout the whole process to make sure I liked my nails. You can tell she really enjoys what she does. Nice little shop. The gal who did my nails was sweet. They've got a good selection of nail colours. This is my first visit, I got the classic pedicure which I'm pleased to say comes with a paraffin wax treatment. It's been less than 24 hrs and I've already got a bit of a chip on my big toe... Most of the time since my pedicure has been in slippers or sleeping so I'm not sure how that happened. read more

This place has a very cute interior design and it is very clean! There is a huge variety of colors to choose from and Sarah is great at what she does. She is also very friendly! I stopped by on a Friday evening not really knowing what I wanted. It was my first time getting my nails professionally done, and I only had a few reference pictures I found on Google to show Sarah and that was all she needed. She made my first nail salon experience wonderful and gave me beautiful nails! I've gotten so many compliments on them! read more

This place is smaller, much more cozier. There were two chairs! Second, the attention to detail is higher. The soaking tubs for the feet are better and it's more about pedicure than a long massage. Third, the overall atmosphere is warm and cozy. Sometimes it might feel like you are in a grocery store at other places. Not here - warm, nice music (and it isn't spa music!), and very friendly people. It's worth a visit.

I spent 45 minutes going over how much I paid verses what they thought I owed- regardless it was a waste of time, I felt like a thief, the woman kept insisting I never gave her money I thought I did- regardless no one could be proven right or wrong - but what I didn't care for was her disregard for letting my nails dry properly before hounding me for money she thought she was owed- it was really rude even when I told her when I'm done drying I'd work it all out. She was more concerned about her money than her service. I won't be going back here again based on customer service issues- sad because I was willing to give a new place a shot. Plus when I got home my foot started itching and now I seem to have a rash going on.

The service at At Nails is consistently stellar. My mani and pedi always looks fabulous and lasts for weeks. Stephen is still my guy. He is meticulous. He knows that I like my nails short and square, and I don't want cuticles cut, and incorporates that into my manicure without me needing to remind him. When Stephen has been out, Don and the woman have done my nails with expert precision and results. I was so excited to come to this Posh Nails Salon boutique in the charming Sellwood neighborhood. The Salon is so bright, cheerful, and very comfortable inside. I really appreciate the safety precautions that the owner, Sarah Nguyen, installed in her cute shop, tall, clear barriers between the pedicure chairs and manicure counter to provide safe social distancing. I'm a fan of Sarah when she has worked at other locations. I'm extremely proud of her latest accomplishment as she opened her new business, especially during this challenging time for all of us. Sarah always knows what polish color would look great with my skin tone when I come for my gel manicure and pedicure. I can't wait to come back and see Sarah again soon. It's actually not often I get my nails done as Acrylic, bc Im always disappointed with the outcome, but I showed an image of what I wanted and assignment was completely understood, I haven't been impressed with results like this in awhile.
