The woman who did my nails could not shape them correctly and they were slanted and not even. When I pointed this out to her, she said she couldn't see what I was talking about and then got offended and told me "I've been doing nails since the 80's, I think I would know". Well, after showing my nails to friends later on, they agreed they were very uneven. She was not professional at all and went on and on about her aches and pains and personal life. Pedicure was done by another woman. Was a standard pedicure. Then next was the makeup. After halfway through, I had to tell her to stop because I seriously looked like a clown. absolutely horrible. She tried to do my hair and that also was a disaster. She used a flat Iron to make tons of curls and used tons of hairspray. She gave me the snooki bump after I told her that I didn't want one. The whole thing was so sticky and messy. I ended up just finishing my own makeup before I left and paid her. The price she quoted me was fair imo considering all the services I had done($70 plus tip), but considering the result, I feel like it was a ripoff. I went straight home, my husband took one look at me and said I looked horrible and couldn't understand why anyone would think that could look good. I then had to take a shower and wash all the product out of my hair (took 3 washes), and washed all the makeup off my face. After I got out and could look at my hair better, I realized she burned it with the flat iron! My hair is a frizzy mess now and smells like burnt hair. There are chunks of hair falling out and breaking off. I ended up having to do my own hair and makeup minutes before we were supposed to leave the house to go to the wedding. Stressful, disappointing, and a waste of almost $100.

After it was done, we both agreed it wasn't what was decided on. She offered to redo at no charge. I agreed and went back. This time my hair was over processed and some hair coming out. I washed my hair the next day and the toner washed out. I'm now left with my hair looking brassy, orange and silver. I'm doing at home conditioning to hopefully help my hair to stop coming out. As you can see in the pictures it's very trashy. It looks like I have 6 inch roots. I can't wear it in certain ways because it shows the 6in looking roots or the spotted sides. I had emailed her explaining the situation and sent the pictures. She basically said, sorry you wasted your time. She's not understanding this is her salons work and now I'm the one walking around with no confidence at all and feeling ugly. As her picture with her statement says, everyone should walk out feeling they're best or most confident. I didn't, I feel worse. She's not looking at the after pictures I sent. You are suppose to walk out a salon feeling your most confident and most beautiful, I didn't get that pleasure. The owner is failing to see that my hair looks like I never even had it done. It looks like I have 7in roots. How is it possible for a business to take my money to make my hair look worse. I was NEVER given forms to sign. I was told I was signing the no show/cancelation form. It's one of the tiny things that you would use to sign for your signature on your license. She was tagged in the post by another person. So she's not telling the truth on that part. She was ignoring me thru emails. She replied 1 and I was emailing her back with more pics and information. But she could careless and ignored me. I have my email thread that shows her 1 email. Yes I talked with the stylist twice. I explained what I wanted and didn't want. I told her every detail about my hair. When I went back for the redo, I asked her if this would be safe for my hair. The stylist said yes, of course. If I didn't think your hair was strong enough, I wouldn't redo it. I also had to ask for a deep conditioning after. As you can see from pics, I have a lot of breakage and hair coming out still. Let's get over the fact that she thinks the top layer looks good, which it doesn't. But as soon as I try to wear it in different styles, you see what looks like 7in roots. This world is crazy to think it's ok to treat people horrible after they made a mistake. I need your help to correct this situation. She as a business owner is not willing to admit the accident done and is instead playing victim. I have not once said 1 negative thing about her salon or stylist. No I'm not happy about this. Who would be happy walking out of a high end salon with longer, darker roots than when I walked in. I again, I paid over $200 dollars to look and feel cheap. I'm wearing a hat when I go out in public because I'm so embarrassed. I had many salon owners and stylist comment on my post about how sorry they were this happened and how bad it looks for business and that it needs to be corrected. What it boils down to is her not wanting to admit the wrong doing. I know the stylist didn't mean for this to happen to my hair but it did. Now my hair and I are suffering at their hands. This happened at their hands and it needs to be corrected so I can finally get it fixed and back on the road to healthy.

She helped me to navigate what I would like and what to do for the longest lasting effect on my hair. I have a ton of new growth after having my baby and she was able to help integrate all of my hair all together to make it look as pretty as possible. My hair looks and feels so healthy. I HAD very long curly hair in a "U" shape (so I felt confident she could cut curly hair). I went into specific detail that I wanted to cut 4-5 inches of dead hair off but keep as much length as I could and the same style (U- shape), with long bangs for when I straighten it. I had pictures, and we talked about a plan for about 10 minutes before she started cutting. The first cut was a straight cut at my shoulders. She didn't keep the shape or length; she just chopped 12+ inches off like it was nothing. Once she realized she messed up, she tried to cut the top half of my hair longer to hide her mistake and then straightened my hair with a curling iron like it was 1995 still. Two weeks later after hating the way my hair looked I booked an appointment at another salon and the guy there fixed my botched hair and even mentioned he could see her first cut and how she tried to cover it up. Never go here if you're on a long hair journey. I am forced to start over. In fact, just avoid this salon if you can.
