They have an immaculately clean, top-of-the-line facility. Everyone there is extremely friendly and easy to talk to. Dr. Mikhail makes sure your comfortable and keeps checking on your comfort during any procedure. I had to have a crown replaced and was expecting the usual 2 weeks of wearing a temporary crown while my permanent crown was manufactured elsewhere. Nope! Like I said, top-of-the-line facility. Dr. Mikhail manufactures the custom made crown while you wait. Incredible! He did the custom design work on the computer right in front of me, then showed me the machine that was shaping the porcelain right across the hall. As a cherry on top, they even give you a disposable, biodegradable, hot towel to refresh yourself with when done. So far, I've had 2 cleanings, 2 filling replacements, a crown replacement, and zero complaints.

I've been a patient at this office for several years, and while my dental health has always been…read morevery good, I've repeatedly felt pressured by the hygienists/doctors to purchase extra products or agree to additional procedures that didn't seem necessary. Last year I called to express my overall dissatisfaction as well as my desire to no longer move forward with the office as a patient, but the customer care agent convinced me to try a different hygienist (which I did, and that subsequent visit was fine). At my most recent routine cleaning visit, my cleaning was done by a visiting dentist who told me I had two cavities that would need to be drilled and filled. I then asked the regular dentist (Dr. Talwar) to confirm those findings, and while she did confirm the presence of the two alleged cavities, she also mentioned that they were "pretty small" and would be easy to repair. She even offered to do the procedure during that same visit since it wouldn't require anesthetic. The whole situation felt very misaligned from my actual oral health history, especially given that I have *never* had a cavity before, so I decided to get a second opinion before undergoing an irreversible treatment. A week later, I visited a different dental office with excellent referrals, and that dentist reviewed my X‑rays and examined my teeth. She quickly determined that there were zero cavities to be found in any of my teeth, and that I have a very healthy mouth overall. When I asked her to hone in on the two specific teeth that the Advanced Dental Care team had identified as having "cavities", the new doctor explained that those teeth have natural anatomical grooves which the other dentists may have interpreted as early-onset areas of decay...but she was very clear that there was no clinical basis for drilling into any of my teeth. I'm SO glad that I trusted my instincts in this situation, but it's unsettling to think I was advised to undergo unnecessary dental work (especially after their long pattern of upselling leading up to this point). I'm sharing this so that other patients know to advocate for themselves and seek second opinions if something doesn't feel right. I also hope that the Advanced Dental Care team reflects on this experience, because trust is a crucial foundation of any healthcare relationship. I do want to specifically thank the administrative team at this office for always being very courteous and customer-service focused...I've always greatly appreciated your helpful attention anytime I've needed help with scheduling or billing issues. Though I will no longer be a patient at this office, I wish this team all the best in the future.

The staff is not knowledgeable. Their fillings fail. Their crowns fail. They don't know what they're doing. All they want is your money. I went back to my old dentist, though out of my network. Not worth jeopardizing your health. My wife had a tooth pulled and they removed part of her jaw bone with it and chipped the tooth next to it and said nothing. They had a great dentist briefly but he was only there for less than 6 months and I see why. Stay away from these people.

I have been in customer service and sales for many years and that first impression is everything. I hate entering an establishment and people look and act like you're just another number or that you're a bother. You won't feel that way here. Next, I was escorted to a beautiful meeting room. That was unexpected. I was wondering, hmmm, why. Then I was greeted by Alexis (who was awesome) she simply asked me to tell her about myself so she could get to know me better. Whaaat?!! How awesome is that? I felt like a VIP at a dental office...Nice!! Then Dr. Datta arrived after her and literally asked to get to know me as well and wanted to know what my ultimate goal and expectations were with my smile and dental care. I mean, omg! I have never had an experience like this in my lifetime. Dr. Datta Immediately made me feel comfortable. Thank you Dr. Datta. Lastly, Sarah was responsible for my cleaning and explained everything she was doing, step by step. She even introduced me to some of their state-of-the-art imaging equipment. Sarah was amazing and friendly and kind. Without a doubt, I am certain that I have found my dental care home. I will be going over a plan for treatment and follow up soon and I will give you an update on that experience, however, I know they will do a great job. This office goes above and beyond. Great overall but I have one complaint…read more The hygienists verbalize the fluoride treatment as a statement more than a question when they are actually likely trying to get consent for providing the service. My past two dental insurances only cover this service for children 16 and under and is not covered for adults. The hygienist said it was covered and I ended up having to pay OOP. Two hygienists have verbalized it in this way. It's likely a 2 minute procedure that lets them make $40-50 hence why they do this. It's not a good business practice to not clearly and fully inform the patient. Parking is good, dentist is good. Equipment seems very updated and has the TV screen that you can watch from the chair. They seem to be taking COVID very seriously with precautions. Automated text appointment reminders are a plus. Their website for filling out forms and consistency/clarity of instructions is lacking. Also their tablets for filling out the information is not the most responsive.
