I've never had a pistachio flavored drink, so I was a little hesitant, but wow, I'm glad I ordered it! The matcha base wasn't overly sweet nor was the pistachio foam overly salty. Ignorance was not bliss for me as the dish did not include the bacon that it was supposed to have... but I didn't know that it was supposed to have bacon until my wife told me after I ate it.
