I wanted to do some Self Care today after working 12 plus hours. I was extremely exhausted but I needed a pedicure, manicure, and the massage that you can get while sitting in one of the remote controlled chairs. Tammy was my pedi and mani Specialist. I put Specialist behind her name because it's very seldomly to find a Technician that actually does the Quality of Care in her line of work. My water was just Perfectly prepared for me. I was offered something to drink. The red wine tasted flat but it did the job for me. After a few sips I was knocked out lol. It was rather tranquil though being the only customer in the room, while the T.V.'s were playing. I truly enjoyed my services rendered to me by Tammy. I received my 10% off my entire service which I gave back in Gratuity and then some more. Tammy smiled with so much enthusiasm at me. Then said in her thick accent, Come back See Me. Salon has changed ownership and severely degraded in service, quality and sanitation. This is not Poshe and I actually did not complete pedicure after seeing young girl attempt to use a food grade cheese grater wrapped up in a towel. Let me start by saying that the nails and toes were decent, and we appreciate the 30% discount applied today. However, I do have to leave a review after our experience today. This is not our normal nail place, but my mom chose it because she needed to get to work so I drove to her this time. She called yesterday and made 2 10 a.m. appointments for nails and toes. We arrived and there was no one else there. We were asked to sign in, but as we were choosing services, he told us not to worry about that part, took us back to the chairs, and handed us a menu book. Then they asked what we needed and I said Deluxe pedicure and dip nails, my mom said Deluxe pedicure and dip manicure. At our other location, they call it NextGen, at the check-in screen the only options were Acrilic and Manicure and my mother was confused. They started on our pedicure and a lady walked in and asked if they had time for dip nails. He said yes and left my pedicure to take care of her. This left the other technician to do both our pedicures. In my opinion, if we had appointments, we should be given priority over walk ins. We made appointments because we had plans/work that we needed to get to. When it was time for nails, my mom tried to tell them never mind and the lady said that he was ready to do my dip and she was going to do hers. Then proceeded to give my mom a manicure. When we asked about the dip for my mom, the technician said "You said manicure" They got my mom set up for dip nails. Then another walk-in entered and the technician left my mom to go and take care of the walk-in. She did come back and finish my mom's nails. She also talked to the guy in their language, which normally doesn't bother me, but she was obviously talking about the manicure vs. dip nails situation. While the guy was setting up my nails he asked me what shape I wanted and I said, square rounded at first, then I said more round than square. But he was humming to himself and did not hear me. So I have very square nails. Although I did not want to fix it because we had already been there for so long. But in total for the dip and pedicure we were there for over 2 hours, at our other location we would have been there max 1 hour and 15 minutes. Needed some long overdue pampering. Poshe had same day appointments for our pedicures. All staff in masks and deep cleaning between customers. Only thing a would change a lot of talking amongst staff members so difficult to really chill and enjoy the spa moment. read more

I've had decent manicures here before, but I came in to get gels removed and my nails are destroyed. She took deep curved gouges out of my nails from the drill going into nail instead of along the surface to remove the gel. Then she used a super rough buffer block, which left scratches all along my nails, and slapped a coat of top coat on to cover the scratches. I've never seen that before... every other time I've had gels removed, they've used a fine buffer block so the nails are smooth. Didn't bother to do any oil or lotion after acetone soak. It'll take months for my nails to grow out. Never going back. read more

Horrid. Don't even bother. Horrible service, horrible nail techs, horrible price. You're better off painting your own nails at home. I came in to get a previous set of acrylics removed. Whichever nail tech I got assigned to didn't even remove the acrylic fully before painting over them. The acetone was also scorchingly hot to the point where I had to wait several minutes before actually being able to tolerate my hands being in there. My hands are still covered in acrylic goo that she didn't bother to clean off my fingers. She didn't let the polish finish drying before coating a cotton ball in water (???) for whatever reason and rubbing my nails with it. Now there's cotton remnants stuck on my nail. I had to pay 45 dollars for something WORSE than what I could do at home. read more

I've been desperately needing my nails taken off and redone. I scrolled through so many different salons trying to find one that seemed nice and had good reviews and finally i came across this one. Not only was it beautiful inside but everyone was so friendly. The gentleman that took care of me was named Fam i believe but i totally could have heard him wrong. I've been coming to Poshe for several years now and they have had a lot of turnover. They have been struggling since Covid but this new team seems to have their stuff together. I've only been once so far but I loved my dip and nails. They have a ton of dip colors and even the neon and brighter ones that I prefer. I went to Poshe Nails today on my lunch break around 11:30 am since it's close to work. I really needed to get my nails done and didn't want to wait until I was closer to my usual salon. After entering I was impressed with the decor. It looked really nice and upscale. They have a few small TVs and I know they need larger TVs mounted in the wall. I also missed the selection of wine and cocktails that I have at my usual salon. I did like my nails and they got me out within an hour. Overall this is a good option if I can't make it to salon I usually go to. read more

I used to love this salon and they did a good job, but the last two times I've been. no one spoke English but the manager/owner, and the women were not well trained. One woman actually poured Lavender scrub into the manicure bowl with water, turning my fingers and nails purple, then seemed unsure what to use to the color off. I think she was trying to spare my bad cuticles from acetone, which I appreciate, but soaking one's hand in purple water? Due to the language barrier, I couldn't communicate anything about the manicure or pedicure. I've given Poshe two chances, and sadly I won't be back. read more

I always do my nails every 3-4 weeks. I always go to q nails and bar but that day i was in a rush and decided to go to poshe nails. The lady there was friendly and nice. I told her to do ombre nails, the manager (guy) he told me $55 (which was fine for dip powder) - in less than 8 days the nails started coming off and in 13th day my left hand did not hav any nails left. I work in Sprint mobile so i dont have any heavy lifting work just making sure i dont cook nor wash dishes. - this never happened to me that within 7-8 days nails started coming off this easily. - the lady didnt put the wax in the top of the plastic acrylic nail, she directly put the dip powder and thats it. This nail salon is great. The decor makes you feel as if you're in a high end nail salon but you're getting a deal. With every pedicure, they use a new foot bath bag so it reduces the possibility of contamination of infection. The place is very clean and sanitary. They always have a bunch of nail technicians on staff so you'll be set to get in and out in a quickness. There have been times when I've seen them incredibly busy so I recommend calling ahead and schedule an appointment. There are times when I'll call in just 10 minutes ahead. You don't select a color by choosing from a wall of nail polish.. Just sit in your massage chair with your feet soaking in the warm water and comfortably select your color from 4 different rings, each with at least 20 colors you can choose from. All the ladies are sweet. I mainly go to Karen b/c the last time I had my nails done, she knew I wouldn't like the color I had originally chosen and was kind enough to change it after applying it to 2 nails. After seeing another review of them refusing to honor a gift card, I checked when we first walked in to see if they would accept mine since it was about a year old (it had no expiration date). The guy I talked to said it would be fine. Then after we were finished and paying (mani/pedi were fine and the young guy who did mine was especially nice), they told me they could not accept the gift card! When I explained that I checked when we came in and wouldn't have proceeded otherwise, they still kept saying they couldn't accept it because it was from a previous owner, and that the guy who assured me it was OK was "just a tech." I outright refused to pay the gift card amount because I truthfully would never have proceeded if I didn't think they'd honor it. They showed me what their current gift card looked like. They told me again it was a gift card from a previous owner. They tried to get me to do a 20% discount instead. I don't like to do this but I had to insist. They don't seem to understand that not honoring these gift cards is going to cost them more business than what they lose from the gift cards. (Our bill was $120 and the gift card was $60, so I still paid $60 plus a generous tip because they ultimately honored it. But I will never go back.) They also don't seem to have any idea how inappropriate this is to do to customers whose friends/family paid good money for these gifts -- it's not our fault ownership changed hands and there's no way we could have known. This is something they should have worked out with the previous owner ... they shouldn't be expecting patrons to eat the loss. read more
