It had a flat front tire, and we were honestly expecting bad news--Mark let us know up front that fixing these tires is incredibly tough (hands-hurt-for-a-week tough), and that most places wouldn't even attempt it. But instead of turning us away, Mark chose to take the time to really look at it. He spent about 20 minutes diagnosing the issue, repositioning the tube, doing some hands-on maintenance, and even using Fix-a-Flat to test if it would hold air. It worked! He didn't have to do any of this--and he didn't charge a dime. Watching someone take this kind of care, especially for someone who could've easily been overlooked, meant the world. It's been a long time since I've seen that level of kindness and integrity in customer service. Thank you, Mark! What you did today truly mattered.

Instead of trying to sell me some 100 dollar seat post and clamp like most large bike shops Paul instantly tried to fix the problem! He tried using tools and his vice grip but with no avail. He then found an affordable seat that would work for my son. My son needed a top seat clamp since his exploded and Paul tried looking through all his parts. He couldn't find one so he was kind enough to take one off another seat post. Paul could tell we really wanted to get back on the trails and was very affordable and friendly. We…read morehave been taking our clients bikes here to get fixed but this last time we ran into a problem. I dropped off the bike to get the brakes fixed over a week ago. When I dropped the bike off I made sure to explain to them that I needed to pay for the bike up front due to having to use the company credit card and it takes a process to get the credit card back. They agreed and the bike repair was paid for. Fast forward a week and the bike was still not fixed when it was suppose to. Well today we went to pick up the bike since we called and they said it was ready for pickup over the phone. When we got there they said they ran into some other problems which needed to be fixed and that there was a balance of $16 dollars (did not mention this over the phone). I asked them if they would allow my client to take the bike home today and that I would be back tomorrow with the company card to pay the difference. They said no. I tried to explain to the lady that my client would have a behavior if he didn't get the bike because he was set on getting the bike today. To any other person waiting an extra day to get the bike would be fine but to someone with an intellectual disability telling them to wait another day when they are looking at the bike and see that it is fixed just leads to behaviors. She still didn't allow it my client left the store angry and shouting. Will no longer go here to get our clients bikes repaired.

If you need a quick turn around time, don't take your bike repair to this establishment. I am all about supporting local small businesses; however, this experience took it's toll on my patience.....I dropped off the bike for a wheel replacement. It took Nigel 3 weeks to get it back to me. He had eluded that it would be done over the weekend. He seemed frustrated when I called to inquire about delays and communication/updates were non-existent. When I finally picked it up (Not that he ever called to say it was ready, but because I was fed up and going to get my bike back fixed or not) the bike was delivered with a pinched tube that leaked air out as I got home. I went to take it back in and he was gone. Closed early despite his posted business hours. Nice enough guy and seems knowledgeable and passionate about bikes, but he runs his business like a hobby and lacks professionalism. This may have been a series of unfortunate events but was just frustrating enough to push my business elsewhere. He did not offer to make any discounts or accommodations for the experienced inconveniences.
