It had a flat front tire, and we were honestly expecting bad news--Mark let us know up front that fixing these tires is incredibly tough (hands-hurt-for-a-week tough), and that most places wouldn't even attempt it. But instead of turning us away, Mark chose to take the time to really look at it. He spent about 20 minutes diagnosing the issue, repositioning the tube, doing some hands-on maintenance, and even using Fix-a-Flat to test if it would hold air. It worked! He didn't have to do any of this--and he didn't charge a dime. Watching someone take this kind of care, especially for someone who could've easily been overlooked, meant the world. It's been a long time since I've seen that level of kindness and integrity in customer service. Thank you, Mark! What you did today truly mattered.

I had never been in here until recently when a regular from Forza Coffee down the street got his only mode of transportation stolen while grocery shopping at Safeway. (This man has been on disability and dialysis for 7 yrs. The bike is his only form of joy as well) Upon hearing this I started a "go fund me" campaign to raise the needed money for a replacement. The barristas donated their tips for a day and word spread. Within a week we had the money and decided to go to Wheel Sport . I shared the story and asked for a discount which they gave thus allowing for an upgrade. I relocated from Seattle 1 1/2 yrs ago.....its businesses like "Wheel Sport" that make it easy for me to say I LOVE this city. Thanks guys.

Instead, they chipped and gouged my frame in numerous areas, causing more damage then 2 seasons at Silver Mt Bike park. On top of that, when I suggested (validly) that a small amount of time masking the area they were working on could have prevented the damage, I was cursed at and gaslit by none other then the manager Dan himself. This business is terrible and they DO NOT care about your bike. They didn't hesitate to charge me $100 an hour for their "service". Wish I could rate them zero stars. If you care about your bike at all find a better shop, any of them out there are better then this joke of a business.

Instead of trying to sell me some 100 dollar seat post and clamp like most large bike shops Paul instantly tried to fix the problem! He tried using tools and his vice grip but with no avail. He then found an affordable seat that would work for my son. My son needed a top seat clamp since his exploded and Paul tried looking through all his parts. He couldn't find one so he was kind enough to take one off another seat post. Paul could tell we really wanted to get back on the trails and was very affordable and friendly. I literally went as I shredded the brake bumps at Beacon. The brake works as it's supposed to, the dropper is "snappy." The was in the shock. Josh diagnosed that it was literally assembled and reassembled I correctly somewhere in the manufacturing process. The bike is only a few years old, and I've been held up by injuries.
