I literally went as I shredded the brake bumps at Beacon. The brake works as it's supposed to, the dropper is "snappy." The was in the shock. Josh diagnosed that it was literally assembled and reassembled I correctly somewhere in the manufacturing process. The bike is only a few years old, and I've been held up by injuries. Impressed with how they treat each other, which leads to great customer experience. Great choice of brands that I like in both road and mountain bikes. I have bought new bikes from them and do most of my own maintenance but they have done a great job when things get too challenging or need skills and equipment that I don't have.
