100% Ripped off company. They keep persuading my husband to fix and repair more parts on my husband and I bikes than necessary. Our bikes are not the high class bikes too. It cost overall $661 plus labor. We should have just buy new bikes online than them fixing our commute bikes. They ripped u off and persuaded my husband to pay a lot. We left the bike for 2 weeks. I arrived there yesterday and they finally said they can repair it yesterday for very very short labor time. Find somewhere else less expensive to fix your bike, not this place honestly. I am still angry for what they have done. I do not recommend especially the overall cost to fix a bike. read more

I have never had a bike fitting before but I went in today and talk about caring, customer service! Utterly, amazing! Typically one would expect lesser service for a cheaper price. I called from Missoula to Moses Lake and most bike fittings run $400.00. North Division Bike shop charges $100.00!! My bike is now SO comfortable to ride now. Covid phase 3 review: The staff at NDB are all fully vaccinated, and they are not requiring masks for fully vaccinated customers. North Division Bicycle epitomizes what you get out of shopping local, and I cannot recommend them enough if you are looking for personalized knowledgeable service for your cycling needs. I was looking to upgrade to a new Trek road bike, and came to North Division Bicycle because they are an authorized dealer. The pandemic severely affected parts manufacturing, so bikes were (and still are) difficult to come by. They did not have the model(s) I was interested in in store, but we thoroughly talked through the options and discussed what would best suit my needs. I ordered my Trek in person at NDB with Scott, one of the owners and the most enthusiastic and helpful bike expert I have ever met. He is clearly a true cycling lover and eager to share his expertise. My bike was not unexpectedly delayed this spring at the manufacturer level, and in order to keep their original estimated arrival date, NDB bought the kit from Trek and assembled my bike with the same specifications. I went in for a fitting when it was completed and got completed outfitted to be road ready. I was never rushed and never made to feel that any question was too stupid. I am crazy in love with my new bike, but I am extra extra impressed that they even had the old version Camelbak Podium bottles I've been lamenting the loss of for years. NDB went above and beyond retail expectations for me, and I would give them an extra star for being so extra if I could. I am blown away by the quality of the customer service I've received. You don't just get bicycles, parts, accessories, tuneups, and repairs (done on site), you get the shared expertise of the owners who share your own love of cycling. I took a set of vintage hubs and rims to them to be built. They answered all of my questions with appropriate responses (specifics about spoke brands, styles, how to build the wheels etc.). Unfortunately when I dropped off my stuff the first thing they did was drop a nearly 30 year old, never before laced hub from the table to the concrete floor. They said that they would make it right by adjusting the price. That never happened because I picked up my rims and hubs before they could be built here. I was willing to give them a chance until they called me and said that the spokes I wanted to use wouldn't fit (double butted DT Swiss) and tried to convince me that an inferior option was the way to go. A very quick search proves that multiple double butted spoke options are available for my rim/hub combo. I have a 20" BMX bike, maybe they are good at other bikes but if you race BMX don't go near this place. read more

Definitely a great find! We were traveling and needed air in our tires! During COVID businesses have so many rules to follow and this company still provided AMAZING service! Got us in despite their busy scheduled services already. One of our bikes the stem was broke so he replaced the tire immediately. All while noticing a few minor adjustments were needed on the brakes. They also got my rear suspension at the correct pressure all on a drop in Saturday afternoon. Called to see if they could look at my bike as my front derailleur was not working properly. As it is spring and they are very busy I asked if they could look at it ASAP. Our son is visiting from Germany in the next coup,e of days and was anxious to ride the bike to keep his conditioning up. They promised to give it look in the next few days so I took it in. Halfway home from dropping it off I got a call from the bike mechanic who said he had it done. I have had them service my bike before and every time I have left with them I have been more than happy with their work, the time it took and the quality of the service.
