On top of that, when I suggested (validly) that a small amount of time masking the area they were working on could have prevented the damage, I was cursed at and gaslit by none other then the manager Dan himself. This business is terrible and they DO NOT care about your bike. They didn't hesitate to charge me $100 an hour for their "service". Wish I could rate them zero stars. If you care about your bike at all find a better shop, any of them out there are better then this joke of a business.

The owner says he pays 2% fees on avg and that is not true. Interstate rates that are mandatory eat up that 2% and profit is then added with swipe fees and a lot more. HE DOES NOT PAY 2% and he certainly can't read his statements right ---the processor sneaks them in. In any event if you want a lazy dude to kind give you some service than this is your place. He couldn't find one so he was kind enough to take one off another seat post. Paul could tell we really wanted to get back on the trails and was very affordable and friendly. I literally went as I shredded the brake bumps at Beacon. The brake works as it's supposed to, the dropper is "snappy." The was in the shock. Josh diagnosed that it was literally assembled and reassembled I correctly somewhere in the manufacturing process. The bike is only a few years old, and I've been held up by injuries.
