My boyfriend loved his sandwich and the fries said they were both really good. I had a salad and their twice baked potato which were both equally as good. The service was good but it was also slow only 4 tables there so i don't know what it would be like during peak times. The place was very nice and clean.

Amazing service and delicious food! Unlike other restaurants, they don't require your entire party to be present in order to be seated. They were offering a set menu for the Taste of UTC with a selection for a three course meal. If that didn't catch your eye, you could also order from their regular menu. I ordered the truffle pasta with steak off of the regular menu. The truffle was subtle and well mixed with the cheese of the pasta. I had ordered the chocolate lava cake to share for dessert. It does show that it takes about 10-15 minutes to make, but it was worth the waits it's topped with fresh berries and a side of vanilla ice cream. The ambiance is great for a dinner date or a dinner with friends. Service was fantastic.

This place is outstanding, service, ambience and food excellent. I ordered a cocktail called coquina cosmo. It was the best cosmo I've ever had. The crab and cheese dip was spectacular. Sierra was a fantastic server at the bar.

Very nice place with a large outdoor space & large bar. Parking can be a little challenging as it's in the parking lot of a popular shopping area. Great happy hour! Our second time there we missed happy hour & enjoyed the deviled eggs, chicken madeira, & sushi. Excellent service, drinks, & food. 1 star off for the prices which are very high. Definitely enjoy this place & will be back!

Outstanding service. Super nice people. The food was top notch. I tried the sticky ribs and the fried oysters. Both were amazing. Great ambiance. There was a guy playing a guitar. It was great. Oh and the bread! Hands down the best bread I've had in my life!

Started our early dinner with a delicious Espresso Old Fashioned. First time but definitely not the last time I will order this cocktail. The bartender nailed it! It was perfectly balanced. YUM! For the appetizer we chose the Burrata and Tomato which consisted of Burrata, blistered tomatoes, basil pesto, truffle oil, and aged balsamic on a grilled crostini. Burrata portion was generous and the entire plate was very good. Mains were the Double Cut Pork Chop, espresso rubbed with a maple glaze alongside sweet potato gnocchi, goat cheese, spinach, and blackberry gastrique. The pork was grilled spot on. This dish is on the sweet side which is right up the hub's alley. He ate all of it. I enjoyed the Seared Scallops and Shrimp which included Parmesan Risotto, Lobster Sauce, Pancetta, Asparagus, and Roasted Tomatoes. Every thing on my plate was very well cooked and the flavors played so well with each other. I too (to the protest of my waistband) ate all of it. Service was amazing and the atmosphere was welcoming. We would definitely eat here again.

Post is a fairly new place in the Cooper Creek area. It has a lot of seating both inside and outside. I really like the fact that it has a roll-up window next to the bar so one can sit either inside or outside while sitting at the bar. The outside seating seems nice, but it's next to a busy parking lot, so I'm not sure how nice that really is. We sat inside in a comfortable booth. The service was good. While I made a reservation for a fairly empty place, we were seated right away and nicely taken care of. I had the chicken Madeira, which was good, not great. Portions were decent sized. I might stop in again and try it again.

We have eaten here in the past maybe 3-4 times. We went for lunch Saturday afternoon. Not super busy, but we think the ambiance in and around the bar area and outside is pretty nice and picturesque. The restaurant is never super busy ( not quite sure why) so we got a decent spot near the bar quickly. The waiter was attentive and friendly throughout the meal. We had 2 entrees and 1french onion soup. The French onion soup was very good and hopefully they keep the recipe just the way it is. My wife's fig pizza was appetizing as she stated I would order this again. FYI the crust is a little thicker is your into that. I had the French dip and I would say it's definitely something I could order again, but my sauce for dipping was maybe a little too much on the red wine side, but bonus I had leftover French onion which served as an awesome dipping sauce. The fries were awesome. Despite the low crowd scene we will be back to try again. Because this place is cute and I want it to succeed. Food 7.5 Ambiance 8.0 Service 8.5

It was a girl's night out at Post Kitchen and Bar. We enjoyed a nice evening on the patio. Love the decor and atmosphere. The waiter was really nice and gave us some great recommendations. We ordered Caesar salad and fries for our appetizers along with fresh homemade pull apart butter rolls. The rolls were delicious. Melted in your mouth. My girls ordered the Post Burger. I will admit, my feelings were hurt not getting the burger. I love a good burger. I will get next time. I ordered the truffle pasta with grilled chicken. It was very well seasoned and cooked to perfection. We left very full and satisfied with our selections. Will definitely be back.

So I'll start by saying... It's an amazing restaurant. You wouldn't expect a beautiful restaurant like this to be found in a strip mall... But, this truly is a really nice place. It's in the UTC area and thus the area is fancy... But, don't let the fact that it's in a shopping center make you think less of the restaurant. OK, now to the important stuff. The food. Delicious food and beautiful presentation. My wife and I got oysters that's an appetizer. Large oysters: very fresh, tasted great. My wife got the Caesar salad and I got the French onion soup. The French onion soup was delicious. Her Caesar salad was a little too fancy... That's my way of saying it was pretty small and maybe too much presentation and not enough food/flavor. So negative points on the Caesar salad. I ordered the fillet... It was a great cut of meat, perfectly cooked, and quite good. It was served over potatoes that almost had a tater tot texture to them. I really enjoyed the potatoes -- great combo with the filet. My only gripe... I don't really like when restaurants cut the meat for me. I'd rather cut into it myself. Another friend at the table ordered the New York strip and similarly it was cut into small pieces. I get it... Cutting into the meat and laying it down in the plate does right makes it look pretty. But, I'm still not a fan of this. My wife got the Chilean Seabass, and she really enjoyed the fish. It was presented with a risotto which she thought was a little too creamy. My friend was celebrating a birthday and he got a crème brûlée for dessert. We all had a little bit... It was delicious. Although I had a few critiques, I really enjoyed the food. It was a very delicious dinner. Speaking about the restaurant... It's a beautiful restaurant. Very clean, very well serviced. We had a really nice server who checked in on the table almost a dozen times. Very attentive.

I had my first experience here this weekend, 2 nights in a row. Saturday night was for my first 60th birthday. We had 18 ladies. Josh our server was awesome to handle separate checks! Ambience is great. I had Chilean Seabass & although it was pretty small; it was delicious none the less. Sunday night , another birthday dinner but with couples. I couldn't remember our servers name but she was also awesome! This time I had the braised short ribs & it was so tender & delicious! Oh and I can't forget to mention the incredible dinner rolls! Yummy! We will definitely come back again !

I had been wanting to try it for months since they opened, and we finally went for our anniversary. I even noted that on the reservation, which made the experience feel like it should have been something special. Unfortunately, it missed the mark. Nothing was outright "wrong" with the host or wait staff, but the overall vibe just wasn't welcoming. For the price point, I expected to leave feeling like it was an incredible, memorable dinner that I couldn't wait to repeat. Instead, we left pretty underwhelmed and unlikely to return. One thing that stood out was that although we noted it was our anniversary on the reservation, nothing was acknowledged at all. That's totally fine, but it does make you wonder why the question is asked in the first place if it's not going to be recognized in any way. The fish itself was fresh, and I do think if I had ordered more simple sashimi or nigiri, I would have enjoyed the food more. However, we ordered a mix of sushi rolls and appetizers, and the rolls just weren't well balanced in flavor. Nothing stood out as something I'd order again. The potstickers (gyoza) were the highlight, honestly some of the best I've had. Beyond the food, there were a lot of small details that added up. The drinks were served in glasses that felt cheap. The silverware felt cheap. Our table was wobbly. The space felt small, loud, and a bit cold in atmosphere. Plates weren't cleared when they should have been, and there were noticeable service gaps. Our server didn't know the answer to a simple question about a drink on the happy hour menu (he did go find out, but it slowed things down). Our meals and desserts didn't come out together, with a pretty significant delay between, which took away from the experience. At the end of the night, it was about a $200 meal that felt more like a $75 experience. We really wanted to love it, but overall it just didn't live up to the expectations they set. There are several other sushi spots nearby that we would choose over this next time we want to go out for sushi. Overall, I'd rate it a 6/10.

Probably not as these items were so awesome that I would have to try new items every time I go back or another visit. I will again say that our server Lissete, it's probably one of the best servers I have ever had before. She was personal, professional, assisted us with the menu, get back with us after every plate and overall treated us as if we were honored guests in her home.
