When I arrived, there was a person ahead of me that was being assisted by the female front associate. Which that same front associate directed me to use the self service station across the counter. Don't get me wrong, the self service was efficient. I just don't know how or when the rest of the return process goes once you drop the package in the basket in the station. I say that because in the Amazon return status, it kept saying to drop off my package to this UPS location. Normally if I did it at the front desk, return status would already be in process within a day or two. But this last time took about a week.

This was an interesting experience to say the very least. This is a very small UPS store in a…read morelittle plaza. When I initially walked in, there was literally one lady ahead of me. Next thing I knew a couple came in and this other staff member came out to help. He looks at me asks what I needed and then said that he can't do that. So I have to wait for the employee that's currently helping another individual. Unfortunately for me, the lady in front of me took a very long time. In that time, the line backed all the way out the door. I waited a good 30 minutes before I was helped. My process took probably about 5 minutes. The young lady that was helping me was friendly enough. I'm not sure what I was expecting, but this definitely wasn't it. I think because they are such a small store. They get very busy very quickly, and there really isn't any room for anyone to stand so the line backs up out the door. And unfortunately, when one customer brings in 30 packages to send back, it makes it difficult and a longer wait time for everyone else.
