I got such great support, help and assistance from all three employees in the UPS store, they even talked to Amazon on my behalf to make sure Amazon understood that I was in the store and stuck. I came here last week and spoke to Maddie about doing an overnight shipping which cost close to $200. She was most helpful. I've always received great service until today. I noticed that this gentleman was present last week and was not very personable with other customers so I opted to wait for Maddie. Today when I walked in, Maddie was busy with another issue and the same gentleman who later told me his name was Jesus helped me and basically said it's five bucks to deal with this issue or you deal with it. I understand that a business needs to make money, but this literally would've only taken a few strips of tape and I've been coming here for well over a year because they are helpful with small situations and don't charge extra when it's something minor. Clearly things have changed with Jesus. It's not just the decision to charge me five dollars, but it was his attitude and manner in which he spoke with me which was unacceptable and I won't be returning, and I can't imagine I'm the only one with this opinion.

You can type in most of the paperwork ahead of time via Department of State's forms (complete and print). Schedule an appointment for a 30-min slot at this USPs and voila, all done. Dean was super friendly and especially helpful. Some tips: 1. You need to submit both the original birth certificate and photocopy. The US State Dept will mail the original back to you after the passport. 2. Both parents need to show drivers license, and you need to submit photocopies of both front and back. 3. Bring personal checks for the passport fee ($100). For the USPS fee ($35) they take cash, credit card, and check. 4. Lastly, and very important is that there is no onsite restroom. If your toddler really needs to go, they have super clean bathrooms in the lobby of Rock Church next door. We were extremely lucky it was open on a Saturday morning with lots of people.

Wow, such a night-and-day difference between the Pleasanton store and the San Ramon location! I…read morewent to this one after my horrible experience at the Pleasanton FedEx Office store, and my experience here is consistent like the previous visits. Workstations are always available, and if I don't need them (which I didn't), the printers are also available. I decided to go home after my awful experience at the Pleasanton location and just work on my document there since the San Ramon location is pretty close. After getting that done, I saved a copy of my document on my phone, drove to the San Ramon location, and then went to the printer to retrieve my document with the retrieval code method. Once that was done, I got a folder to put my documents in, waited briefly for an employee to check me out, and the manager was quite friendly too, unlike the other manager at the Pleasanton location. Great service also came with great value, as the prints aren't expensive, and neither was the folder! I will keep coming back to this location; I should not have gone to the other one because it was closer at the time.

There were no employees at the front, but I could clearly hear staff talking in the back. I repeatedly pressed the customer service bell, but no one responded. After waiting for about 15 minutes, I finally called out and asked if anyone was there and why no one was coming to the front to help customers. A female employee responded from the back and said that they close the doors at 4:30 PM. I explained that I had been there since 4:20 PM, continuously pressing the bell, and no one had come to assist me. This experience was extremely frustrating and unprofessional. I hope management is aware of how customers are being treated at this location. Very disappointing service, and I will not be returning.
