The guy there said they dont give them out..they are for international packages. I said are you going to make me drive to the fedex store for free label holders. He said he can give me 2 I said I need 4. He said he cant!!!! Total garbage service. I will drive 20 miles out of my way to shop anywhere else!!!

    I am always here. :)

UPBEAT AND FRIENDLY POST OFFICE SERVICE!!…read more Just mailing a couple things off and there was no line and the service I got was top-notch quality from Khalloni! She is definitely on point with kindness, smiling, bubbly personality, and super helpful. I spent a total of maybe three minutes in there tops. It was the fastest I've ever been in and out of a post office. They have a section for cards and packages like every other post office. Everything looked nice and neat. Affordable mailing. I mean everything goes up within inflation so prices vary. Definitely the best service I've ever received from a post office.

This has to be the worst post office I ever went to…read more If you need any USPS services don't go to this location. Who would think a post office would not be able to make a return label for a package? The person at the window also refused to make a regular label for my box because I had not fully taped it yet-I brought tape with me to finish after getting a return label which she couldn't do. The line was about 15 people long which is fine, it happens because there were only 2 windows open. There was a woman at one window who was chatting it up with the employee as she was browsing for stamps she might want in a large plastic bin, the kind you use to store stuff. By this time the line was literally out to the front doors. Several people in line suggested letting her browse stamps off to the side and let the line move and the employee said no, she can hold us all up as long as she wants. She bought $2.80 worth of stamps after all that. The upside of my wasted hour was that I tried Pirate Ship when I got home. Not only was it easy to use but I saved several dollars and was able to print a return label which does not get charged until the person on the other end actually uses it. In addition, the chat support is super friendly and helpful unlike the post office.

"Where Letters Go to Die: A Gulag Review"…read more I arrive at 5:00 AM, expecting to be first in line. Instead, I find a queue wrapped around the building like the bread line outside a 1962 Minsk grocery store. Babushkas in housecoats. Grown men clutching Priority Mail boxes like they're smuggling defense secrets. Nobody speaks. Nobody smiles. Somewhere, a crow caws ominously. The building does not open at 8:30 AM. The building considers opening at 8:30 AM, deliberates on it internally, consults the Politburo, and then -- MAYBE -- cracks the door at 8:37, releasing a smell like a meat locker that lost power during a heat wave. I do not know what they are storing back there. I do not want to know. I suspect it predates the Cold War. Once inside, you are assigned a number and a fate. Speak out of turn, sigh too loudly, or make prolonged eye contact with an employee, and you are sent to the back of the line -- or, if the postal worker's mood is sufficiently sour that day, to what longtime patrons here simply refer to as "the Gulag Line," a mythical second queue that may or may not loop through a supply closet and back out into the parking lot. I came here today for one reason: to find out what happened to FOUR -- count them, FOUR -- letters I mailed over a month ago. Two to comrades in New Jersey. Two here in Vegas. My poor babushka has not received her money. My vendors are calling me daily, demanding payment, assuming I have simply vanished into the Nevada desert like a man who owed the wrong people money. I have become, through no fault of my own, an international letter-smuggling fugitive in the eyes of my own family. The clerk -- no name tag, obviously, they don't want to be identified by the tribunal later -- informed me with the warmth of a Siberian wind that "mail sometimes takes time" and that there was "nothing to track." Comrade, I don't need reassurance. I need Interpol. I need a forensic mail accountant. I need to know if my letters are lost, stolen, or currently being read aloud at a KGB holiday party. Pros: Excellent cardio from standing for three hours. Free character development. Cons: My rubles -- er, dollars -- are missing. So is my faith in the postal system. So, possibly, is an election somewhere. Do svidaniya, Russell Road Post Office. I will see you again next month, same line, same silence, same suspicious meat smell. Not because I want to. Because I have no choice. None of us do. 1 star. Would not defect again, but have no other option.

I grabbed a few things to get ready to ship my package and got in the line which had nobody in it. I was ignored by 2/3 and finally Ashly calls me over. First thing she says with an annoyed tone is her coworker is open not sure why she can't take you. Frustrated she scans my prepaid labels. I go to hand her my packages and she says you have to close them were not a premium service. I shared that at another location I was told that you guys (they) had to close them so I was confused. She just had the rudest tone pretty much not wanting to be present for the day. An older guy walks over before me whilst Ashly wasn't with anyone and ask where he could get another package similar to the one he had and she says with her rude tone behind you. I will never visit this location again. Very unprofessional and Ashly should not be in customer service if she comes in having a bad day everyday.

I went in to send a very important check that was being used to pay the first month's rent for my very first apartment. From the moment I walked in, I was met by Jacob, who was extremely standoffish and lacked even basic customer service skills. I paid approximately $80 for guaranteed overnight shipping on a Thursday, expecting the check to arrive the following day as promised. Instead, the package did not arrive until Tuesday. This caused an immense amount of unnecessary stress during what should have been an exciting and important time for me. What made the situation even more frustrating was the lack of accountability afterward. Despite paying for a guaranteed overnight service that was not completed, I was never offered a refund or any meaningful resolution. The store made no effort to make things right. When you pay a premium for an important, time-sensitive delivery, you expect the service you paid for and, at the very least, professional customer service when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, I received neither. I will not be using UPS services again, and based on my experience, I would strongly recommend considering other options before trusting this location with anything important or time-sensitive.

With that being said, this is not the best location I have come across. If your objective is to drop off items that have prepaid labels, then you'll be just fine. Sometimes the tracking numbers don't get updated scans until distribution centers (if you drop them in the box). But I've never had a package disappear from the actual location. However, almost every time I go for the last 6 months they have a permanent sign on the door that says "cash only, internet down". This is absolutely barbaric. You can't tell me there are extenuating circumstances on how this place can't get "internet" up and running. Their Postmaster should be fired. But overall, they handle what I need with no frills.

The mail service should be shut down cause they are thieves. UPS also horrible cause I never have this problem with FedEx. Poor human beings on both ends that employs the common criminals. I came to this U.S. Post Office on behalf of my client, who is serving in the Army, because I needed to understand what documents I would need in order to handle a mail-related matter for him at another location. The clerk was rude, dismissive, and very difficult to communicate with. I was trying my best to understand the information she was giving me, but because of my accent and the way she was explaining things, I asked her several times if she could please repeat herself. I also asked if she could write the information down for me so I could make sure I understood exactly what documents I needed to bring. After I asked for the third time, she rolled her eyes, grabbed a piece of paper, and wrote something down so poorly that I still could not understand it. I then asked if there was any information online that I could read so I could make sure I had everything correct. She told me that she was the person trained and authorized to give me the information and that there was no information online. The problem was that I still could not clearly understand what she was telling me, and instead of patiently helping me, she made me feel like I was bothering her for asking questions. I became so uncomfortable and frustrated that I had to call my husband for help. I should not have to call someone else just to receive basic information at a U.S. Post Office. People who clearly dislike working with the public should not be in customer-facing positions at the U.S. Postal Service. A post office is a public service, and employees should be there to help people, answer questions, and treat every customer with basic respect and patience. No one should walk into a U.S. Post Office asking for help and leave feeling humiliated, dismissed, or afraid to ask another question. This was a very disappointing experience.
