I believe Fedex is purposely giving us the runaround to waste time so that the claim window expires. This establishment manager informed me that other customers are experiencing this same issue. Save yourself this nightmare and DO NOT ship ANYTHING via Fedex. I hope this establishment reads this review and ceases business with them. If they continue business with Fedex, they need to explain to customers that Fedex is not reliable. I suggest you call to make sure the notary is in the office prior to heading over. They even provided witness services for signed documents that required 2 witnesses. They also suggested I get certified copies of the notarized documents at the same time as signing. This was super helpful and the certified copies came in handy! They do not provide mobile notaries but do have a recommended partner that will assist.
