Today: Manager Alex refused delivery of my package (I have an access point) without informing me that I am apparently not welcome at this location likely due to the review below lol. Odd since I have picked up a few other packages since then. Tracking and the RFID shows it's at the store so I have no idea where it actually is. Corporate doesn't even know. Logically the manager should have informed me once I picked up this package or at any point prior that I was no longer welcome. I have now rerouted my other incoming packages. A month ago: I have all my UPS packages held here for pick up as I work a lot and don't want to worry about porch pirates. I pay for that service. When I get a package that has been opened and is missing the contents, the employees are unhelpful. They'll also lie and say it was inspected, that the package wasn't opened when it was. I'll be opening all my packages in store from now on. Horrible.

I came in to send a school package to another teacher in California, and the cashier, Jacob, was completely unhelpful and rude. When I asked for shipping options, the only price he gave me was $82 for next-day delivery. I asked why it was so expensive and if there were other options, but he couldn't explain anything clearly. Other prices on the screen were $72 and $50, but he made no effort to explain the differences or help me find a more affordable option. This is my 4th time at this location, and every other time the cashiers have taken the time to walk me through the prices and services. Jacob didn't do that. Every time I asked a question, he would walk away from the counter, cross his arms, and refuse to respond. It was dismissive, unprofessional, and honestly disrespectful. I still sent my package because it needed to get to its destination -- but if Jacob was having a bad day or doesn't like his job, that's not my problem. I'm a paying customer who deserves respect and clear answers to reasonable questions. As a regular customer who depends on UPS for school deliveries, I expect basic courtesy and assistance.
