I am well overdue with updating my prior review from a few years back, but on that note, my feelings as a very regular customer and mailbox owner of this UPS Store location for many years, I continue to very happy with my service here and the staff. The team here is relatively young and new faces can rotate in and out, but on that note, their general awareness of kindness and customer service overall is really quite outstanding considering this is not the Ritz, its a UPS store. The owner of this store I hope knows that there is a general "hustling with happiness" amongst this staff and they are working hard, professional and really are nice to customers. From seeing a regular elderly customer calling in from the parking lot to have his mail delivered curbside by a staff member, to the patience I recently observed when Chris was assisting with the printing out of personal matters of a customer who spouse had recently passed, I continue to notice that this team is really a gentle giant when they are working together. They know their jobs, they know their business, they have positive attitudes and they do indeed hustle because this store can often get very busy. I see these guys often and a lot, so I know this to be culture to be true. Everyone here...Chris, Brittany....everyone.... I appreciate their work. I have had probably thousands of packages and pieces of mail delivered here and never lost. I know there is always going to be someone working behind that counter that respects me as a customer and wants to help. They are laid back, but kind people. these guys are thieves, i return often some amazon items at many ups store, this one in particular are swindlers and thieves, charges you for anything and everything that other ups return stores don't, take your business elswhere , want it to charge $50 for a box and $8 for taping it. took my pacakge elswhere and got it done for free . rude staff read more

Rarely do I find myself having to return anything; I'm a lifer with purchases, find it, buy it, together forever, till death do us part . Even the thought of having to return anything I purchase online, makes my stomach ball up into knots, so much so that I rarely buy anything that could possibly generate a send back. But this was a purchase I made for a tech timid senior friend of mine and it was blatantly apparent her feet wouldn't be experiencing a growth spurt anytime soon; these sneakers from Zappos's needed to be returned Everything on the Zappos's end was blissfully easy, so we raced down to the UPS store to get it over with ASAP; open box, tape roll wrapped around my wrist like a bangle, preprinted label. We had just reached the table to start the pack up process when we hear a gentleman behind the counter say, I'll do that for you. Automatic yay, cool beans! The process was lightening fast, genuinely helpful, carried out with pure deft efficiency. Taped, labeled, written on, receipt and tracking info, Tyler had anticipated and executed any thought or question I could have had. Best customer service experience I have had in years! My husband took a banker's size box to this location this week to have the contents of the box shredded. THEY CHARGED HIM APPROXIMATELY $50.00 FOR ONE BOX. We have used UPS stores many times in California before we moved to Summerlin in 2021. This is double the cost of what we are accustomed to. Awful. Just awful. The UPS delivery driver parks his truck in the aisle and blocks parked cars. It happened to me and I nicely went inside and asked him to move. He finished his business before sauntering out. He simply moved it further down the aisle and blocked other shoppers. read more

I arrived at 9:05, behind one customer. He had a huge wrapped parcel and was speaking with the young lady who was behind the counter. I was pleased to see she was wearing a mask. She was speaking to the gentleman, and without really listening, I heard her ask him , "just a regular screwdriver"? Next I knew, I had spent 5 minutes watching him try to unscrew what was a bolt from a flatscreen TV base. The attendant and I both watched,, but apparently I was the only one who saw the time wasted... Another five minutes, dude was still on bolt one. I guess his lack of urgency finally made the agent realize I was still waiting. The best moment was when I saw the "Help Wanted" sign.; Help Needed! read more

We had a box here for three years. All was good until a credit card was stolen from my box - twice. Over $5k worth of fraud charges taking weeks to undo. When I went in to talk to the manager (Tanner) about it, he was immediately defensive and told me "that couldn't happen." He literally talked over me and was completely uninterested in my story. I showed him a photo I took of all the boxes open and mail piled on the copiers with no one supervising. He said, "that only happens when it's busy." I pointed out that anyone could walk off with mail when this happens, and he said, "Ok, so we won't do it anymore." Flabbergasted that a company entrusted with your mail has such a blase attitude about security. Closed my box and won't be back. read more

I can't believe this!!! They charged me $2.45 to print out 2 pieces of paper! I'm a long customer of two years!!! Always bring in over 100+ pre labeled ups packages to them to ship monthly which they make $1 per box from ups.... plus a I have a mailbox box with them for over 2 years!!! I could choose to go to other ups stores to drop off these packages but because they've been nice and cool about everything, I've always mainly dropped off package at their place! All their people are super awesome!!! But this short blonde girl that comes thru once in a while, I can't believe she just ruthless!!! Believe she s manager too... I don't care about the $2.45! Just crazy! Imagine if I had printed out 100 pieces of paper... she would have charged me $100???? That is bad business!!!! Very bad service, unhelpful and charged for a prepaid UPS pickup that was confirmed no charge from Amazon. When you want to use a local friendly helpful delivery service use usps or have home pickup. It better than dealing with the incompetence of underpaid employees. read more

Do not come here. Go to a different ups. The blonde guy with a beard working there was so rude and unhelpful. I sold my shoes on an app that featured ups pack and ship; meaning all I would have to do is take my item to ups and they would pack and ship it for me so I wouldn't have to deal with any extra hassle. The guy had no idea what I was talking about and didn't even try to figure out how to help me or which information to look for in order for him to help me. He just stood there and stared at me even though I showed him the only information the app gave me was to go there and they would instruct me further. I ended up leaving and going to a different ups that SHOCKER figured it out and helped me ship my item with no hassle. That guy was just standing around waiting for a paycheck. If you want help and good customer service and no hassle, ship your items somewhere else. This is the last place to go expecting help and a good attitude. read more

I rent a mailbox at this location and I check on it infrequently, so I'm pleasantly surprised that they recognize me. The employees send me an email if I get a package, so I appreciate that. They always greet anyone who walks in the door, even when they're busy with other customers. I've been coming here for two years now and will continue to patronize their business because they're efficient and yet still are aware of how important customer service is. read more

On June 30th at 1:30PM, I went to the UPS store in Las Vegas on 9811 W Charleston Blvd to send my Galaxy S8 phone in to Samsung to be repaired under warranty. Since the shipping label was already printed, I dropped off the box with Kiana at the front desk and went along my way. It's been 11 days since I handed over the package, and there is no tracking update. Samsung never received it, and when I called UPS customer service I was transferred to their "package investigations" department, who told me that the person in the store most likely stole it, and that there's nothing they can do about it. I contacted the manager of the UPS store and was told that they probably forgot to scan the package, but that it was definitely sent and if it was lost it must have been during another step in the delivery. This UPS store has absolutely no cameras at all, obviously so that "lost packages" can't be accounted for. The fact that a company can allow an $800 phone to be stolen when something as simple as a camera in the store could have kept the employees honest is insane. How can a company in 2018 whose sole purpose is to transport potentially valuable merchandise allow their stores to pass on security cameras? I get to spend $800 to replace my phone now, and UPS refuses to do anything about it. You guys suck. read more

3 stars instead of 4. Overall service was good with friendly staff, however, the Yelp app had a check-in reward of $2 off shipping if you activated it while in the store. The clerk did not accept it citing that it may only apply to company owned stores and not a franchise, which this location apparently is. I contacted Yelp customer support about it and they said it could be because of a lack of oversight on the UPS Store management for not conveying this offer to their employees. read more

Incompetent staff! After paying for 3more months, someone closed my account without notifying me! All mail has been returned without forwarding addresses. This place is the worst post office I have ever been to. They asked if I wanted insurance over $100, I said no, they asked me if my package was in a rush, I said no. They never asked if I wanted any insurance or if I would like the package tracked. So I'm thinking wow they want to charge me over $40 to mail 3 packages! That don't weigh more than 4lbs. all together? I watched the scale and they tried telling me that one package weighed more than it actually did and then they tried saying well it's going all the way to New York (they said the package weighed two lbs. when I clearly saw the scale show 1.21lbs.). Also the final cherry on top that made me walk out the door was when I was told that I must pay for priority shipping because the box that the company shipped to me was a priority shipping box??? I've never had a post office force me to pay a premium on a box that was going to be sent back. All they had to do if it was really that important is mark out the print that stated priority mail with a sharpie. Idk I just felt that the place was poorly ran, they did everything in their power to up charge, and places like that will not receive my business. read more

For being representatives of the UPS name you would think I wouldn't have to worry about stuff going missing when I use you as a shipping carrier. I went in with my daughter to ship two separate packages for a late Christmas gifts.. one of them was a long box to carry a poster in and when I got notification a few days ago from the person that received it, they opened it up and there was no poster but one piece of paper with a description of the poster. When I confronted this particular store the one girl I spoke with was extremely nice and helpful the girl that rang us up was very quiet and weird. When she was confronted by the other employee I talked to initially she lied and said she had no idea there was a poster at all anytime ship that day?? But the paper Inside the Box says a description of a poster, so why would you open up the box put a piece of paper in there and then ship it with no poster in it? I will never use the store again for any shipping needs, you can't trust the employees to ship it properly or trust they won't steal anything. read more

I've had a box at this store for five years. In addition to receiving my mail and packages here, I've also shipped out packages. The staff is always very friendly and helpful. The boxes are a bit pricy but the convenience and service level makes it worth the money. read more
