The owner of this place must be a really horrible person because I have never met so many unhappy, rude human beings in my entire life. Even though this is the closest and most convenient USPS/UPS/etc drop off I would never as long as I live come here if I could avoid it. This operation needs a lot of work. The manager, Tracy, could care less about the customers. Questions are curtly answered with "That,s our policy and if you don't like it, go to the Post Office down town." When the owners are there, things are much better. Very poor service- I stood in line while the two employees chatted away, slowly packing a box, oblivious to me or other customers. I don't mind waiting, but I do expect acknowledgment, if they want my business. A small postal business that you can ship your stuff out with UPS, fedex, or the postal service. There are a lot of services there to use. The problem I have is their notary services on only going on at a certain time. I go in early, when the place is dead and get told to come back two hours later. If it wasn't for the fact that I had a prepaid parcel from a third party, I would not have come back to that store. I get having hours for services but not posting them or denying a customer when you have no other business, doesn't make sense to me. Maybe I just had a bad experience. read more

I have had great service from this business in the past. I love that they complete the address for you and will also box items if needed. However, I was surprised to see the last few times I entered the establishment, none of the employees were wearing masks. There are no precautions in place. Safety for customers and employees should be a priority at this time. read more

Not good. They tried to tell me that I would pay over $100 to ship a package by USPS. I then took my package straight to the post office...$33 to ship. Shame on them for trying to scam me out of over $70! The woman was rude as well. I'll never go back there again. Horrible service! The manager was so rude. I went in to pick up a fax that never came through. I also said that I just need a key made. They told me the price of $2. I waited there for 30 min to see if my fax will come through and never did. (Senders fault, not theirs). I was with my 2 young children and they were getting very irritable. I was on the phone. With the VA trying to get the fax sent and also trying to calm my children. After the 30 min, I decided I should leave and wait for the fax in the car so as not to disturb them with my kids being loud. When I went to pay for the key, they said the purchase needed to be over $3. But I didn't need anything else. Before thinking about anything I could buy, she told me to leave and never come back. She said she refuses to serve me again and if I come back she will call the cops on me. I was frustrated because she didn't tell me about the $3 policy when I walked in. Otherwise I could have looked around and found something I wanted while I was on the phone for 30 min. What kind of person sees a mother struggling with her kids and then decides to be rude to her on top of that. read more

Just left this Postal-Annex. I usually go to the post-office but there are times I have visited other postal-annex's. Today, I was on the other end of town and had to make due with the postal annex. Well, I had several stamped small envelopes that I knew would need 22 cents more postage due to the lumpiness of the envelope. No problem, I'm a pro at this...I know it's only 22 cents extra for each one. I go to this postal annex and they want to charge me 70cents more for each one on top of the forever stamp. I start dishing out my change and I have a few paid for when I realize, I now don't have enough change because the postage was more than I banked for. So now, I have to break out my credit card... And guess what? Now, I can't use the credit card because I have to put at least $3 on it... Despite the fact that I already paid for other postage in change/cash... They still won't let me use it. So now, I just walked away with two pieces of mail that I couldn't send. If I'm lucky, I MIGHT get to a post office today (Saturday) before it closes. What a waste of my time!!! I'm so darn irritated! I will NEVER step foot in that place ever again. RUDE!! read more

Not good. I remember paying them for a guaranteed delivery, guaranteed to be delivered on or before a specific date. I didn't pay ups, i didnt pay fed ex, or any other third party delivery service that postal annex may have chose to use. I paid Postal Annex. The package arrived late. What does guarantee mean and why did I pay extra money for it? The guy working there (maybe their manager?) at this postal annex bluntly refused to provide me with a refund. Also, I don't remember him making any offers or efforts to make the issue better or more right. I left there feeling like some of my money was stolen by this store. He could've made it right with me but didn't. I might recommend using postal annex but not this one. read more
