I had a frustrating experience at this UPS Store while returning an Amazon item. I had already started the Amazon return process and printed a label. When I asked the attendant (who identified herself as Silva) if I could use their pack-and-ship service since the item wasn't boxed, she curtly replied, "Ma'am, this is UPS, not Amazon. Everything must be in a box" -- without ever mentioning that pack-and-ship was an option, even though it's a service they offer. I left to get a box and returned within 10 minutes to package the item myself. While I was gone, my friend, who stayed behind with the item, told me she overheard Silva and another employee talking about me. When I mentioned this to Silva directly, she responded with a scrunched, passive-aggressive expression and a curt "have a good day." As I was walking out, I heard further comments from the employees behind me. Separately, we were directed to dispose of packing material in a dumpster around back that was in poor, unsanitary condition. I've returned items at UPS Stores many times without issue -- this is the first time I've experienced this level of unprofessionalism from staff. Another place gone to sh$t in Colorado Springs! Paid for a box I didn't use, and now they are too busy to scan a bar code. Springs used to be a great town. So ruined, and the businesses along with it! Go elsewhere! read more

Vanessa and Erik both provide top notch customer service. They are always pleasant and welcoming. I've been going there consistently for about 3 years now; never an issue. I read a few of those older poor reviews and I've never had any experience that wasn't the best of the best. They charged me $3.50 to print 1 piece of paper. black and white. I'm pretty sure it was an error on the person who worked there part. It put me off. read more

Had an extremely traumatic experience at this specific location. We were treated so poorly and talked down to so disgustingly it is unbelievable. My husband and I have a PO Box there and we were supposed to receive an important legal document in the mail on a specific date. When we came to pick it up we were told it was never received. We called USPS and asked about the location of the document and they were able to track the document to that specific UPS store. It was dropped off by the USPS to them and we were told it was never received. Since going in and trying desperately to speak with someone who could help, we have been degraded and talked down to AND KICKED OUT OF THE STORE! No voices were raised and no harsh words were said but we were asked to leave the store. This kind of behavior is extremely disgusting and I hope that the owner has the heart to resolve the situation, stop the ongoing federal investigation, and hire better employees. read more

I sent a package through this UPS location and had the correct address (and have previously sent packages to this address). UPS returned my package, and I when I inquired about why it got returned, they said the delivery man was "inexperienced" and wasn't able to find the location. They would not issue a refund or resend the package. Customer service was not empathetic or helpful; will not return to this location. Very poor experience. read more

Horrible customer service! Guy behind the counter acted as though it was an imposition to wait on a customer and was extremely rude while doing so. Credit card machine wasn't working properly (buttons sticking) and he wouldn't offer any assistance to pay another way. I grabbed my packages and will go elsewhere in the future. Worst customer service ever. They typed the address on my package wrong, and instead of delivering it to the building next-door U P S chose to return it to Denver. It has been sitting in Denver for two whole weeks. Supposedly they are going to eventually return it to me. U P S international tells me I have to get The Store to call them to send it back to the right place. Good luck with that. This store does not answer their phone, when they do answer the phone they don't even say hello they just lay it on the counter and let you sit there wondering what's going on. If they do take a message you never get a call back and if you leave a message on the voicemail you never get a call back. Therefore my $200 package is going to sit in Denver until the end of this week and I am now going to have to pay another $20 for another carrier certainly not UPS to send it back to the right place. This UPS location is worse than the Post Office (if that's possible). During the week there are enough employees, but they seem to prefer 'visiting' with one another rather than helping. On a Saturday morning there was one poor guy there alone. He was involved in an apparently complicated transaction that was taking forever. Being that there were aleady 6 people ahead of me in line, I decided to go elsewhere, as I will in the future. STAY AWAY!!! read more

Went in this UPS #1826 store last evening about 5:30 and had the most pleasant experience. The lady was knowledgable in helping a couple ahead of me who really needed a lot of hand holding. Then she was courteous and professional in waiting on me. I got the feeling she actually cared that I was taken care. 5 Stars. My first ever review! read more
