I use this store because it's in my neighborhood and I have to say it is the best delivery system I have dealt with. They are so friendly to me (even though I know they have to hate me I constantly bring in 50lb boxes lol) but they have never made me feel unwanted there. read more

When I arrived at the UPS store I was not in a good head space due to my 37 year old daughter's recent death. I had collected all of her personal things from the facility where she lived and brought them to the UPS store on Colorado Avenue. I was treated with kindness and respect. Details of how they would package the art were provided and I was assured that everything would be packed and shipped safely and securely. There were 3 large boxes, 1 very large box that the store needed to build, and a box containing a large memorial flag. All of the packages arrived Monday 12/18 and Wednesday 12/20. The packing was absolutely perfect. Such care was given to my daughter's items. I want to thank the owner and his staff for their terrific service. read more

DO NOT GO HERE, unless you are an attractive female, then the staff is more than happy to drop what they are doing, ignore you and fawn over you. The staff could not figure out why their fax machine was not working, a finally, I simply went behind the counter, retrieved my 10 pages of documents and walked out. No one even noticed. These folks do not care about the community or themselves. Over the last few years I have experienced a complete disregard for the customer experience. Either $2.15 or $5 to print a label i already purchased through a business. Unbelievable. The employee didn't know the email by memory...when the email was sent he claimed the label wasn't attached. I had to walk him through finding an attachment on email...seriously? THIS IS A TECH JOB. read more

I would like to begin by saying I have noticed others in the review with the same issue. I had to do a notary for some mortgage paperwork and decided to go there since it is close. The man who does the notary does not like doing these and makes excuses. He argued with me and I even called my mortgage company with him there to hear that he could do the notary. I wasted an hour of my life and then spoke to the owner the next day whom didn't seem to care this had happened. Zero customer service and totally got the run around. I got the feeling too this employee does not support women in the military as his demeanour changed immediately towards me like I didn't know what I was talking about after showing my ID. Bottom line he was wrong. I took my paperwork to a municipal court clerk and she stated he has no clue what he is talking about and needs to educate himself on the rules of notary within the State of Colorado. My paperwork was done in 5 minutes and sent off. I will never step foot into this place again. DO NOT GO HERE. Convenience is nice but not if the customer service is absent completely. Don't advertise you provide a service unless you intend to have a competent person providing it. I'll be educating the store on Colorado law so no one has to go through this again. read more

Not my favorite place. Most UPS stores are wonderful, but these people seem to be living in the dark ages. They wanted to charge me a $7 fee to print something from a thumb drive. Crazy. i only needed two copies - way too expensive. Especially in light of the fact that all other UPS stores I've been to have no charge for printing from a thumb drive. I will not give these folk my business. read more

Stopped in this UPS store to quickly drop a pre-paid Amazon return but because i put it in a USPS envelope (with all the markings crossed out of course) the store would still not take it - OK NO PROBLEM. The store manager (Matthew) very helpful suggested I buy an envelope in the store, he cut the label off the old envelope puts it on the new one rang me up $3.79 i give my card and he says they have a $5 minimum - looked around no sign at front door or register and I have no cash. By now my item is packaged in the new envelope so I can't leave. He suggested an ATM (nearest ATM was outside my network and would have cost me $3). He then suggested I buy something else so I did (didn't need it or want it). My point is...a quick drop-off turns into an unfavorable customer experience because the store does not want to pay about 11 CENTS (2.75%) in a debit/credit card transaction fee. Traditionally businesses that set many strict and unreasonable parameters don't do well long term...this is why you see signs 'UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT". read more

I normally get mail at usps on 26th street which is always a night mare...started getting mail at ups instead and what a great expierence I've had! Each person who works there is friendly...one day I was running late and called...the woman working held my package and gave it to me even though I was 2 minutes late. I love them ! read more

I have used this store several times for both copying needs and shipping needs. The owner and staff are fabulous. Very friendly and very helpful. I emailed a print request to them and it was scheduled to be done the next day. Within an hour, I received a call it was done and waiting for pick up. One of the gentlemen warned me to hang on to my shipping receipt long after the package had indicated it had arrived as many times it would be needed as proof of shipping...man if he wasn't right. The owner is awesome...very involved in the community and wanting to help neighbors as much as possible. I will recommend them for all copying and shipping needs. I think they offer more services..I am just not familiar with them all. read more

My daughter used this store to mail sensitive tax documents to me. She didn't know this, at the time, but the owner helped her at the counter. He sold her the envelope and printed the computer generated stamp. He said he would put a piece of tape over the clasped flap for security. I received the envelope with the end torn up and wide open. There was one half of the metal clasp bent and absolutely no evidence that it was sealed with tape or glue. I called the manager ( who was helpful ) and described what I received and the person who helped my daughter. He said it was the owner that helped her and he would call me the following week. I sent the requested photos of the damaged envelope. The owner called me and started off by explaining how someone else in the shop was sloppy and missed the closure of the envelope before it went out. He went on to tell me he would have a talk with his staff. I suggested he have a talk with himself since he was the one who said he would tape the envelope. While all five pages were accounted for, we are hoping that her social security number hasn't been compromised due to the incompetence of the owner. I wouldn't trust this place with anything more important than a vacation postcard mailed to my fourth, and least favorite, cousin in Arkansas. read more
