I'm first was dealing with his wife she was short I asked for sie tape and she just stares at me I say could I please get some tape she says no we do it for you and I was like oh okay then. After that she proceeded to put the shipping label on and I was so confused because I thought they would let me put my item in a shipping box for protection. She walks away. I'm thinking she's getting a box then he husband comes to me and no hi or anything, he just starts off saying so this is the route you wanna go, as if I'm annoying them ! I say yea please I'd like to put the item that's in a box in a shipping box because it needs better protection be says, well it's already in a box ?! Seriously so what?!!! What's the big deal? Im paying for it and the box is small and it's easily to be breaking into its not a shipping box and that's what I wanted. I simply asked for the item back all in return. No longer doing business with them. That experience was unnecessary and ridiculous. It comes off like you had an issue with just more than me asking for a damn shipping box! Don't need to spend my money where I'm not welcomed. I went to a post net down the street and instant experience change. They offered me a shipping box and sweet enough to add papers so it didn't move when shipped. Again personality goes along way! read more

Called a few hours before closing needed a document printed and laminated, the guy over the phone was really nice and said he could do it today. Emailed him, picked it up within a half hour (and a half hour of closing). Got a two sided, card stock laminated for $4.31. Happy with the quality and the good customer service. Made my day easier!! Already have recommended to my coworkers. Will be coming here again for any printing/laminate services. read more

This review is for the Passport services. I stopped in one day after finding this place on Yelp, I knew I needed to update my Passport but I wasn't ready at that exact time. I spoke with the man who works there who was very helpful and gave me the paperwork to fill out at home and bring back when I was ready. I came back about a week later camera-ready, with my old passport, paperwork filled out, and a check for $110. He took my photo and I was honestly in and out of there in 5 minutes. I worked with Sean at Postal Annex in conjunction with Paul and Jesse at Legal Passport to expedite a passport that had been expired (as all my friends had already left and were waiting for me in Mexico). Sean reviewed my form, made sure everything was completed correctly including five other pieces + a check (that needed DOB and other info in memo) that I needed to send overnight. He took my passport photo and included an overnight return prepaid package for it. Everything was handled efficiently and professionally and I got my passport back the day before I was set to travel. Only four days total! I am very impressed with their service. Shout out to Paul at Legal Passport for holding my very nervous hand through the entire process and updating me several times a day as he knew I was losing my mind. LOL. Worst customer service ever!! I walked in and the two associates (a girl and a guy) were talking and didn't even bother to acknowledge me. So I just asked if I can use their computer to print some stuff. They told me to use the computer. As I was on the computer, I had couple of questions and I tried to ask but the guy was like " I'm in the middle of packaging" and mind you they helped two other people that came after me as I was standing there looking stupid. The funny thing is, they actually seemed very nice to those people, so I hate to bring the "race" card out but that might be it. Who are these guy's? They are tucked away in a strip mall between what looks like a gypsy clothing store and a cell phone company. With the post office across the street you have to ask yourself, " Why go to Postal Annex when you can go to the post office." Well, let me answer this question for you. Service, Service, Service. Daryl and Sean greet you the second you walk in the door and see if there is anything you can be helped with, which in this day and age people rarely greet anyone when they walk in somewhere. If service is not enough for you how about the wait. You can go to the post office and stand in line for 30 minutes or more for what? To have the pimple faced clerk give you attitude and slam your package around for a minute take your money and yell NEXT! instead try taking your package to postal annex, you will be kindly greeted, treated like an actual person and most likely build a relationship with these guys and you will no doubt have a new go to place for all your postal needs. Not only does postal annex take care of shipping, they offer P.O. boxes and carry a full store of other odds and ends. Special occasion cards, Las Vegas souvenirs, that's not all. You can even pick up some pre-printed legal documents. With all that said, picture this. You can go into postal annex get your mail from your P.O. Box , buy a happy birthday grandma card, pick up some divorce paperwork, buy a box for your ex's crap, go to the store that is next door get some booze and then buy a Las Vegas shot glass from Postal annex poor a shot and mail off your paperwork all in one spot. I was in town for a convention, and needed to send a lengthy fax. It was going to cost me over $40 to send it from the hotel, and not much cheaper anywhere else in town. Postal Annex had the best price! They were quick, courteous and patient with me, even though I had forgotten my card. They immediately offered to send the fax anyway, and let me return later for payment. Who does that!? We worked out a phone payment instead and they happily waited 20 extra minutes for me to get the info over the phone so they could run the payment. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and they treat you like you are a valued customer. They offer a wide range of services. He actually walked me through the process of deleting these unwanted pieces of mail from their system for no charge.
