WARNING‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼‼ Horrible experience! Had a phone shipped here. Was notified in the AFTERNOON of its arrival. Went to pick it up only to be told that it had been picked up already that MORNING.Literally the only way the phone could have been picked up that early was for someone working there to have someone pick it up because the e-mail notification hadn't even been sent in the morning for anyone to know about its arrival. The staff was very unhelpful and when my phone company, who has been the one helping me with all this, not the company that just "handed" it out, called to get answers the manager said "What's the worry, I'm sure she has insurance anyway." Like that makes it okay. They even lied to my face (tall male with black beard & a skinny pale girl who smirked the whole time) saying they took ID. Video footage shows her giving it out and only being shown a handwritten piece of paper. Very suspicious. I paid $7.99 to have my Fedex package sent to the 3540 W Sahara Ave #E6 location. I am the first customer in. I have my confirmation info that FedEx sent to me. The lady working did not want to Look at my confirmation number. Instead she tells me that she works there everyday and that they were no deliveries yesterday. That was in response to me telling her that the item was delivered to that story yesterday. She asked me for my ID, which I give to her. She says that they are no items with my name. I was married so I give her another last name, (maiden name) and she locates my package. She also asked me for my phone number. She then tells me that my phone number and my address match up but the name doesn't. I explained to her that I was married and that it has the maiden name. She begins to give me the item and then informs me that she is doing this as a courtesy to me very rudely. She never gives me the package though. I again explain that I was married I have the ring on my finger and I said what do you want me to do Go get my marriage certificate? I'm upset at this point because I came there before work and I need to pick up my package and be on time for work. The situation escalates she calls her manager. They decide to not give me my package. I asked for proof and she put a return label on my package. So question number one will I be refunded my $7.99 that I paid to have it sent to your location? I will contact T-Mobile directly to reschedule my delivery elsewhere. I have used this location many times and I've always had a good experience. Great customer service! Since I'm old and retired I'm not great at navigating around Amazon returns. I was getting flustered trying to find the return code and Ashley the manager helped me find it. She was so patient and kind to me. She was happy to help me. She was also training two people and only had one working computer. None of it got to her. She was so calm. I went in here to get copies made and was helped by someone with the name tag Rome. It was necessary to email these copies and was waiting for them to go through. He left the store without saying anything to go next-door to get himself a drink. Very unprofessional I think it should've been once he finished helping me. He took the next person in line and sent him to Next Door when the package was actually at the store. Another mistake. When the guy came back and he just laughed it off didn't even apologize. They charged me $3.26 to print ONE Amazon mailing label. I've never heard of such a rate any time or anywhere else. Don't know if that's their usual upcharge, or if they fancy price gouging in a global epidemic, but this company is trash for that. The UPS Store on 11035 Lavender Hill Drive in Summerlin is a busy and productive store. The employees are professional and very helpful. We have had a week full of emergency paperwork including dozens of notary pages, scanning paperwork and last minute shipping. They have all been extremely helpful and calm when my husband and I were not. I would especially like to thank Alex, Ari, and Rebecca who are all remarkable people and skilled at their work. Firsts off, regardless what these "yelpers" want to tell about, they just talking trash because they can. The employees here bust they arse everyday and are well liked and loved by tha community. However there are these lame people who are not happy with their life has to come in and expect people to just drop what they are doing to run and help. This is a place of business people, if they look busy it's because they are. They work every well with each other almost like clockwork and it's hella annoying to see people write horrible things bout this store. Went to this location to send a fax. No other customers and one woman was behind the counter talking on a cell phone. She looked at me, then looked down at the counter area, then walked to the back of the store and continued to talk on her cell phone with her back to me. Common courtesy would be to at least acknowledge me verbally and let me know she would help me soon. Obviously, she was not interested in helping me. This is the third time in several years I have tried to get something done at this location and it never works out. Usually only one clerk works there, no other customers. Even though this location is closer to home, I will continue to go to the UPS Store on W. Charleston; they always have at least 3 people working there at a time and are very helpful. I would advise you to find another shipper in Las Vegas. I found the UPS store here to be completely incompetent and irresponsible when handeling my property . If you are going to use them make sure you insure your property my biggest mistake, and even then be prepared for extremely poor response on their claim process and zero responsiveness to the customer when their negligence has lost your property. It took me several months and threats to go to the better business bureau before the owner of the Las Vegas UPS stores would finally respond to my requests to update my claim status. I go in with 5 items and I'll be done in 10 minutes, they're all fast in there. Based upon previous reviews, this UPS Store's printing,packaging and shipping services appear to be great. Unfortunately, I did not have the same experience as others. Until recently, this UPS store was my LLC's Registered Agent and local mailing address (rented PO Box) for the past two years. If you are a PO Box customer in the area, their services are probably fine but I am out-of-area. The directions were simple: Forward mail that was sent to the PO Box to me in a timely manner. The only time this would happen was when I realized that I hadn't received anything from the UPS Store in awhile and would follow up with a phone call only to find out that I had mail in the PO Box with post marks up to 2+ months old!! If you are an out-of-area LLC, I would not recommend this UPS Store. read more

I went in to get a homestead declaration notarized at around 9 or so - there were no customers there and one person behind the counter. I asked about getting a document notarized and he said the service was provided between 11-3. I came back at 12 pm and assumed that it would be a different person who provided the service and it was the SAME person who had been behind the counter with NO customers when I came in at 9. He then pulled out the notary tools and notarized the document when there WAS another customer in the store. It was comical. Why couldn't the document have been notarized when I came in earlier in the morning when there was no one in the store. Maybe there's an explanation but it seemed odd and bad customer service to make me come back again for a service that took literally 5 minutes. read more

I work with a law firm that was in need of shipping out items for an Estate to the children of the deceased. I live around the block from this location and have worked with Corey on numerous times w/ no issues. He always seemed like he knew what he was doing since he had a background in shipping for estates. Both of my clients that I shipped through this location made it to them in pieces. There was nothing marked as fragile nor bubble wrap on the delicate items as specified many times. I also was there for over 45 minutes each time .. to ultimately find out everything was broken once my client received these packages. What was done for this amount of time I was waiting for? I couldn't see since there was a "shower curtain" blocking my view. I would not recommend anyone to go here to complete their shipping needs especially is you need the items to make it to the destination in one piece. My clients are besides themselves and threatening a law suit. A claim was completed and we were paid out 100% on the damaged items. But this does not make up for the items lost from their own childhoods. This was just unacceptable! read more

Amazon was giving me problems with a return this morning. They gave me a scan code but the UPS store could not authorize it. It was an Amazon issue for sure. Well as I was yelling at some guy in India who worked for Amazon, the UPS store employee came to the rescue and just asked me to re submit the return with a USPS label. Customer service knocked out of the park! I'll definitely come here for all my shipping need! Good job!!!!! read more

When I first went in and the manager started to help me he was very helpful. He got me a package and helped me wrap up my items to be sent. I told him I needed it to go out that day and to get there ASAP. He explained USPS will be by later and would go out then should be where I needed it within 1-2 business days. I left feeling confident in my choice for shipping until..... So I go about the next day till the afternoon and decide it should be enough time to track it progress. I check WTF it didn't get out till 24hrs after they said. Hold on so I then call. Gentlemen lets me know it went out that morning and USPS must not have scanned it till it got to sorting. Ok fine no big deal if it get there on time I really shouldn't care. Well it got there on time and missing half of the items I packed. Now I can't say that The store did it but the items where taped up inside a container. The container was taped back shut just missing half the samples. They act like they hate being there and hate their jobs. Spent the $12 mailed what needed to mail but next time will go elsewhere to do so and would recommend not visiting this store if you can find any other option. read more

If there is a cheaper better way to send something, they will let you know & suggest it. I really can't say enough good things about the owner & staff. The owner Cory of this franchise was not helpful at all. He wants me to pay $3 per label to ship. The labels are trapped un my email as a PDF and need to be printed. It would be fair to charge as much as a quarter per page to print, but $3 is outrageous. So I have 3 boxes which UPS pays him to accept and he wants me to pay him $9 so I can ship?! I told him he is the ONLY UPS store to do that. Cory said "I own this place and can charge what ever I want so BYE" So rude. Maybe UPS should take away Cory's rights to use their name since his so very badly representing its brand. read more

Went in to get a passport photo--a service conspicuously posted in the store. Was told they didn't have a camera--I should go to CVS next door (whose equipment was broken). Was given option of sending an email with my photo to store address so they could print it. Last of three emails finally went through. Told photo was printing, but not on photo paper--on regular paper. Only given option between regular paper or glossy. Guy in charge worked hard to affect gruff, blue-collar, take-it-or-leave-it attitude. Guess UPS is no longer in business of providing service it advertises. read more
