I wish I could give less than 1 star rating here. My mother was here to do notary for her divorce papers. The guy told her that she was missing 1 or 2 page with her paper work. I helped my mother to check if anything was missing, but everything she needed were there. The next day I came with her the guy checked again and realize that nothing is missing. The guy said "ok, nothing's missing." Like nothing had happened. It is very hard to get my mother and her ex husband together to do this. Now because of this guy they have to rearrange to meet again. The part that piss me off the most is that the guy who made the mistake did not even apologize about his mistake and said it is not his fault. Then who's fault is it? He apparently does not know what he was doing, and why he has the authority to notarize other people's important documents? read more

My husband and I go to this location almost daily to drop off lots of boxes and packages. Sean and Jessica go above and beyond to take our packages. During COVID they have worked tirelessly keeping our mail moving. We appreciate all they do keeping such an important part of our business moving during these stressful times. read more

I had a good friend ask me to help him get a certification of a government document completed. I called and of course government bureaucracy she said I had to mail the certificate in and send a return envelope pre addressed, blah, blah, blah. I was somewhat intimidated. I went to this postal annex and said what I was told and Jessica had it done in 5 minutes easy with tracking numbers for the envelopes both ways.. Today was my second time visiting this location to ship a box back to my company. The first time I went here I was helped by a lady name Jessica the and she was assisting another customer but while the customer was busy she stepped aside to assist me to make the process quicker. She advised me to take a picture of the label just in case and I was in and out in no time. I was truly thankful because I had many errands to run that day. Now today I'm in line and it seemed to be pretty busy in there. I was patient and enjoyed what I was witnessing from a man behind the counter named Shawn (I believe is the manager) that was helping a young kid with his transaction of snacks. The boy gave him $6 and Shawn said if he answer the math question and get his change correct he could win a prize. The boy guessed correctly and Shawn stood by his word and let him get a candy off the shelf. This made me smile as I waited in line. Shortly after, Jessica was there to help me again! She was helping another customer like the time before and made time to print out the label i emailed over and made sure she assisted promptly. I really don't want to give this a 1 star, but I am very disappointed at the service I received today. Ihave been coming here to mail stuff and other needs because of great customer service and don't need to wait at the USPS across the street. And today I came here and wanted to print something in color, PDF was already set in layout format to make printing simpler, but this new lady printed them in portrait (maybe the printing property was set at portrait by default). Wouldn't let me check the property or reprint, and I had to pay for the prints that were printed incorrectly. Very disappointed. read more

Came here on a lunch break to take a passport photo. The guy not only took my photo, but also set me up with the necessary forms and detailed instructions that ensured expedited processing of my passport. He calculated for me (down to the penny) the amount I would be paying for in total. He seriously made it a snap for me to get my passport in time to leave the country. This type of direct and effective service is really nice when it comes along. They also have mailboxes and sell office supplies & stationary. I have been here twice and there was either a very short line or no wait at all. Sure freaking beats going to the post office. read more

Been coming here for while now and never had Any type of problems.(unlike the post office who seem to want a blood sample before u mail anything) Had to mail some stuff for the DMV and had no clue what I was doing Sean and Jessica walked me thru it all and it was done exactly the way DMV wanted (I would have messed it up completely if it wasn't for them) mailbox prices are great and cheap and I love not getting my neighbors mail or the junk mail in my box and the safety if having mail not send directly to me is a PLUS! read more

I needed to do my passport and they were EXTREMELY helpful. They helped prevent me from making mistakes on my expedited passport. I am giving 2 stars because they charged me $63 for FedEx's overnight shipping (and $42 for 2Day). $130 total for shipment to Philadelphia. There was a mistake with the shipment and I eventually learned through FedEx that it only costs $24 for the shipping I paid (and $16.30 for 2Day). I tried to fight to get the money back, but their prices were "set by corporate." So be warned. You'll get charged 3x as much for shipping. I will never make that mistake again. read more

I have been to quite a few shipping stores in the past year, but this one takes the cake for sure. Sometimes I feel bad that I don't have more business for them because I'm sure these offices don't make as much business or money these days. The person who runs the store at this location is very nice, friendly, and helpful.
