The first time…read moreshe helped me at the UPS Store off of Clinton Keith she damaged items I intended to ship to loved ones for Christmas. She told me she'd "make them fit" in the shipping box provided and crushed two out of three items I had within the box, so much so I had to COMPLETELY REPLACE the two items upon taking my box back to have shipped by USPS. Second time Teresa "helped me" at the UPS Store she was so rude and short with customers even a sweet elderly woman commented on her behavior in the store when I looked at her horrified at how I was being treated. Today, the third and final time I'll EVER use this woman's help, was when she almost completely destroyed my daughter's very first tournament sheet from her huge tennis win. I came into the UPS Store on Scott Rd. excited to get her bracket sheet laminated for her and explained to another how important this piece of paper was. The employee didn't know enough about lamination to help so she handed my daughter's tournament sheet to Teresa, WHO KNEW THE LAMINATOR WAS BROKEN, and Teresa forced the sheet through a cold lamination machine making it look as though the sheet had STRIPES. My daughter cried BUCKETS learning that this had happened. Doing the best I could with the situation, I drove my kids to the UPS Store on Clinton Keith and they fixed her error free of charge, while they were all aghast that Teresa had done that as "everyone knows that machine is broken." The associates were incredibly helpful and understanding of the error made as it looks like Teresa has botched so so so many things before. The owner of both stores truly needs to reprimand this woman as she creates chaos in whatever situation she's involved in. If I see her again, I'll run full speed the opposite way! Don't make the same mistake I have (three times) and trust this woman! She's AWFUL and truly shouldn't be working there let alone be the manager!

The day we went in, the lady who was helping us with returns kept mixing up the labels between three items and said my husband was giving her the incorrect barcodes. She seemed to be getting frazzled over it, but my husband said she is always like that when it gets busy, like she is unable to multi-task without getting worked up over it.

What a nice surprise when we to turned right into Washington Avenue , a street adorned with pretty lights! This post office is small but it had a sizable parking lot & and an access ramp to the PO Box lobby & counter. I didn't encounter a live interaction because I just dropped it off on the chute. I have had about 4 cards that I sent from the Montclair area that the recipients reported have not received in the past couple of months. I am hoping the city of Murrieta will deliver, literally & figuratively I worked hard on those hand crafted cards that were somehow lost in LIMBO

I submitted a complaint on the post website it was so disrespectful. The manager named himself and then would not listen to my side/perspective on their tape rule. He interrupted me, walked away and even said "I'm done talking" after interrupting me for the last time because I addressed it. The supervisor has called and apologized to address the matters. I appreciate them acknowledging their wrongs. Unfortunately, this will not be my first post office choice anymore, even though it is the closest to my home. For some reason, whenever I need staff help I have found the experiences to be rather uncomfortable due to poor customer service. Like another postman said, "there's just a certain way to go about things" I understood I was wrong and they have this tape policy but I will not allow poor (rude) customer service to go unnoticed as a person that has worked in the customer service industry. The golden rule needs to be in every office, treat others how you want to be treated. This is a great post for DROP OFF ONLY and I did get my passport here so they do get the job done but are friendly...maybe
