Boxes are clearly displayed in the back and there's quite a few gifts, cards, and items for those interested in shipping cool little memorabilia. I also found plenty of office items and possible decorations. PostalAnnex+ also has a small P.O. Box section, it's smaller than a UPS P.O Box station but it's still helpful and convenient. My only gripe for this place is that shipping a few small art items like crayons and a small toy (all in a super small box) cost over $30. It's kind of insane how much shipping costs now. Regarding hostility & mansplaining: A young guy was making a loud public scene, and the whole team of women working there handled it so professionally and respectfully, I could not have been more impressed. I brought my grandparents in for a simple notarization, which should've been quick and easy. While I was having a normal, casual conversation with my grandmother nothing disruptive or related to the document the notary suddenly stopped what she was doing and told me to stop talking. I told her that she might want to work on her customer service skills, and honestly, that could have been the end of it. But instead, she decided to keep arguing with me, as if she couldn't just let it go. What really stood out was how she repeatedly felt the need to remind me that "everyone always compliments her customer service." I'm not sure why that mattered in the moment, because her attitude during this interaction was the complete opposite of what I'd call good customer service. It didn't stop there. She leaned over the counter toward my grandfather in a way that felt condescending almost like she was questioning whether he was of sound mind to understand what he was signing. That was completely unnecessary and honestly insulting, considering he is perfectly healthy and fully aware of everything he does. At that point, my grandparents were so uncomfortable they refused to stay any longer. We went to UPS immediately after, and not only did they notarize the document quickly and politely, but even they found it surprising that someone would act like that over something so small. There was zero issue at UPS with me having a simple conversation, and they treated my grandparents with the respect they deserve. I've always given this location the benefit of the doubt because of past positive experiences, but this visit was disappointing and unprofessional. If you're in customer service, you have to be able to handle simple interactions without turning them into unnecessary conflicts or making customers feel uncomfortable. Hopefully this location addresses this kind of behavior, because it's not at all what I've come to expect here.

I had chosen this business as my mail center for a contract with IPostal1. This month and last…read moremonth Feb and March 2026 i noticed charges for storage in the amount of $124, this is in addition to my monthly service fee. I contacted both IPostal and Men Mailboxes and received a refund of $59 without explanation of what the charges credited vs still outstanding. As I attempted to get a refund, Beverly stated the item numbers were from December 2025, that I had picked up. I was not in control of her system, and the way I would pick up my mail would be marking all items on my app and making an appt. To date the items creating the storage have never been in my app and do not show as being picked up within all transactions. The problem was clearly within the center's system. Beverly stated she ran my card 3 times and it didn't go through which deleted the items...but they still were creating storage charges so I guess they were semi-deleted. The situation is a problem they must work out and not something I should be charged for, but Beverly refuses to refund the charges and plans to keep my money. I noticed also within my trabsaction history there were dates noted my being there when I wasn't. One of the dates was a day I was in surgery, so the record keeping is inaccurate heightening the chances of problems that will result in charges and confusion. In addition, she terminated my acount and told me she would not be transferring or holding any mail for me. She stated anything that comes will be returned. IPostal has been given the information but they said she can terminate me at her discretion. There is a formal complaint in progress, but meanwhile I can't afford to establish a new box and I have important Court documents expected any day. This is completely unprofessional and I must warn anyone thinking of doing business with them of the unfair and unprofessional actions of Beverly. i would think twice about having a card on file with them allowing charges that even if wrong will not be refunded. I am considering small claims out of principle.
