I dropped off expensive items here to be returned and had a prepaid label. Nordstrom never received them. Maybe it was a fluke but never have I ever had that happen to me before. Make sure you get your proof of receipt that they scanned it and actually ship it out. read more

What a wonderful little place! When I walked in I was greeted very warmly by Margherita, one of the owners. I originally just came in to ship a box, but was able to get a passport photo and a few spare keys checked off my to-do list as well. This store has been open about two weeks and it's really great to see a new, local, independent business give such great customer service. Margherita was incredibly friendly, fast and works very hard to make her customers happy.
