So basically I got sick of loved ones opening up my mail. Enter PostalAnnex to save the day. I learned about them, naturally, on Yelp while shopping around for prices and fees. Most places including the post office offer a minimum of three months for the their mailboxes, and for a total of $70 (including activation and a key deposit), PostalAnnex was the best option. Basically, I have satisfaction knowing that my mail won't be tampered with. The US Mail usually arrives around 3pm, and Nathanael is there around that time to greet you. Plus it's in a newly-developed area next to Kroger's and Cold Stone Creamery, so everything is nice, clean and upscale. So good job, PostalAnnex. Good job. read more

So i walked in and i wasn't greeted nor did it feel like i was welcomed, the woman was with another man and didn't act like she wanted my business. I told her i needed my label taped and that i needed to ship my package, she said well it will take a long time so if you have a dollar you can put the dollar down and leave your box. I said i dont have cash she replied oh okay and continued to talk to the man. Good thing this other gentleman walked in he was very nice and helped me right away. The lady didn't seem like she had any idea what i was in there for. I was gonna see if i could get stamps but she was taking so long i just wanted to leave. I really like this place. I've interacted with the same 2 employees over the past year & they're both always very helpful with packages I'm sending. I only wish they worked at the same time to keep things moving a little faster. Between helping customers & couriers picking up or delivering, it's a bit much for one employee to handle. read more

I got my passport pictures taken here and had to get them redone because of the low quality (not sure if it was the paper or ink they use but the image scratched off the photo easily). The passport agency made me take a new set of photos and I also had to pay a fee to expedite the process since it was cutting it close to my departure date, very frustrating. I hope no one else has this happen to them. Also, if you need to ship something via UPS (they are an authorized shipping location) they will charge you unless you have a mailbox with them. read more

Love this place. They recognize me when I come in, there is rarely a line, my receipt hits my email inbox immediately, and packages always ship / arrive as scheduled. The staff is friendly and it's so convenient!! They also have a wide range of services -- I'm planning to have something notarized and drop off paperwork to be shredded this week. read more

I've been here twice to mail items. Once via USPS, and once via FedEx. Both times I felt like they were trying to find ways to charge me, and both times the tracking took forever to show up in the system. (And the thing that gets me about the charging of items, is that they'll do something and then tell you the cost. I wouldn't have as much of an issue if they were transparent and up front about it.) The USPS was a 2-day priority and it took 2 weeks for it to be delivered. The Fed Ex hasn't been received by the recipient as of yet, but after a couple days, it still doesn't even show as being shipped. From the other reviews, it doesn't seem like I'm the only one that's had that same issue. This location is convenient, but having given them another chance and getting the same result, I'll be taking my business elsewhere. read more

If you value your items please do not ship from this location. I shipped a package on June 19 priority. Nikhil took the package and offered no further information and no receipt. I asked approximately when the package would arrive. He said he didn't know. I had to ask for a receipt. After a week the package had not arrived at the location. I called and spoke to Nikhil again inquiring about the package. He basically told me that the post office should have picked it up but he could offer no further information. As this was a time sensitive package, I did need more information. I asked to speak to someone who could offer more info since he was so nonchalant about my $400 package. I was informed that no manager would be in for the next week. They have no clue what is going on with your package. He just took it and sat to the side where HOPEFULLY the post office came and got it. Now I am 1 day from the date the package needed to be delivered and no package. Trust me, it is safer to take your package directly to USPS. Now I am possibly out of $400 because the package is in limbo. read more

Highly recommend going to this location. The staff is super friendly and helpful. They have good gift items, my daughter bought me a beautiful glass bird for Christmas.
