He helped with me custom cut name cards that I had to DIY, offered solutions to save me time and helped me get my projects to the quality I was hoping for. Except for the limited parking at this location this place has pretty great service. Without a local Kinko's for office related functions in the area (for copies, faxing, etc) this is where I go when my in-home office is down and I need to complete some work. The staff is very friendly and very helpful. As a telecommuting employee I can't tell you how many times they have unknowingly saved the day! Fed Ex and UPS shipping is available. I get my mail here since they steal the mail at my house. I get a free 3 months whenever I renew which is cool. I often forget my key and they are nice enough to open it for me. When I call to check if my packages have arrived they actually look & let me know. Customer service isn't bad but could be better. read more

This is my go to for all my photo copies and Mail needs. I even had my house keys made for the family here. The staff is great! I never had any problems in my 2 years of coming here regardless of what I needed done. I go to Post Net pretty often but yesterday I had the most exceptional service (so great that I thought the least I could do was write this review ). I was trying to print some stuff out and my files weren't opening. The employees (Michael and a nice blond guy (: ) quickly came to my rescue and went above and beyond to help me. They converted my Mac files to PC files and I walked out with all my copies in a nice little folder ! Had it not been for them I would have been stressed and unprepared for a long weekend of work. This PostNet is really really great. The staff is so helpful and friendly and is always willing to help you. They offer great recommendations on shipping and will assist you with proper packing if you need it. I am only giving it 4/5 stars because it can be pricey to ship out of state so make sure you check the post office prices first if you are on a tight budget. read more

I have gone to PostNet for years, but who knew they would come in so handy for my wedding! I printed all of my wedding stationary, from save the dates to invitations to thank yous, through them! Francisco was incredibly helpful and got my orders back to me quickly! I am so impressed with the quality and affordability of their products! I went to ship a package that I sold on ebay and let them know I didn't need it sent next day so they advised me the most cost effective way was to send it parcel post. This was a huge mistake because over a week later and my buyer still does not have his item. I called the store and spoke with Ignacio Zamudio who could care less about my predicament. Obviously customer service is not his forte at all. Why he still has a job is beyond me. I would recommend that people go to the post office or the UPS store instead. Please I urge everyone to stay away from this location unless you want your packages delayed or possibly lost. read more

My first and last time I will patronize this business for anything. Went in to ship a package after getting the rate from fedex online and was given a completely ballooned rate by Frank for which he said was due to the zone I was shipping. I'm sure he knows the the FedEx ship calc asks for origin and destination zip. Instead of being honest and giving me a chance to save money, he decided to just stick it to me with blatant dishonesty. Upsetting to say the least! I suggest you go to an actual FedEx ship location like in a kinkos or a place that is a big more honest. And yes Frank, I called fedex as soon as I got back to the office to confirm what my rate should have been. I know you are trying to make a dollar, but us consumers are tight in money as well. Business 101: you make more on return customers, not the one time guy you screw over. Your business model will fail. read more

Nice looking place. A lot bigger than I thought it would be (if you were to just judge it from the outside). I always pictured Postnet places looking like UPS Stores, pretty small. But I was pleasantly surprised. They have computers (which is good for me because sometimes my printer likes to act up) and some nice looking copiers. Friendly owner and staff. I come here from now after my negative experiences at Cyclone Postal place. After my mailbox expires in Brea in March, I will be opening one here. The first time I used this service was expensive but good. The second time I used them, I realized that they were over-charging me quite a bit and wouldn't give me a straight answer about the cost to send a manila envelope using USPS. What I got was reassurance that it was fine to mail it as it was. I had intentionally put more postage on to see if they would notice and they seemed to notice but didn't mention it to me. This store I came several time. Unfortunately I will never go back again. Andrew who with poor customer service and neglect attitude can do better on his job. My package was sent out to oversea thru DHL international at post net , cost $116. For somehow the package was returned to the shipper that is suppose to be post net. However, Andrew did not want to check the store for it and muddle the issue by asking me to contact DHL myself and insist the package was sent back to me. Few mins later I had to call DHL and let the representative spoke to him. Then he had to admit the package is at the store. What a such irresponsible careless service!!! for the price that I paid a agent store like this. Finally I went to few stores next , a Chinese shipping company with great customer service and only charged me $48 for the same package. read more
