    The PostNet staff are extremely nice, and they give you free doughnuts every Monday. You can never pass up free doughnuts!! Lol.

    Staff came back with attitude. Awesome to ship to all three shippers. Not worth it to deal with staff attitude.

    I went there with a "copy" project that needed to be done. I had two things that needed to be…read moreenlarged on a copier and a set of plans that I needed to copies of. I was there on a Monday afternoon and was told that it would be ready on Wednesday. They said I could pay extra and have it done immediately, or wait for them to do it, which would make it ready on Wednesday. I didn't need them immediately so I said Wednesday would be fine. They said keep an eye on your email because if they're done early, will let you know. I didn't receive an email so I went there on Wednesday afternoon to pick them up at which time they told me they were not ready but I could come back at 7 PM and they would be ready. I decided not to go back that night at 7 PM, but I went the next morning around 8:30 AM and guess what they still were not done. In fact, they hadn't even been started yet. So I had to wait and the young lady behind the counter did the project for me. I asked to speak to the manager, whose name was Shawn. I explained the situation to him, and he proceeded to tell me that it was my fault for expecting them to be done at the last minute?? I told him I didn't understand because I came in on Monday and they told me I could pick them up on Wednesday not that I said I needed them by Wednesday. He told me there is never a set time when projects will be finished; you just have to watch for the email that says they are finished. I feel like if I waited for an email I would be waiting still to this day. That manager, Shawn was absolutely useless and had no customer service abilities. Mind you I wasn't asking for anything from him, just letting him know the situation. You can imagine, I will not be back to this location or probably any location for this kind of need. Moving forward I'll most likely find another place that can do the job in a timely manner.

    This location has completely failed at providing basic professionalism and respect. I came in to…read moredrop off Amazon packages at the self-checkout, and what should have been a routine visit turned into an unacceptable experience. A plus-sized white woman decided she couldn't wait her turn and stood so close to me that it invaded my personal space. When I calmly asked her to step back--a reasonable and necessary request--she dismissed it and told me she doesn't mind people being in her space. That is irrelevant. My boundaries matter, and I have every right to enforce them. The real problem? The UPS employee at the counter, a woman of color who should understand how harmful this dynamic can feel, chose to side with the other customer and was blatantly rude to me. Instead of maintaining professionalism, she dismissed my concerns, spoke down to me, and refused to acknowledge my right to personal space. This is not just poor customer service--it's a clear example of bias and internalized oppression showing up in the workplace. I remained calm and respectful throughout, yet I was treated as if my comfort and dignity didn't matter. That is unacceptable. UPS employees are paid to provide professional service, not to invalidate customers or enable disrespectful behavior. UPS Corporate: This is a training and accountability issue. Your staff needs immediate education on boundaries, professionalism, and cultural sensitivity. If this is how customers are treated, you risk losing trust and business. Until corrective action is taken, I will take my business elsewhere--and I strongly advise others to do the same.
