I wish I could've gotten the workers name who helped me. Walked in while he was with another customer, and he had welcomed me once I opened the door. Asked a few questions regarding what I needed and gave his feedback. Small talk while he'a multi-tasking with getting my mail out. In and out in just 5 mins with a small convo. and positive attitude, who wants to wait in a long time to drop off mail to the regular postal office. They provide all services and works with Fed Ex, USPS and UPS. Certified mail, packing, all your service in one without waiting too long. I might just always come here for mailing needs.

Great service and friendly staff! Always get all of my shipping and printing taken care of without hassle. The owners really know what the customers want and cater to their needs. This location is your go-to spot for copies, printing and shipping services, computer and Internet access, and some basic office/mailing supplies. You can also rent a mailbox here for a reasonable yearly rate; AND Postnet will sign & receive your packages, then call you up to let you know it's there! We have had a PO Box here for a couple years now. We actually look forward to picking up our mail because we are greeted so warmly every time we walk through the door. They remember us by name and excel at customer service, calling us personally whenever we have a package to pick-up. I know it sounds corny to actually like where you pick up your mail, but they do care about their customers and do take care of us.

I brought in two containers of vintage Apple computers...heavy, awkward....and homely. The nicest guy around, bagged, wrapped, boxed, taped, reinforced ..you name it. Love these guys!!!! I have had a mailbox with them since 2014 the guys are super friendly always caring it's really nice . They are very helpful with all my faxing, packing , printing ,shipping needs. whenever I need to send gifts I just bring in what I need to send and they do everything for me , always packaged neat and safe. They have also done notary services its quick & easy I have also used there computers when I need things printed quickly and have had copies made , faxed important information and they are always there to help me! Stopped by about 10 minutes before closing time last night and I was greeted by two young gentlemen, who were extremely pleasant and eager to help me with my many questions (I rarely ship anything). I went to ship two envelopes. Granted ones with bubble wrap in them. One domestic and one international. I was quoted $107 to send the envelope international and the other one $10. I left. That's absurd. I went to my usual place that I go to and the international was $23 and the domestic was $3.50. How can you even charge that much!? That's what I get for trying someplace new. Only reason he gets the 2nd star is he was at least nice about it. But dear lord the price. read more

First off, it takes A LOT for me to write a negative review on Yelp because Honest reviews,good or bad, effect the business one way or another. I arrived 9 minutes to 6 pm after rushing to get here because I had to get a package out last minute and the deadline is today. The door was locked when I got here. The guy working slowly walks to the door with a look on his face like I was the biggest inconvenience of his day. He opens the door and just looks at me as if he wanted me to explain why I was standing at his door holding a huge box ready to be shipped. So I did. Then he gives me directions to the main post office across town. I asked him what time they close and he said 6 o'clock. I looked at my watch and it was 5:55 pm. So then I showed him the time on my cell phone which also showed 5:55 pm and he again said," the main post office isn't that far." This sorry excuse for an employee has no business manning this shop or anyone else's for that matter. I will never spend my hard earned money here and I hope that this review deters others who are in need of a convenient service because a convenient service is exactly opposite of what this Post Net location is. read more

Only when you thought things couldn't get worse for a business that you have No!!!!!! Idea why people keep coming back!!!! Today I just went in to mail an envelope there was 3 people in line not one out of the 3 did he say HELLO, HOW MAY I HELD YOU!!!! This was his response "YES" O' I'm sorry I guess it's to hard for us paying customers to just be nice for a minute!!!! As he helped these customers mail there packages you could tell he was annoyed by them asking pricing and how fast packages would get there and WOW!!!! I've been a customer of theirs since 2007 and wouldn't use any other shipping store. They greet me by name and are respectful and friendly when I walk in. Aram (the owner) and Kate are always helpful in finding the most efficient method of shipping while their prices are excellent compared to other shipping stores. read more

I wouldn't recommend this place at all special with printing out school work for your children during this time as kids are to stay home due to the virus . The other day I printed my daughters work for school as we do not have a printer at home and for 33 pages front and back black in white nothing special just need my daughter to get her school work done....I got charged $24.65 that is insane specially during this time..... I go to Office Depot to print out the rest of the work that needs to be done before the school year is over and for 35 pages same thing front and back, black and white again nothing special they only charged me $2.88 and with taxes $3.12 ..... this is crazy this can't be right 33 pages and I get charged $24.65 ...... In theses times this should be ok ..... smh unbelievable they have no heart, Clearly they are money hungry..... So sad . Safe you the trip and go to Office Depot there quality Is ways better too. The only reason why I'm giving them 3 stars is because of the 2 guys that work there.. They're both so nice. BUT the mother is rude SOOOO rude and then talks about you in their language . Sucks because I liked the store and always ship from there . I guess I'll just drive to the post office for now on ((((mind you post net charges extra to ship than the oat office)))) saves me money . Unlike the previous reviewer, I am always dissatisfied coming here. Mostly due to the rude, cranky staff that is difficult to understand. The long lines and slow service doesn't help either. Gave them 4 tries and then started going to Safe Ship a block away after they messed up the package we tried to send. read more

She said yes. -- So I went ahead and brought tens of thousands of dollars worth of hardware out from my very-hot-car into the Walmart, went through all the paperwork, and then was told that they cannot provide me any form of receipt or proof that they have received the items for packaging due to low staffing. I understand that due to low staffing, one cannot pack the items immediately, that's fine, but I cannot reasonably be expected to leave 30K worth of equipment to a complete stranger WITH NO RECOURSE OR PROOF beyond "Take a photo" or "Take my card" which gives me no proof of what was provided to FedEx. If you cannot pack the items immediately , and cannot accept the items without packing them immediately, fine, then WARN CUSTOMERS before making them lug everything in and fill out all the paperwork. Additionally, I went to the Flamingo Rd location as suggested by Toya and they were able to provide me a receipt WITHOUT PACKAGING IT FIRST. Which means that the whole time Toya was just lying because , assumably, she did not want to do her job. Horrible Experience. Horrible location. Not only was it a few dollars cheaper than other locations in town, but how convenient to get my mail as I am flying in or out of town, as I often do? I was worried about the parking, but you get 15 minutes for free in Short Term Parking, which is enough time to park, walk in, get your mail, and walk out. There's even enough time to get any packages if there's no line. The downside? The location has 1 employee, and so the hours the post office keeps are shorter than other post offices. So when they've got your package, you have to catch them. They're supposed to be open until 4pm daily, but I showed up at 3pm one day to find the place completely shuttered. Hoping that was an isolated incident, as I love stopping by the airport any other time to grab my mail.

Upset by the way security started to treat me (a whole other review for the airport itself); but basically they kept insisting that I could just throw the items away or surrender the items to them. And if youre from Hawaii, you KNOW that you dont throw away Trader Joe's, ESPECIALLY cookie butter (that I had JUST bought that day, mind you). So I left the security check point a little aggravated. Now the airport is a bit big, but the post office is in the Terminal 1 I believe, on the second or third floor nearby the Security check for gates C and D. It was a quick 4 minute walk and luckily there was only one other customer there. There was one attendant there, but he greeted me very friendly and actually turned my mood around. He took one look at what I was carrying and said "Uh oh..did you find out about something upsetting?" :) That already started to make me smile. I went on to vent about the whole thing and he said "Ugh! No WAY can you throw out Trader Joes! I bet they just wanted to eat it." His jokes just made me laugh and my mood really started to change. He went above and beyond for me and turned the whole situation around. I was/am really grateful for what he did; anyone could have simply packed up my things and shipped it off. But he took the time to converse with me and actually made me feel better. I got my package in, with everything perfectly fine, two days later. I wish I could remember his name, but thank you to whoever you are. You really made my last memory of this Vegas trip, better. ^___^

I did my research and got quotes from multiple places including Las Vegas Color Printing. They charged me $1.50 per towel more plus they charge a $50 fee for new orders, and the logo was smaller. My towels were ready 3 days later than what they originally told me - which was fine. I anticipated delays and gave myself 2 weeks before my deadline. They are located by the Speedway in one of the warehouses. Just like most printing shops, they have a small lobby, some offices, and a big warehouse where they have the embroidery and other machines and storage. They do signs and banners fir businesses and events; embroidery and printing for shirts, caps, towels, jackets, etc. The customer service was quite good. I reached out to a few places and never heard back. As soon as I reached out to Las Vegas Color Printing, I received an email back with a quote. They were so professional to work with. I had sent files over that were not the best size and file format and they worked with me to find the right one. They even went as far as to take photos of the product while it was printing to make sure it was what I wanted. I've worked with plenty of Printing places throughout my career and I've never had anyone do something like that before. I was so impressed. My payment was a little delayed simply because I was waiting on my accounts payable to pay the invoice, but Las Vegas Color Printing was so great to continue to follow up with me so that the invoice would get paid and the printing project done by the time I needed them done by. When my signs were ready to be picked up, they let me know when their hours were so I could pick them up. Now I didn't realize that this location is located near the Speedway. It's probably a good half hour from where I live. But to be honest, the drive was nice to take and a lot faster than I anticipated. When I got to their location, the sign on the door actually has their parent company that they use to wrap cars with. As soon as I walked in, they greeted me by first name. I'm also pretty sure an owner or manager peeked their head around the corner to make sure the signs were what i wanted. They wrapped everything securely so it wouldn't get damaged, and even when I arrived I asked if I could see them. They unwrapped them to show me and they were perfect. They then wrapped them back up to protect them and even went as far as to help me put them in my car! Absolutely incredible customer service. Again, this location is not near me, but I would use them a hundred times over again. The cost was reasonable for what I needed and they were so great to work with. Extremely communicative! I highly recommend them for any of your major printing needs!

The older gentleman I believe is manager here is always very helpful and kind. One time I didn't have cash on me and 10 dollar was minimum for card and he told me it's ok next time. That is the kind of customer service that makes me drive 25 minutes from Henderson to this Postnet every time because of this kind gentleman. I had such a great experience at this PostNet location! I originally came in to drop off my Amazon return, but I ended up signing up for their virtual mailbox service for only $10 a month. This saved me a ton of money because I originally was going to get a physical mail box for around $30/month. The set up was super easy and I really appreciate how friendly and considerate the staff is. read more

This location is very convenient for me as it's less than 10 minutes from my house. I had a lot of post cards to mail out so I went to the post office , they gave me the run around . It seemed like none of them knew what they were doing. Post net easily mailed them for $100 dollars less than the post office was offering. I have boycotted the post office and will use Post Net for now on. read more
