GUYS! I am happy to report that when I was craving a loaded potato, Potato Square did not let me down!! I ordered The Original and my bf got The Crunchy... both were so yummy! The owner made the potatoes quickly too! Located right in front of the Tj Max, there was enough street parking and they have the parking garage in the back too!

I'm not sure where they get these beautiful massive potatoes but I'm here for it. Topping choices were a nice variety. Flavors are strong! I got bacon, corn and mayo mustard chicken. I would go with less. Maybe just one topping. I love eating the skin but it was a little well done and hard to eat. The guy was very patient when I had trouble with my credit card. I forgot to get his name but he said he was there most days. The potato truck looked clean and well taken care of. Since it's next to my mom's hairdresser, I'll be back.

pleasantly surprised by the generous portion and quality. (Chipotle bowl next to takeout for size comparison.)

I'm pleasantly surprised by the generous portion. (Chipotle bowl next to takeout for size comparison.) I normally go to Wendy's to get my fixed so when I saw the food truck I was immediately thrilled. I wish I saw this yelp before ordering cause I was a bit confused with menu and the jalapeño pic wasn't on the menu. So it's like a topping bar for your baked and you get to select first 3 toppings for free. I got greedy and wanted to try everything so I got the steak fajitas (very tender and tasty now I know why it's a crowd favorite) with corn/dill and beef chili, sour onion, and bacon (also good quality). Will be back for more!!!!!

The small, unassuming potato truck on the corner. The staff working was very friendly and it is a prime location spot, with extremely fresh ingredients. Although it is a full baked potato, it was made in two minutes with a very soft middle. Definitely try it out!

Knowing that their focus is on their falafel I expected it to be good, but I didn't expect to be as wowed as I was! My falafel bowl came out first (super fast, might I add) and I went straight to dipping the falafel in their house garlic sauce-- it was the perfect snack. Although by the time the pita's were served I had already filled myself up on the falafel bowl, I still greatly enjoyed the unique flavors of both. The sabich pita relies primarily on the smokiness of the eggplant for it's flavor, whereas the falafel pita sees the addition of tomtato, cucumber, cabbage and tahini which greatly compliments the creamy, nutty texture of the falafel. The dishes at Falafel on Wheels are so hearty that it doesn't take long to feel satisfied, so I brought my entrees home for my friends to help me finish. Although Falafel on Wheels is a food truck I was lucky enough to score one of the tiny tables they place along the sidewalk, and I enjoyed watching other patrons stop by to chat with the business owners. It's clear that this spot has become a valley institution! Even though they aren't a brick-and-mortar, Falafel on Wheels still has a sense of community you might not expect from a food truck. Because the truck is stationed alongside the Bevmo parking lot there is plenty of parking, which means you have no excuse to not stop by! It's a stress free experience that's sure to satisfy.

The potatoes and corn soaked up every drop of flavor. If you've been to Boiling Crab, this is definitely playing in the same league. Service keeps things moving, even when the place is slammed. And it usually is. Every time I've been, there's a crowd waiting, which tells you everything you need to know. People aren't standing around for mediocre seafood. Got the special #2 with lobster tail, 1/2 pound of shrimp, sausage, corn and potato for around $34. I got a mix of mild and spicy Cajun for a good medium spice. The first thing I noticed was how much flavor was in the sauce. The sausage, corn and potatoes were all great. The shrimp was good, just takes a little work as normal with seafood boils. I would prefer an option without the head-on. The lobster tail was the only mild disappointment, due to the meat being a little tougher than I'm used to with lobster tail. Overall the food was pretty good and the service as well. I'd try it again to get the crab leg and shrimp special.

To be honest this spot came through so many times after a night of too many drinks and needing something to come back to life. Their tacos de burrito are so good and the tortilla is kind of fried, sirven bien doraditos los tacos, so they don't fall apart when you dip them in the consomé (broth).
