First of all ... way too oily. Definitely needs to be less oily. Second, $18 plus dollars for a bowl full of noodles and 5 pieces of beef.... Cmon... thats just highway robbery. There is no way to justify this. Would get more beef at any other soot selling a $9-$11 beef bowl. I mean at least give a fair portion. Was literally 5 pieces of beef not even exaggerating. I ordered Boso Lagman and Beef Rice Pilaf, and both were extremely oily--much more than they ever used to be. After the first disappointing visit, I didn't want to leave a negative review, since everyone can have an off day. But when it happened again, I even spoke to the cook and showed pictures, it was still full of oil. I also ordered Manti Dumplings. The dumplings themselves were good, but the sauce was missing, and without the sauce, which really affected the taste. We just had this food truck for dinner. We had the salad (with mixed meat) and the mix meat wrap (#3 and #11). Both were super super tasty. Price was reasonable. However the wrap and salad both had a ton of meat. I generally hate it when places skimp out on the protein, but these items had a bit too much meat. The salad was like 85% meat/15% lettuce/tomato/pickles. Same for the sandwich. But if you like a lot of meat, go here. Very tasty. Very nice guy working there as well.
