I tend to place my order online for pick up so I guess my only real quibble is that they've don't have a pick up area accessible to guests. So every time I come in to pick up an order I have to wait in a line to ask for it. It ruins their flow, too. It would be awesome if they just had a table or shelf dedicated to that so we could just literally grab and go. But I suppose there's some protection to the orders if you have to ask the staff. Pros and cons, I guess! But it would be nice to have a more streamlined option. Otherwise, keep up the good work JM!

I'm also concerned about food preparation practices. The kitchen is visible to customers, and one cook works with a long goatee that is not covered by any type of beard restraint. Another employee is often visibly sweating while working around food. These are the kinds of details that make customers question the restaurant's attention to cleanliness and food safety. It's disappointing to see a longtime local favorite fall to this level. I hope ownership takes these concerns seriously because this restaurant used to be a place I enjoyed recommending. At this point, if it weren't for the waitstaff, I likely would have stopped coming altogether.
