We ordered 4 sandwiches, 10 piece chicken mc nuggets, and a large coke. The Dave's special and double double were good according to my in laws. The size wasn't too humongous either. The Asiago Ranch Club sandwich and the Spicy Chicken sandwiches were delicious! The buns were soft and tasty and the chicken was made well (and perfectly crispy). We definitely will be getting those again! The chicken nuggets were not too bad either. They were a good level of crispy and the Honey BBQ sauce was good too. They can just be a tiny size.

It seems no matter what time I come by I have to go through some sort of line. I tend to place my order online for pick up so I guess my only real quibble is that they've don't have a pick up area accessible to guests. So every time I come in to pick up an order I have to wait in a line to ask for it. It ruins their flow, too. It would be awesome if they just had a table or shelf dedicated to that so we could just literally grab and go. But I suppose there's some protection to the orders if you have to ask the staff. Pros and cons, I guess! But it would be nice to have a more streamlined option. Otherwise, keep up the good work JM!

The dining area often has food crumbs and debris on the floor, tables are frequently not cleaned properly, and the bathrooms are regularly dirty and poorly maintained. I'm also concerned about food preparation practices. The kitchen is visible to customers, and one cook works with a long goatee that is not covered by any type of beard restraint. Another employee is often visibly sweating while working around food. These are the kinds of details that make customers question the restaurant's attention to cleanliness and food safety. It's disappointing to see a longtime local favorite fall to this level. I hope ownership takes these concerns seriously because this restaurant used to be a place I enjoyed recommending. At this point, if it weren't for the waitstaff, I likely would have stopped coming altogether.
