When the shake and ice cream machines are working at least I can say that these taste fresh. I am always hesitant to buy this from McDonald's because I know how they are with the machines, and you can often taste something spoiled in the shakes in general. Anyhow, I think this place does an OK job with the machine maintenance because they do most of the time have it, and it doesn't taste rotten. We are frequently missing entire burgers. They will not refund you over the phone even when they admit that they forgot to give you the burger and it's sitting right there in front of them. You have to drive back no matter what the circumstances are. I'll just keep doing chargebacks for my missing items. It beats having to deal with an argumentative employee in person.
