I've gone in this place numerous times and always had a decent sandwich made. Although my sandwich isn't really on the menu it's kind of on the menu I have to change a few of the meats that I don't like that they put on them to the meats that I want on them. They do make a decent sandwich here I have been back several times and I think I only had one incident where they did something wrong with my sandwich and I had to return it and they made a new one. But have never had any major issues with this company. If you're into sandwiches and they're hot I would say try this place out they make a good sandwich. read more

Tried this Potbelly location since the other one I did go to on North Collins closed. I liked that Potbelly set up better. Service was fine nice store not real big. Food is good sandwiches are little different from other sandwich places. The sandwiches are larger now if you want more. I was happy with the other size. Next time I will order the small instead of regular size. I like how the sandwich is toasted and warm. They put plenty of toppings you pick what you want. The meat is a little thin for me for the price. Chips are okay only have the hard kettle style potato chips. I prefer Lay's chips more choices I see on line they have Lay's but not in the stores I been to. I almost always get the Italian sandwich it is my go to sandwich and I add the hot peppers. I like the flavor they have. The Wreck is a good sandwich as well. Plenty of other choices to try or get maybe one day I will branch out. read more

So disappointed in how they made my salad. My lunch was ruined because i couldn't even eat it, the lettuce was all brown and slimy. No fetta cheese and no avocados the hummus was all over the bowl and no salad dressing. Soo so disappointing I now this is a sandwich shop buy maybe they shouldn't have salads in their menus. Potbelly is my favorite chain sandwich shop. I think they beat out the other guys with the quality of their ingredients. I also really like that this location has a drive thru. It is not far from the college, bit I have never had much trouble getting in and out. I get the same thing every time, turkey on wheat, all the veggies and heavy mustard. Here in lies my only complaint, the mustard. They have excellent mustard and I am a big vinegar fan. However, this location can't seem to get on board with putting extra mustard on a sandwich. Last time I picked up, they gave me packets of Guldens in my bag. Not the same! And I don't have this problem when going to the Collins location. It comes with hummus, artichokes, roasted red peppers, feta cheese, and cucumbers. I get it without cucumbers though. It's great both with and without chicken. This place is the bomb! We were out running errands and decided to pop in here for lunch. Being our first time I had no idea what to expect but was pleasantly surprised. I ordered the chicken club and my dad ordered the turkey and avocado. After placing my order I saw that they also had soup so I tried the chicken pot pie soup and was so glad I did. It was absolutely delicious. It had plenty of chicken, potatoes and carrots and they added a bit of pie crust on top. It was so yummy. In fact, I liked it more than my sandwich, which was also good. The employees were friendly and very nice and answered all the questions we had. I'm in Texas visiting my brother but when I come back this will definitely be on my list of places to grab a bite. read more

Placed an online order for two sandwiches because I only had a short period to eat and get to work. Picked up my sandwiches and got home with two sandwiches for another person but not the sandwiches I ordered. I called and was advised that They would remake the sandwiches after I returned to the store. The tablet that they receive online orders in is inaccessible so they couldn't have hen ready for pick up. Needless to say, this not only didn't save time, but cost me additional time and gas to make two trips to the store. No one offered an apology, complimentary drink while we waited or anything. Now I remember why I haven't been to potbelly in the last 2-3 years, even though it's pretty close to my house. Inside, the store was hot. Outside temp was 97 and inside was at least 85. Came here for lunch and the service is much better than other locations I have tried. They did forget a few parts of the order, but the food was fresh and fast. Make sure you download the app to collect points and earn free food or money off a future purchase. I went here once about 4/5 years ago to another location, and couldn't remember my experience, so today was basically like going for the first time. I went around 11:40, they had a drive thru which was good, and no one was in line. I ordered the Original, Italian on Regular bread, with a pickle and salt & vinegar chips. This sandwich had NO meat on it. I mean I don't need a whole heck of a lot, but come on... I was so disappointed, if I go back here it will be go the giant pickle I got, or maybe to try some soup, other than that.. it was not that good overall, and especially for $7.24... with no drink. read more

I love how they toast their sandwiches and I especially love how they make their pepper mix. Ermagerd. It's so good- I once finished a jar in less than a week. Yes. They sell those delicious peppers so you can enjoy them at home. I think I got lucky when I came here because unlike the other Yelpers that had a bad experience here- mine was quite positive. The line moved quickly. I got my hot sandwich and iced tea then I was on my merry way. I've been here a few times and each experience was pretty much the same. AVOID!!! I got an order to go. I asked for both sandwiches (flatbread) to have all the add ons, EXCEPT oil. Not only did they have oil, but they were SATURATED! I go to this Potbelly at least 2-3 times a month. They have great service and great food consistently. I'm writing a review today because the staff just went above and beyond for me. I had a medical issue and they made sure to check on me and made sure I was okay before leaving. They even offered me a water and helped me call someone. This place is conveniently located. This is a really good sandwich for a reasonable price. The vegetable soup is very good and is a must eat during the winter. A lot of people like the hot pepper mix, but I think it has an odd taste. I usually get the biggie size sandwich because there is no need to get chips as this size is very filling. As far as sandwich shops go this chain is pretty good at serving up fresh, delicious sandwiches that differ from the usual turkey and ham rabble. This location is always clean and even has live acoustic music sometimes - which makes for a chill lunch spot. Can't go wrong with a Wreck or Italian if you're feeling traditional (get oil and seasoning). If you want a different but fresh and healthy sandwich get the Mediterranean and add chicken to it. EAT HERE!!!! I knew I experience would be great when I showed up at 10:53 am and they opened the door for me. (Store Hours at 11am -9pm). This was my first experience at any Potbelly location and I guess it showed on my face. The associate that helped me was VERY knowledgeable about the menu and was able to guide me through my sandwich selection. I recommend the A Wreck sandwich with everything and avocado! The also have salads and soups which I'm sure just as delicious. this location actually sucked. i went one night around 8 pm and all i ordered was a cookies n cream shake and a double chocolate chip cookie. so when i pull up to the drive through window, the guy practically had the shake IN MY CAR and i'm like dude chill tf out. and not only that they got the order wrong ???? there were two guys working and when i got there, there was only one other customer in the restaurant so it's not like they had a rush that could've messed them up. idk what was going on in there but if you want potbelly just go to the one on collins tbh. read more

I've tried the cheese steak sandwich with provolone cheese. It's one of the best steak sandwiches ever. A little bit pricey though.

This location is within walking distance of my school and I love going there! During lunch time, they always have someone singing covers and it's a really good experience. The only thing I've eaten there is their Mediterranean sandwich with grilled chicken. IT IS SO GOOD. I definitely recommend it. The only downside is that it's kind of expensive for a sandwich shop since I'm just a high school student, but, for the taste you're getting, it's worth it. read more

The only reason I didn't give them 0 stars is because my sandwich was decent. It took 20 minutes to run through a sandwich shop line at lunch time. When I commented on how long it was taking the people behind the counter began to make excuses about deliveries and being short staffed. It's not the people's fault who are in line that staffing wasn't planned correctly, this was such a negative experience that I opened up a Yelp account today.
