Everything about the food was subpar. We asked for no onions in our salad and it feels like each time our salad was refilled it had more onions in it and little to no dressing. The bread was undercooked and tasted like I was eating bread dough. read more

Order food order at 6:40 pm and was confirmed delivery in 50 to 60 minutes. Called at 8pm after tracking order all over the county and was told order was in route and then hung up by the manager of this OLIVE GARDEN location . Called back at 8:50 pm because order has not arrived but showed online that it has gone 20 minutes north to another town. So here said manager says UBEREATS is at fault and will refund me the meal and that when it's delivered to enjoy a complementary meal . Called back to find out order was cancelled but they so generous to refund my order but blaming it all on UNEREATS who wasn't the business I placed my order 3 hours earlier. They also didn't care what happened to one customer. But the story is that I tell 10 people and they tell people that the chain grows and that in this market word of mouth is a problem. As good as you can expect for Olive Garden! My main entree was the chicken and shrimp carbonara. The price is steep, but it can easily be split into two portions. The spinach and artichoke dip was great. I think it was better with the unlimited breadsticks than the chips/bread they provide. The gnocchi soup was okay. He seemed pretty happy with this. He had eaten more bread and soup, so he took most of it home. **Zuppa Toscana, you can't ever really go wrong here. It was delicious. We were there 12/28 sitting in the area that is about six booths, its a little pocket behind the wait area wall and probably back to back with one if the womens restroom walls. It may have been Kim or Heather (I could be way off), a young blonde girl who was very patient. Pretty descriptive I know, but I hope she gets recognized because I lost my receipt. My parents are elder, their eyes are not as they used to be, and sometimes they have a hard time understanding. They still like to do things for themselves, even though I had ordered their food they ordered their own drinks. My mom will always have several tea questions, my dad will always have pepsi/coke questions. She was very patient with them. My wife was disappointed with her Chicken Alfredo which had a glob of cheese but bland. No spices. I ordered a Diet Coke and wasn't told that a refill was charged again. This is Texas! In our finest restaurants, refills of tea and cola are not charged. The waitress did not ask if I knew that refills would be an additional charge. The tip to the waitress was not money but advice. If it is not the norm to charge for refills, you should advise your customers about the additional charge. The shrimp was overcooked and rubbery, and I was served the cuts of asparagus that were not edible because they cooked and served the tough and stringy stems. I've been to a lot of olive gardens but this one deserves some recognition. The staff is so nice here! Management is great and my order is always perfect and VERY FAST! If there's a wait for your table, you get 50% off at the bar on beer and wine while you wait. It actually kind of makes me hope that they are busy so I can get that cheap wine (if we are being honest). I always get the unlimited minestrone, delicious breadsticks, and 5-cheese marinara with rigatoni (also unlimited!) Also the staff isn't super picky about you taking leftovers on your unlimited so even when we are full, we get another bowl and take it to go for lunch the next day. I was very impressed to find out that you can substitute veggie noodles for any pasta dish! Wow! I always order off the "under 600 calorie" section. I got the margarita chicken with breaded zucchini slices on the side. This dish was appealing to the eye and palate. It was very flavorful, colorful, and filling. I love the crunchy texture the breading gives to the zucchini. The chicken breast was cut thin (just the way I like it) and packed with flavor.
