First time at this location. Needed lunch and pulled in. It was after the main lunch rush and it was difficult to find a clean table, but we did. Ordering was fast and easy. Order was ready in less than 5 minutes. Staff was finally able to start cleaning tables which was done quickly and they actually took time to wipe the tables down. Chicken juicy and hot. I'm not a fan of their crinkle fries, so saved some carbs by not eating them all. The Texas toast became a bun to several of my tenders. I might try a sandwich next time. Pretty tasty. Unsweet tea was fresh. Didn't taste like the spout needed cleaning so that's a big plus. I know it doesn't have a lot of stars, but I found no fault in their service, the food, the drinks. Consistently the worst Canes location I have ever been to. Employees always look miserable. The food is never quality. The drive thru is always backed up. You never get the extra square that you ask/ PAY for, you're lucky to get the one sauce that is included in your meal. The chicken tenders they serve are always half the size you would expect them to be. Usually the fries are not salted at all. For the price they charge and the simplicity of the menu you would at least hope that the food is decent. I love places where the menu is simple and to the point. Chicken, fries, coleslaw, Texas toast and a beverage. Pick what you want, order and boom! It's hard to mess things up when a menu is simple. The staff at the drive thru were nice. The drive thru was pretty fast and good considering that is the only way to get food. Their sweet yes is great! This location also helps support teachers, schools and other community businesses. That is always an added bonus in my mind. I love that they have Crinkle cuts too. read more

I love Raising Cane's! This is a very nice location. They have fast and friendly service! I love that everyone is always so enthusiastic. It makes me happy to eat here. Furthermore there was no excess grease unlike typical fried chicken joints. The tasty cane's dipping sauce a hit as well ! I believe it was a mix of mayo, thousand island dressing with a dab of ketchup. Whatever its made of its damn good ! The other sides were filling but average at best. I LOVE Canes. In fact, there are days when it's more comforting than my boyfriend. And they're much more straightforward. Canes does chicken. That. is. it. No salads, no wraps, no pot pies, nary a nugget to be had on the menu. Chicken. They are really good at it. Each strip is crispy crunchy on the outside and super tender and juicy on the inside. Really good chicken. But that's nothing compared to pièce de résistance: CANE'S SAUCE. Seriously. Try the Cane's Sauce. I dare you to not like it. It's a lovely blend of aioli, ketchup, and mysterious seasonings. Forget finger lickin', you'll be sucking this stuff down on Cane's Texas toast, french fries, and yes - CHICKEN. All of which come with every meal. There are only 4 meals, so the indecisive rejoice! You have your choice between (in order of awesome to slightly less awesome), the Caniac - a 6-stripped monster of a meal, the Box - a stripped-down 4-strip meal, the 3-Fingered Combo-which I'll credit to you do figure out, and the Sandwich-chicken strips on a sandwich. Nothing special about ANY locations of Canes imo. Decent chicken, not out of this world. Pretty audacious to serve only canes sauce, I don't like it. I'd love to have bbq or honey offered. The menu is pretty plain and minimal. Which is fine if your chicken is out of this world but....its unfortunately not. Can't do this anymore since I started eating KETO style but it was good while it lasted. Basically they serve a very lightly battered chicken tenderloin with great all natural cut with a bit of skin left on potato French fries and it's all so good for a simple basic meal. They've got a military discount and they have fabulous ice tea. Their sides are great, Cole slaw, slightly fried French bread, green beans. It's all good and my kids especially enjoy that food. I felt guilty eating there because it was all so good while it lasted. If you're eating low carb, or paleo, or keto, or Atkins............ step away from Raising Cain's!! Otherwise enjoy their food. I have been a loyal customer of raising canes for well over a decade, however since the start of covid, my orders are right about 1 out of 5 times, at the moore, oklahoma location. I wouldn't be okay with my employees giving 20% to my customers, and I would never give 20% in anything I did. The management are well rehearsed in apologies, which tells me they do it too much. I'm not here to bash canes, but until the customer service is addressed I don't think I will give the moore location anymore business, and it going to be hard to want to take a chance with other locations. I gave them a star because I like brandi and Tyler, just not sure I want to put myself through the trouble of training the drive through workers from outside the window. I don't know if you have ever had the chance to visit a Raising Cane's anywhere in the country, but if you haven't it is worth the drive! I love this place so much that when I see one when I'm on the road, I pull over 10 times out of 10. Their signature sauce is what makes cane's incredible. Cane's sauce is like Zaxby's sauce on crack (Yeah I know there will be skeptics but this hands down my opinion!) It is packed with spices and flavors that compliment their perfectly fried chicken fingers in incredible ways. Also since this is a southern based business they have Sweet Tea just like your grandma makes if you're truly from the south! It is almost certainly jam packed with sugar, but you have to try it once. I suggest the Canniack basket for those of you with a big appetite. Overall never had a bad experience at the three or four locations I have visited over the United States. The quality has improved a lot since my visit last year. My brother wanted to try the place, and I told him he'd probably hate it. We shared a box and it was so good, I wanted my own!
