Phenomenal! Pizza is everything! I am so glad that CP now has a clean and delicious pizzeria where I can get my pizza slices. When I moved out here five years from NJ, I literally grieved the loss of Pizza and bagels. I feel so privileged to have ended up in a part of the DMV where I can get pizza *just* like at home in northeast NJ. We are so blessed to have Potomac Pizza!!! Went with 5 other friends and was immediately seated because it was a Sunday evening. Our waitress was extremely friendly and very attentive to us. We ordered a large Hawaiian pizza and a large Mexican pizza with jalapeños for 5 people and it was more than enough! The Mexican pizza was great when it was first served to us but got soggy after a while and tasted like beans with cheese. At &19.99 for each pizza it was a little expensive for college students. I am here on a business trip and stopped in for dinner. Amber greeted us immediately and from there her service remained stellar. Got the chicken parmigiana with Alfredo, salad and garlic knots. Ate every bite, it was delicious! With the taste of food and the portion sizes along side Ambers service I would give 5 stars. We need more Ambers and Potomac in this world. read more

Simply fantastic! I used Potomac Pizza for a surprise pizza party at work and they did not disappoint. Customer service was phenomenal. I informed them I wanted to pick up my pretty large order at 11am (they opened 11am) and there was no hesitation. The Lasagna is amazing. Noodles are made perfectly and the sauce - cheese ratio is fitting. The Alfredo is not very good. It's plain.

Straight-from-the-freezer food shouldn't take so long to make. The first time we came, we ordered their self-proclaimed famous cheese fries and a pizza. The cheese fries seemed like microwave fries with 7-Eleven cheese dumped on it. The pizza was equally unimaginative. Just like you could get at Target then your oven. But I like to give places a second chance. Caesar salad and pizza. But equally blah... equally slow... and equally expensive. Haven't tried the pizza yet . Maybe my mistake was ordering a turkey club at a pizza place , it's essentially a turkey sub with undercooked bacon and poor quality lunch meat, while THEY call it "roasted turkey breast " , it's cheap deli meat . wawa has better turkey clubs by far and is way cheaper, and better quality lunch meat, and that's a convenience store ! My boyfriend ordered a turkey wrap, and was just as disappointed as I was , but hope to find quality in the pizza. TL;DR: Good food, but Potomac prices in PG County. OMG, we were totally missing a pizza joint in College Park! (/sarcasm) But since Potomac Pizza is new in CP and in the fancy hotel, we decided to check it out. We ordered a pizza and a steak & cheese. The pizza was good and the dough was quite good. They have a variety of toppings available, but not that many combos that use the variety of lovely toppings they have unless you get them a la carte. We got a veggie pizza. The steak and cheese was also good with a nice sub roll, but it didn't come with anything else. Adding grilled onions was complimentary (thanks!), but no cooked pepper option that I saw, just raw (odd to me). They were quite friendly and it was a nice atmosphere. But for a pizza place, it's quite pricey. ($17 for a large cheese vs $11.50 at our usual spot; $23 for a veggie pizza with 4 veggies vs $18 for a veggie pizza with 7 veggies at our usual spot.) I don't think we'll do carryout from this place - I found it to be about on par with our usual spot and we gotta watch the dollars. But it is definitely a place we'd consider for a night out in the future - our usual spot is delicious but is not a date night type of establishment. read more

A welcome addition to the neighborhood. We had the Greek salad with housemade dressing which was very fresh and tasty. We also had the medium meat lovers pizza which was perfectly baked. Ok, my fault for ordering a tuna steak salad at a pizza place, but why in the world would you put it on a regular menu if you have no clue how to cook it? It was a dry piece of fish that likely was cooked from frozen a few days prior, sat in the fridge and was re-heated before service. Dry, flavorless, old, and completely inedible. I do NOT recommend this place to ANYONE. Actually, if you enjoy having live bugs on your pizza, then maybe you would like this place. That's right, a live bug was on my pizza.
