If you advertise late-night hours, then honor them or at least treat customers with basic respect. This wasn't just bad service -- it was flat-out rude. I've always ordered online but today I decided to go in person. Unfortunately there isn't super close parking but the shopping center near buy has a parking meter. I have been craving some mozzarella sticks. At first I was hesitant because I don't like cold marinara sauce. So upon asking they fulfilled my request with hot marinara sauce. Any other place would have said they couldn't do anything, however they went above and beyond. It was delicious and craving was satisfied!! The pizza by the slice is $6.99. Pizza Kingdom was recommended to us, as "the closest to NY pizza in the area." Since moving here, I've been on a search for something that would scratch the NY pizza itch and I am excited that pizza kingdom definitely did. We got a cheese pie and a white pie. Though neither pizza looked like traditional NY pizza, the cheese pizza taste was pretty close to NY. The white pie didn't have spots of ricotta, but it did taste amazing in its own way. Side note- there's construction right out front of the store at the moment, but they were kind enough to run my pizza out to the car so I didn't have to pay for parking and walk from a lot! I would expect less from a college pizza joint but their pizza is pretty good. I've had the cheese pizza and the broccoli pizza. I love the that they have broccoli as an option because it's my favorite topping! They don't skimp either. And there's always plenty of cheese. I knew better than to order a fish platter from a pizza spot, but there was a happy hour special and life involves risk. I wasn't expecting much, and I wasn't surprised. The fish seemed old. The "plus," I guess, is that there was a lot of it. It came with a copious amount of meh French fries, so I'm not sure why the DoorDash options asked if I wanted to "add fries." It also came with a little salad, which seems innocuous enough, and tartar sauce, which is not my thing. All in all, generous portions of meh. read more

This place works if it is 2:00am in the morning and you are walking out drunk from Bentley's. On a regular afternoon and sober, the pizza is just awful. It simply tastes bland. It is unpleasant. Cheese pizza from 7/11 is more flavorful. Their calzones are not good either. My friend and I ordered two. Hers was simple pepperoni and cheese. It was okay. Mine was like a meat lovers, but it came undercooked. I think they are rushed during peak hours that they just don't care about food quality. This is the jumbo slice of College Park! This place wasn't around when I was a student at UMD (many moons ago). I came in here after a late night of partying with friends (it was homecoming after all) and we all had the munchies. What's best to cure that? Jumbo slice pizza of course! After a crock pot malfunction that ruined dinner I was tasked with ordering out at 11pm (we eat real late). This place was open so we decided to give it a whirl. I got a pepperoni and extra cheese calzone. This thing was MASSIVE. These things tend to be pretty large but this place made it extra big. Stuffed with pepperoni, cheese and a sausage sauce. There was actually a huge amount of sausage in it even though I didn't order it (not complaining!). Crust was good. Husband had lasagna. Huge portion. Lots of gooey cheese. It was yummy. My only disappointment is in a small bit of false advertising. The menu has an oreo cheesecake on it but it was actually one of those little creme pies you get at Burger King. Not a cheesecake at all and it was way overpriced at $3. Even with that we will be ordering here again.
