Our waitress, Maddy, was so sweet and welcoming! great service makes such a difference! We started with the gator bites and they were so good! Great flavor and the sauces paired perfectly with them. For my meal, I ordered "The Bayou" and it was packed with flavor. It wasn't the crawfish étouffée I'm used to, but honestly, it was still delicious. The catfish served with it was cooked perfectly! There were so many other items on the menu I wanted to try, so we'll definitely be back to work our way through more of it.
