Went for lunch yesterday with my friend after walking at beaver lake. It's not really that far from beaver lake but was glad I had gps because I'm not familiar with the back roads. The place wasn't crowded around 1:00 and we were seated promptly. The bartender was also the waitress which is getting more and more prominent. We wanted to sit outside but she warned us the bees have been really bad on the deck so we opted for a high top near the window. We had a good view of the golf course. The menu is pretty extensive but I ordered the Reuben sandwich with fries and my friend the mushroom bacon burger with fries. Both were excellent. For me the Reuben was up there with the best I've had in Syracuse. My friend loved her burger and was cooked perfectly at medium for her. We both had enough for leftovers to bring home. Service was excellent also. We are going back again next Friday we liked it that much!!!

Formerly the Radisson Ale House, the small bar/restaurant located at the Radisson Greens Golf Course is now Potters Pub and under new management. While serving as a watering hole for the golf course, it also is a gathering place for people of all ages from the 2000 households in the Radisson community serving pub food and libations. Myself and a friend had an appointment in the Baldwinsville area, and wanted to grab a quick dinner beforehand. Not knowing Bville all that well, we took to Yelp and came across Potters Pub, which seemed to have good reviews, so we figured we'd give it a shot. First off, we did not realize it was at a gold course until we arrived. We were a little concerned as to whether or not there was a dress code, with it being on a golf course, but we entered anyway and, while we got a couple of side looks, our outfits didn't seem to be an issue. It was about 5:30 on a Wednesday and the pub was pretty empty. It is a very nicely decorated, clean pub, with a fireplace and wood floors. We sat ourselves and were waited on immediately by our server, who brought us the menu and took our drink order. She was friendly for the most part, but seemed a little stand offish at times. I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich, as I try buffalo chicken anything no matter where I go. My buddy went with a buffalo chicken wrap. Our food seemed to take a while for what it was and the fact that the place was empty, at least a half hour. Unfortunately, when it was delivered, neither of us were impressed. My sandwich was just frozen chicken tenders and mozzarella cheese on a very hard and crusty roll. I had to ask for ranch dressing, lettuce and tomato so it wasn't such a simple sandwich, and a side of the hot sauce since the tenders were barely covered in it. The sandwich was just ok...nothing special about it. My buddy agreed about his wrap, but he very much enjoyed the fries it came with. Prices were fair, just the food wasn't anything to be desired. Wouldn't go back if I were in the area.

On multiple occasions, I've received a notification that my order was ready for pickup, only to arrive and be told it would actually take another 25 minutes. That's frustrating and defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. If the app or online ordering system says an order is ready, it should accurately reflect its status. Otherwise, it gives the impression that orders are being marked as "ready" to satisfy internal performance metrics or timing goals rather than because they're actually prepared. Accurate communication and realistic pickup times would make for a much better customer experience. This issue could be resolved with better communication and more accurate order tracking. If the kitchen is running behind, simply updating the estimated pickup time or sending a notification about the delay would set the right expectations and save customers an unnecessary trip. Most people are understanding when delays happen, they just want honesty, timely updates. Being transparent about wait times builds trust and creates a much better overall customer experience than marking an order as ready before it actually is.

I arrived about 5 minutes early and was greeted by the friendly staff member on the small takeout side of the restaurant. I paid, 39 dollars and change for a large specialty pizza and an order of wings, which I think is fair. I waited for my food to be ready and then waited till I arrived home to eat. The pizza was a large chicken wing pizza which was interesting, though not in a bad way. The pizza came in 12 very unevenly cut (triangle) slices. This doesn't bother me at all and in some respects could be a benefit for portion control. The pizza was cooked well and was perfectly taken out right before it would've been crispier than I like. There was a nice chew to the dough as well. Not quite thin crust. The chicken was well portioned and the Buffalo was just a standard mild sauce- I would've perferred hot but to each their own. The interesting inclusion was chopped celery atop the pizza. I've never seen this before but I admit it was a nice inclusion even though I was skeptical. It adds a nice texture to each bite. The sauce on the wings was hot bbq. Which again, wasn't as spicy as I would've liked but good nonetheless. The wings came in an order of 10 (booooooooo). I would've liked more sauce on the wings but I'm sure I could've asked for that. The ride home ensured the wings would not be very crispy- which I was fine with because I don't like super crispy wings. You may want to account for this if you are someone who loves super crispy wings. All in all, there's some things I'd do different if I order from Pizza Man again, but I was pleased with the meal.

I was surprised to find it was a neighborhood-nestled pizzeria operating out of a repurposed but charming house! The back of the house was paved for enough brief parking at this take out only establishment. Excellent aromas were evident as soon as I exited my car; they grew more abundant with each step to the door. Not knowing what to expect, my qualms soon vanished with the warm and robust greeting of owner Joe Morelli. Within minutes, my large 16" garlic (they call it Aglio) pizza with broccoli was in my hand and on my way home. Opening the box for the moment of truth, I was delighted to find plenty of broccoli finely chopped and uniformly spread over the pie. The crust was tender and delicious: not too thin, not too thick, just right. The takeout menu describes 35 diverse gourmet pizza choices with some very creative combinations such as the Viking, a garlic pizza with shrimp, broccoli, fresh mushrooms, oregano, cheddar, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. And here's one you don't see every day: the Insalata with sliced tomatoes on a bed of lettuce with oregano, mozzarella and Parmesan cheeses. They also offer hot subs, pastas, calzones, stromboli, wings, appetizers and some desserts. It's gonna take me some time to work through their 40 available pizza toppings and other menu items. A delightful challenge! Lucky Liverpool people...they deliver to you, free of charge!

Plenty of nicely baked crust, generous amounts of cheese and a good looking sauce. The proof was in the eating so, eat I did ! This pizza was freshly baked, had a decent crust which was not crispy or soft. It fell somewhere in between. The cheese was generous and fairly flavorful. No, it was not the most original and authentic purist cheese but, was satisfyingly flavorful, stringy and chewy. The sauce was present in a decent quantity though was nondescript but not bad. All said, it was pretty decent and worthwhile !
