Good quality toppings but crust needs work. Seems to be undercooked. Advertised as Cams quality but definitely not to that standard.

It was nice to see two very friendly and super attentive servers for what turned out to be a pretty busy lunch. We were seated and then drinks delivered, order taken, food brought over, water refilled, and being checked on regularly. My hamburger was excellent and my friend's steak salad was declared delicious as always...the steak being perfectly med rare. My only complaint was that I asked for no mustard and it came with mustard.....I had no allergies so I did my best to wipe it off. I am glad to say Duskees is as good as ever.

Nick and Chanel have created a sports Mecca with great beer selections, incredible food and a crowd that loves the Syracuse Orange! Emma and Kelsey were incredible servers, checking in with us constantly and refilling our beers. The food was hot and delicious! Ordering extra crispy medium wings was a great call! They were great with French fries with gravy to dip in. Paired with our favorite beers, it was an SU game meal to remember! Great job, Duskee's! We normally hit Chubbys up for wings but these were on par and on point for a couple of hungry guys on a cold Saturday afternoon!

The soups are delicious and everything on the salad bar always tastes fresh Today's soup was Loaded Baked Potato. In town visiting family and we wanted a low-effort Thanksgiving eve- particularly after finding a…read moretenon saw on the kitchen counter and realizing that's what dad used to cut the turkey. Maybe it's spatchcocked? I digress. Potters pub really saved our evening with their friendly service, good food and location that's very convenient to anyone in the Radisson area. My bro in law called in the order: a couple of burgers, 2 orders of mild chicken riggies, and pasta with meatballs for my 7 year old nephew. Everything was good. I'm lazy on thanksgiving so let's go down the list: -Burgers were cooked rare as requested, which to me shows confidence in their meat. They come with fries as required by law. -chicken riggies had a nice portion size, good amount of peppers & onion and didn't skimp on the chicken as others can. The mild version saw a little more flavor from the ingredients toward the bottom of the dish, so stir it up a bit when you get home with it. These dishes also came with small side salads (decent) and 2 garlic knots (also decent, soft but not mush). -the pasta with meatballs was rigatoni. Nephew loved it. Sorry I didn't ask him if it was al dente! Everything was ready 5 minutes earlier than promised. Plus it was packed up very nicely in quality containers. No surprises with leakage here. I honestly didn't expect much out of this local place on the night before a big holiday. How delightfully wrong I was! Potters pub is a great venue to have around at any time, and it looked pretty busy inside too! A neighborhood bar that serves good food with honest, friendly service is something for which we can all be thankful! 5 stars.

On multiple occasions, I've received a notification that my order was ready for pickup, only to arrive and be told it would actually take another 25 minutes. That's frustrating and defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. If the app or online ordering system says an order is ready, it should accurately reflect its status. Otherwise, it gives the impression that orders are being marked as "ready" to satisfy internal performance metrics or timing goals rather than because they're actually prepared. Accurate communication and realistic pickup times would make for a much better customer experience. This issue could be resolved with better communication and more accurate order tracking. If the kitchen is running behind, simply updating the estimated pickup time or sending a notification about the delay would set the right expectations and save customers an unnecessary trip. Most people are understanding when delays happen, they just want honesty, timely updates. Being transparent about wait times builds trust and creates a much better overall customer experience than marking an order as ready before it actually is.

She went on to list a bunch of items she loves from there and kept saying how good the food is, so I was sold. I ended up calling and placing our order, and they dropped it off right at my job, which was super convenient. I ordered the honey barbecue wings and added a side of barbecue sauce--though honestly, I didn't even need it. These wings were slamming. As you can see from the picture, every single wing was soaked perfectly in sauce. No dry spots at all. You get a dozen wings with your order, and they also include celery and ranch on the side. Even the celery and ranch tasted heaven-sent, which says a lot because usually that's just an afterthought. They have a pretty full menu with a nice variety of American-style dishes to choose from. I've heard it's a great bar atmosphere too, although I haven't eaten inside yet--but I'm definitely looking forward to that experience. Based on the food alone, I'll absolutely be ordering from here again.
