Thursdays "party on the patio" at Pastas is a crowd favorite. Great local bands play usually from 6-9. Pastas also has started having bands play on other nights as well. Just thought I would add this bit of info to " Where Syracuse Eats ! It's noteworthy! On to the food..... So our group decided on pizza and wings. The three orders of wings we ordered were medium, hot, and gold rush. All chargrilled. All were crispy and had good flavors. Some of you will look at the pics and say they were burnt. I loved the char on them! ‍ The pizza was a chicken bacon ranch. Probably their tastiest pie of all. IMO. It's not Palladinos, but it's pretty good! The patio was packed but our waitress did an outstanding job of serving our food and drinks. We have yet to experience a bad meal here. If you want good entertainment and good food, this is the place. Follow them on Facebook for the band schedule and dates. Check em out!

Overall a decent place to have to grab a quick lunch. There is a few different entrances to get into the place so that was a little confusing and there is a bunch of different seating spots and event spaces inside. During our visit we ordered and the bad and that ate at one of the 4 outdoor picnics tables. Food was average, bar tender was friendly. Prices were not bad. They have quick draw at the bar and trivia during the week on I believe Tuesday and they have music during the summary on Thursday nights.

Pastas is a good place to have a pizza and a few beers during any sporting event. Inside they have plenty tvs, and they have speakers outside if you want to sit on the deck and listen. Prices are reasonable, and the food is decent. The pizza tends to be a bit greasy, but the crust is thin and crunchy. I'm giving three stars because the pizza can be inconsistent at times. This past Sunday, however, the pizza was great!

Here is how the fish & chips is served.

Checked in with me just enough, were on top of drink refills, and cleared plates quickly. The brunch had so much food. We also added mimosas which is self serve from a punch bowl. Everything was so good. My favorite was the french toast. Yum. If you are looking for a place to do a party. There is a garlic allergy in the group so they are usually fine of mix a special dressing for salads (just oil and seasonings) etc. We had a new waitress though who was a little rude about it, and seemingly tried to make the mom in law guilty about the allergy. It was especially awkward being mother's day and their history for accommodating. The back of house had no issues though as per usual, but the comments were uncomfy so it knocks off a star for me even if its not the usual. The bread and butter were a hit for me, as well as the mimosa. For my entrée I got the broiled seafood platter-- it was really tasty. I was really impressed with the flavor and texture of all of the kinds fo seafood. The mashed potatos were also delicious. Especially mixed with the garlic butter from the bread (there are some bonuses when others you eat with can't have garlic like I can! More for me.) I would easily reccomend this dish. Plenty of parking.

On multiple occasions, I've received a notification that my order was ready for pickup, only to arrive and be told it would actually take another 25 minutes. That's frustrating and defeats the purpose of ordering ahead. If the app or online ordering system says an order is ready, it should accurately reflect its status. Otherwise, it gives the impression that orders are being marked as "ready" to satisfy internal performance metrics or timing goals rather than because they're actually prepared. Accurate communication and realistic pickup times would make for a much better customer experience. This issue could be resolved with better communication and more accurate order tracking. If the kitchen is running behind, simply updating the estimated pickup time or sending a notification about the delay would set the right expectations and save customers an unnecessary trip. Most people are understanding when delays happen, they just want honesty, timely updates. Being transparent about wait times builds trust and creates a much better overall customer experience than marking an order as ready before it actually is.

It's a cool spot- restaurant on the ground floor, and upstairs they sell different things made locally, and also clothes. It was fun to walk around while the food was being made. Our server was Kara, and she was awesome! My nephew has a peanut allergy so she was checking in on the entire order and sides to be sure we were in the clear! She was so helpful and friendly, even when there was an issue it wasn't a giant deal. My nephew and I started out by looking at the protein shake menu. I chose the green goddess protein shake, and he went with the cocoa Berry. Let me just say that mine was so good I finished it quickly. Nephew ordered the garlic sweet chili hummus appetizer to start. It came with freshly cut pita quarters, carrots, and strips of yellow and red peppers. Fresh, crunchy, hummus was absolutely addictively delicious and more than enough to share! He then got the pesto panini, my older brother ended up landing on the Italian panini (they sold out of the corned beef). He also got the soup special, stuffed cabbage soup and that looked really delicious and piping hot. Lots of cabbage and meat along with the broth. I had FOMO for sure. One panini came with a side salad, the other chose the tomato, onion, and cucumber salad that came with balsamic. So tasty I tried it later bc we took it to go, and I ate it all! Really great atmosphere and concept. On our way out we had a conversation with the manager/owner, and it was really pleasant. The weather was awful, but our stop here was a bright beacon and a memorable stop. Support small owned businesses!

When my son's game at a local indoor center ran over by almost 30 minutes, I called and told them we would be late. They accommodated us and seated us immediately upon arrival. About 10 minutes later, at 8pm, the live music started. It was wonderful music, but where we were seated was in front of the speakers and two of our party wear hearing aides. When it looked like we were going to have to cut our celebration short, our server, the wonderful Marcy, and another gentleman, worked to get us seating in the lower dining room in front. We were so grateful for the accommodations, and everyone was super nice about it. The food and drinks were outstanding, of course. Our party ordered the chicken bowl, the chippy chicken, the curd burger, a cheeseburger, and the turkey avocado. Everyone was silent as they ate! The service was friendly and impeccable (even when we really weren't being easy customers), and our night, which could have gone south so quickly, was made! And hopefully a younger, hipper crew moved into our table and enjoyed the wonderful music! The band was great and we really enjoyed it still from where we ended up! So cheers to the staff at AG! We will be back (and know where to ask to sit next time! Haha)!!
