Our experience of purchasing two expensive Natuzzi sofas, two ottomans, a beautiful custom rug and coffee table has been great, from the schematics to the purchase to the delivery to the enjoyment of our gorgeous furniture! The quality is awesome and can't thank enough our salesperson/designer, James, who helped us every step of the way. James helped solidify what we wanted by helping narrow down our choices due to measurements and helped us with placement and color. Avoid Natuzzi Italia at all costs. I waited FOUR MONTHS for a $7,000 piece of furniture, only to have it arrive damaged. That alone would have been frustrating, but what happened next was absolutely outrageous. The delivery team told me they had been instructed by the store not to point out the damage and instead wait to see if I noticed it because they didn't want to replace the piece. Think about that for a moment. Rather than being honest with a customer who had already waited months for delivery, the apparent plan was to quietly deliver damaged furniture and hope I wouldn't say anything. This is not a discount furniture store. This is a company charging luxury prices while apparently operating with a complete lack of transparency and accountability. When you spend $7,000 on a single piece of furniture, you expect quality, integrity, and customer service. Instead, I got damaged merchandise, a four-month delay, and what felt like a deliberate attempt to conceal a defect. The damage wasn't caused by me. It wasn't discovered after the fact. The store allegedly knew about it before delivery and chose to send it anyway. That is unacceptable. If a company is willing to handle a $7,000 purchase this way, I can only imagine what other customers have experienced. The entire experience has left me questioning the ethics, professionalism, and customer service standards of this business. Luxury furniture should come with luxury service. UPDATE #2 After owning our Natuzzi Italia sofa and love seat for less than one year, the color is now starting to chip off one of the arms of the sofa. As you can see from the photo the 'dye' does not continue under the surface of the leather thus adding to the extremely poor quality of these products. read more

The dream home was inspired, designed, and build based on the Natuzzi Balance sectional sofa (3 recliners plus corner connector, highest level white pure Italian leather). Patrick made sure he was available to support us on every step to deliver our Italian custom handmade in Puglia white leather sofa. We meet the designer at the Natuzzi gala, saw firsthand the artist build a full hand stitching sofa from scratch one stitch at the time. The experience makes me appreciate each leather wrinkle in our custom sofa with each day it passes. We are now looking forward to buy other Natuzzi products. The furniture here is beautiful! The styling is modern and unique but not trendy. The designs are elegant and will hold up over time. We worked with James and Sherrie. They were genuinely warm, helpful, and very knowledgeable. They consulted my wife and I in picking the perfect pieces for our home. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUSINESS! NATUZZI DOES NOT STAND BEHIND THEIR PRODUCTS! As a designer who buys lots of different products. Never have I come across such unsatisfactory customer service throughout every step of the process to have something returned due to poor quality. Zero quality control implemented before leaving their facility and then they say they cannot take it back. They delivered an expensive leather bed and it was damaged. They only want to come and fix it - they will not offer a replacement from the outset. Who wants something that came defective fixed! If it has a problem on day 1 what happens as the product ages. Brands like Roche Bobois stand behind their products and give excellent customer service. Any time we have had any issues with their product they immediately replace or refund. They care about customer satisfaction. Natuzzi delivers defective products and then tells you that you are stuck with it! Honestly, stay away!! They have zero concern for customers! read more

I purchased a set of leather sofas at Natuzzi Italia located in Costa Mesa in July 2023. The set includes three recliners, one non-recliner, and a 90-degree connector. The problem is that the non-recliner sofa is much softer than the recliners. When seated, you can feel a significant difference in the consistency of the sofa, almost like an entirely different type of sofa. The contrast seems to worsen over time. I expected the recliner sofa to be firmer than the non-recliner sofa due to its mechanical parts. However, such a difference may be acceptable for a cheap sofa set, but it is certainly not expected in a luxury $20K sofa set. This is my first experience with a Natuzzi sofa, and I chose Natuzzi Italia over Natuzzi Editions for a premium, luxury sofa. Unfortunately, I now regret this purchase due to the sinking feeling of the non-recliner sofa compared to the recliner sofas. So far, everyone who has been seated on the sofas could feel the difference in firmness. A week ago, my neighbors visited my house and noticed the same issue. I felt embarrassed when they expressed surprise at the price given the quality of the sofa. I was so embarrassed when it was pointed out by a guest. Since then, I have had them avoid sitting on the non-recliner so that they don't recognize the difference. It is quite stressful for me. I hope the softness in the non-recliner is a defect that can be replaced with a new one as firm as the other recliners. read more

Terrible after sales service. I don't usually write reviews but feel compelled to warn people off in this case. The key thing with furniture is delivery and it's really not hard--I've purchased furniture from numerous retailers and they usually call you and say here are a couple days we can be in the area, please choose one, and its fine. Not Natuzzi. They called and offered me one date nearly a month out, and if that day didn't work then we would need to pay a hefty storage fee so that they could deliver it the next month, since apparently they only come to my area once a month. We called and begged and pleaded and they could do nothing, so here I am cutting a vacation short to receive a sofa. Wish they told me about this delivery policy before I purchased. read more

We have a dining table we bought from this store about 3 years ago and only recently noticed a huge crack on one of the legs due to improper installation. We went to the store and spoke to Beverly about it, she was very helpful and got us connected to Janet, the store manager. We explained the situation and told her that we're willing to pay for a replacement leg since the table is long out of warranty. She was very helpful the entire time and was able to help us negotiate with customer care and got us a replacement leg for no charge. Overall our experience with this store has been nothing but great, and this incident further showed us how much they care for their customers. This store will always be my go-to place to shop for luxury high-end furniture. read more
