You have to be extremely careful when you remove an item from the shelves that other items don't going crashing to the ground. They have nice stuff but they need to display the items in a way that can be easily accessible. I went to the Homesense in Ocean Mall n what a difference in displays. This store is well kept.

Their repair man did nothing about it and lied to me about replacement. My bedroom set has drawers that won't close properly and sit flush. Only ONE item is being replaced today when it should be three! Also, the headboard is wobbly and I'm being told it's because I have an adjustable bed. Of course the salesmen told me nothing about that. Next time, I'm going back to Ashley, and I will get this rectified even if legally. I bought a service plan only to be denied replacement for something that's their fault as well as the manufacture's. This was bought online and at their Freehold, NJ store. He turned a very…read morebad experience with a return problem that a very unfriendly cashier refused to help us with. After being treated very rudely a week earlier by the unfriendly cashier when my husband tried returning a purchase with a rebate receipt ( it's exactly like a regular receipt except missing the bar code) and being told he couldn't without the regular receipt, my husband was furious! We were only expecting store credit of course but even that seemed impossible. As a last resort he contacted the Bed bath Beyond customer service phone number who in turn forwarded him to the general / regional manager she was finally able to get the issue resolved. She agreed to allow us to return the item for store credit. So we went back to the store the following week and asked for the store manager Jimmy who was very apologetic for the return troubles and quickly issued us a store credit. In the end we used the credit to buy another item that better suited us and we thanked him and confirmed we would be repeat customer. Thank you bed bath Beyond & Jimmy

Where the others failed, the crew from the Freehold store picked up the slack and made sure we were taken care of throughout our process and ensured we will be customers for a long time. We furnished a beach house almost entirely from Arhaus. What we bought elsewhere was still inspired by their style. We mainly worked with Jeffrey, and to a lesser extent the manager David. They were both so helpful and easy to work with. No pressure, just professional assistance. They were pleasant in providing their advice but not condescending when our ideas clashed. They locked us in the best prices as sales came up and bundled our orders to keep delivery costs and inconveniences to a minimum. I should also say they kept in contact via email and phone even after hours if we had questions. Deliveries and post sales service were both amazing. The delivery crews took their shoes off each time they crossed the threshold of the house, even after I told them that was not necessary. One of our items was damaged. We did not notice it right away. Weeks later I sent a few picture to the store and 2 days later the concierge people called me with apologies to set up a replacement. No hassle, no questions, just customer service the way it should be. Just one family's experience but I enjoyed spending money here. I felt the quality of the furniture and the quality of the customer service were on a level relative to the cost.
