I left with more questions than answers and didn't receive the detailed assessment I was expecting. Instead, the conversation quickly shifted toward recommending expensive electrical work without first providing a clear explanation of the inspection findings. Considering the upfront fee, I don't feel the assessment provided good value. I expected a thorough evaluation, a detailed explanation of the results, and enough information to make an informed decision. Unfortunately, that was not my experience.

He came on time and he quickly assessed my garage and basement. He saw my charger and indicated that it's a plug-in which may cause some problems. He recommended a hardwire solution. Luckily my EV charger supplier was able to swap out the charger free of charge. Dave and team came on the scheduled day and installed the charger and connected it to my electrical panel. He labeled everything for me and showed me how it worked. Great value and great service.
